OK, I like Subway restaurants and rarely have an experience that does not meet expectations, but this store is the worst I have encountered. Attitude from employees and is often sub par. I have witnessed a few bad things, but the worst and most memorable was the owner berating an elderly customer for trying to refill her fountain drink, which apparently would have cost the poor owner a cent or two. It was in front of a full line of customers, just unacceptable, and I have not been back since. I take my subway business to the store in Southboro now instead. Just so rude.

So let’s start with not yelling at the customers. The woman at the counter asked what kind of bread I wanted. I said one second let me look. She then asked me 4 more times getting louder each time until the 4th time where she was yelling at me. The same thing happened with the cheese. I asked her not to yell and she gave me a nasty look and said I am not if you don’t like it you can leave. I was upset my wife was upset and my son wanted to know why she was so mean. My office comes here 3 times a week for work and we will never ever again. Her rudeness resulted you this subway losing at least $ 200 a week from us!!! There were many other things she did but after the yelling what’s the point of explains them.

I’ve had a couple rotten experiences here lately, all related to one employee. Last night I walked in and there were no other customers, just two women. They were speaking Hindi to each other, futzing around, and clearly in no rush to take my order. This continued for a while as they messed around with the bread and waste. One of the women disappeared to the back never to be seen again. The other woman, named Rinku, took my order. Already slightly annoyed at waiting so long, I ordered, and she noticed the box of white sanitary paper they put under the subs ran out. Not a big deal right? Just reach under the counter and grab a new one. However this simple task took her forever. This woman truly moves in slow motion. Its not a tired or overworked slow motion either, it’s more of an «F. You, I’m too good for Subway» slow motion. She doesn’t look at the customer until she has to, she has a perpetual sour look on her face, and she forgets everything you tell her instantly. She can remember two ingredients at a time if you are lucky. Anyway, she kept making my sub, and without looking just flipped my sub down the bench onto a pair of scissor handles when the next customer came in. I was completely disgusted. I’m pretty sure she didn’t change her gloves before I came in too. She finishes my sub completely, but leaves me at the register to double back and finish the customer behind me. Something normally I wouldn’t care about but she moved like a glacier. When I left, there were 6 – 7 people in line behind me during off-peak hours. On some level I get it. Sandwich Artist isn’t your true calling in life. It’s a crap job. Most of us have been there before. That doesn’t mean you take it out on the customers. This isn’t my first experience with Rinku either, and my fiancé has had to deal with her too, so I know it wasn’t just an off night. If this place didn’t have the Subway brand working for it, she would kill the business.

I’ve never been to a slower Subway. Unless you have 20 min to kill waiting in line, it’s not worth it. The sandwich itself met expectation.

Went here one before, and it wasn’t great, but not awful, so decided to give it another try today. Wrong decision. There were 4 people working, but only two of them moving at any given time. I asked twice to make sure they would get the right meats for an italian cold cut combo, and surprise surprise, it was wrong when I got home. I asked for no hots, so of course there were hots. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, and was told no manager was coming in. The woman on the phone kept asking me what kind of sandwich I wanted, and started reading me their menu. I repeatedly told her i had just been in there and wanted to speak to a manager about the mistakes. She told me she didn’t know the manager’s name and repeated that no manager would be in today. I then asked her for her name, and she told me she didn’t know her own name. WHAT??? Then she told me to call back in 30 min to speak to a manager. I sure will be calling back… but in the meantime do yourself a favor, and find another sub shop to go to.

I mean, it’s a Subway — they’re pretty much all the same. Reliable, fair price, etc. But I was inspired to at least come and write a review due to how awesome it was last week. Amidst one of the crap snow days, apparently everyone who worked here called in except for ONEDUDE, who was handling the lunch rush by himself. This man was THE Sandwich Artist. He was fast, friendly, laughing at his misfortune, and just did his job great. Kudos to that guy — hope the manager sees this.

Located on the westbound side of Route 9 at Edgell Road, tucked away in a tiny little strip center, I used to stop here more often back in the day, more out of convenience then the fact that it was actually a good place to eat. The staff here has never actually set the world on fire. There’s a few tables inside if you wish to take a load off and eat your food here. Personally, I’d keep going somewhere else.

Well its a Subway so the food is all the same. Service is horrible here, sadly its close by so when in need of quick food, its convenient. Every time I walk in there I see the the employees working with other people looking like they hate their life. Honestly, makes me slightly depressed.

This Subway is a bit off the beaten path tucked in the corner of a little strip mall. Typically when I am in the area I am headed for the Red Pepper but the girls wanted subs. We got a Friday special = sub, chips, and drink. I ordered up two subs and wrote up all the items on a post it which seemed to be a bit confusing but in the end we got the sandwiches we wanted. The place is small with a few tables but it works.
