Overall the whole chain of BB&B is overpriced — due to the ubiquitous 20% off coupons. This location will take expired coupons, will take 1 coupon for every item you have, and will even take the coupons for items that the coupon says are excluded.
Selection of bath items and bedding items is vast, almost overwhelming. Do I really. Need to see 17 options for grey wash cloths???
Service is hit or miss. Some days they have plenty of staff on hand, other days it’s hard to find some one to help you.
They’ve recently remodeled the front of store, making the check out lines flow more smoothly.

Absolutely HUGE.
They have SO Much more than any of the other Bed Bath And Beyond stores EVER. They have a much more extensive selection of Health products, specialty foods, and giftware. Plus, the store is VERY clean and organized, as well as having friendly staff. Can be crowded, yet parking isn’t a problem and they keep a LOT of registers open for a plus.
Definitely the BEST Bed Bath & Beyond in the area, but some of the other locations are more convenient for me and usually not as BUSY as this store, so I sort of go where is most convenient… hopefully I’ll be in this area more, because this really is «THE» BB&B.

Bed bath and beyonds are one of my favorite stores to go to. I have to say I was a little disappointed with this visit. This location is one of the few that has world market in it, and that’s the reason I drove with an unusually heavy traffic the distance to shop. But came out almost empty handed. The stock they had on hand on most items was low. Usually they have samples every where, encouraging shoppers to first taste, then buy. That didn’t happen here. There was samples, but nasty samples. Crackers with some form of dip! What happened to putting out some cookies? They do have some unusual cookies from other countries, that’s what makes these world markets fun. There was also a section of clearance. Items were marked down %50. But how can they sell expired food? One item that caught my eye, had expired 4 months ago! Something was definitely over looked here. This is not the kind of experience I expect from bed bath and beyond!

I used to live in New York so I’ve been spoiled by the amazing bed bath and beyond stores that are combined with world market. Up until today no Massachusetts bed bath and beyond could compare to the New York stores. I stopped by here to use some coupons for a price adjustment. I was expecting one of the small stores. Imagine my shock and excitement when I walked in and noticed this store is combined with world market and Harmon just like the New York City locations!
As soon as I walked in I headed over to the world market section and was greeted by a stand of coffee samples with my favorite syrup, torani, to add in. I never drink coffee in the afternoon but I had to try their delicious syrups. The flavors were so good that I had to buy another bottle even though I had recently stocked up in New York.
Their world market section is amazing. They have candy and cookies that are imported from other countries, pancake mixes I haven’t seen anywhere else, hard to find peanut butters and best of all a huge selection of torani syrups! As far as I know this is the only store in Massachusetts with such a large supply of torani.
The Harmon section is fantastic too. They had a huge supply of the emergen-​c brand drink I can never find anywhere and tons of other products I needed. If I hadn’t gotten to the store close to their closing time, I would’ve browsed for a long time.
I honestly cannot believe I’ve been going out of my way to the New York bed bath and beyond stores whenever I’m in town and this one has been here all along. I can’t wait to go back.

My Fiancée and I decided to do our registry here and couldn’t be happier! Everybody was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. In fact, our experience here has been better to any other store we thought about doing the registry with. Not only are the people great, but they obviously have an extensive selection and tons of options. If you are thinking about doing a registry — go here!

This is a chain and most all are exactly the same but I think this one feels a little more spacious than the really cramped aisles of some of the other ones in the area.
They have a new section with a food market from around the world. They have great selections of items you can’t find at just any store and the prices with 20% are great! Lots of chocolates, coffee and other fun things to chose from.
Never go without your coupons!

My fiancé and I registered at Bed Bath and Beyond today. Friends of ours were there last week and highly recommended it so we had high expectations! Boy did Matt C. not only deliver but exceed! He REALLY knew his stuff, was extremely personable, and shared a lot of laughs with us. We enjoyed sharing day to day stories as we walked throughout the store. Matt was really laid back, not pushy and made us feel totally relaxed. He knew the ins and outs on pots and pans, bake-​ware you name it! We feel confident in our registry and most importantly, had a great time doing it! Matt disclosed the items he uses with his own family, which really helped us picture all of these new gadgets in our soon to be home! Massive BB&B with loads of parking and well-​worth fighting the lunatics on Route 9 to get to. As another Unilocaler mentioned, don’t you DARE leave home without your 20% off coupons (I leave a few in the car) and if Patrick is working at the register, get in his line; he is awesome.

We always get coupons in the mail and they are so useful. Be sure to save them as they don’t expire.
Our toaster oven that we love finally stopped heating so we’ve been on the hunt for a basic push button. The newer ones are electronic and fancy and are more like an oven.
I just needed a toaster but sometimes we have spring rolls or other similar items we need to heat up so the 4 slicer won’t work.
With our coupon we got a great deal and appliance. So glad we went bought it here.
Each time we stop in the staff always is welcoming and friendly but also no pushy. I know they are working but they are genuinely nice … every time!
This is one of my first stops for shopping.

I really hate shopping — there are few stores that I’ll go into that aren’t hardware or sports stores. BB&B is one of the few places my wife can get me to actually go into — instead of waiting in the car.

Surly manager with a very nasty «don’t bother me I can only do one thing at a time» attitude — when a simple «one moment I would be happy to help you» WITHOUT the snide tone would have been more than enough to satisfy us … But apparently that was far and above her skill set — so rude :(There are so many home goods stores with MUCH better customer service /​go to one of them instead. Oh, and other customers around me, including the one she was currently «helping» made note of the manager’s nasty demeanor.

My fiancé and I went in on a Tuesday evening to look at silverware place-​settings to add to our registry. We asked the associates in the department questions about the place settings. You would think they would have gotten out of their chairs that were in the way at looking at all the displays. Not so much. They sat on their butts gossipping while we scooched behind them.
Thanks for the help, ladies. Glad I don’t live close to this particular store because I sure wouldn’t go out of my way to go there.
Also, we had registered for some plates that were not displayed in the store, so I asked if there was a catalog of all the place settings offered by BBB. We looked at one in the Nashua store a few weeks back. I was told they have nothing like that and that «most» of the dishes are displayed in the store. I can go online to look at the rest. I guess if you are standing IN THE STORE you don’t need to see what’s available online.
Great help. Corporate office, you might want to mystery shop this store.

Love this store, they have everything from bath stuff to cooking pans to yankee candles and you cant beat the 20% off coupons,

This Bed Bath & Beyond is ginormous. Biggest BB&B I’ve ever been in. And it has an entire health and beauty section. Yup, just like your local pharmacy or Target or whatever. Oh, and a section of movies for sale. You want to pick out your wedding china? Yup, they’ve got that, too. I was amazed.

Where else to go when you need supplies for a incoming house guest such as sheets, towels and a comforter.
This is also the best place to go to get many many types and flavors of coffee pods for your Keurig
