Metrowest Imaging Center

Had to go for a MRI. Hardly any waiting and the techs that were there were awesome. Although I hope to not have to have any other imaging done they will be my first pick if I have to.

The pool is so far the cleanest I have seen. You get personal physical therapy for the pool not in group like other places. The land physical therapy is good as well. The therapists are friendly and professional. Some equipment is a little worn out but it above average for a pool therapy place. They are concerned about patient pain and tolerance for exercise and won’t push you too far.
There is plenty of free parking and disability spots for people who need them. They are just off route 9 and I would beware of the traffic near Whole Foods up the road during rush hour. However the traffic at its worst is better than any other pool therapy place I have been to in Massachusetts.
There is a post rehab program for the pool therapy which helps people who need months or even years of therapy. It is private pay and not covered by insurance and you do everything by yourself without instruction. This program is NOT open to the general public but rather to patients with whom they already have a relationship through physical therapy. (Due to liability and safety issues they have to be sure everyone is completely safe in the pool.)
The only thing to be aware of is that their billing policy is rather strict and they are paranoid about not getting paid. They will sometimes ignore the fact that you have secondary insurance even if told multiple times.

Good place– I only went twice, because I didn’t feel ill benefit from doing what they taught me… that I can do in a pool at home. But it’s super clean, and nice people and they know how to help. It was confusing to get where I needed to be upstairs. In the therapy pool I honestly didn’t feel I got the same fairness of help as others (not my age) so I wasn’t sure what to do but I did my best and watched them too (their teachers were saying the same as mine, not nearly as detailed)
