History

Established in 2008.

We are owned and operated by an ultrasound technologist with over 25 yrs exp. In her years of working in the hospitals, she noticed that the women coming in for their ultrasound were looking for a bonding experience with their baby but that could not be acheived in a hospital setting. When she was creating the Belly factory she took great care in every detail to insure that the setting was homey, inviting, relaxing and soothing. The perfect place to bond with your baby. She only hired techs with loads of experience to insure great pictures. SHe took it a step furthur and decided to include education classes, yoga, massage therapy and awesome products to make moms-​2 –be and new moms feel beautiful and special. We think she did a great job.

I have been and Ultrasound Technologist for over 20 years. I wanted to bring a soothing, relaxing wonderful place for moms to come and bond with their babies. I try to offer educational classes, excercise and massage to give the new moms a one stop place for all there mom-​2-​be and new mom needs.

Amazing experience. I was extremely nervous after reading some of the reviews but I couldn’t have asked for a better day. My in-​laws flew in and we all went to the belly factory together. We went on a Friday and we had a gender reveal party that Sunday. Both grandmas and great grandmas came to the ultrasound with my husband and I. The tech was so pleasant and didn’t mind that we had so many people. If it wasn’t for the belly factory my mother in law wouldn’t have been able to go to an ultrasound appointment. And they were 100% correct! Baby girl!

We visited The Belly Factory two times during my pregnancy. the first was at 15 weeks for gender determination. I was too anxious to wait until my 20 week scan at the hospital so we decided to pay the extra money and go a little early. The images were okay. but I wasn’t going to complain because we did get what we went there for. to find out we were having a baby boy! The lady who did our ultrasound wasn’t as pleasant as I would hope someone who got to see babies & excited parents all day would be. We were also supposed to receive a gift bag with our purchase & did not. [Through all the excitement of seeing our baby for the fist time I didn’t realize this until weeks later.] At 28 weeks we returned for a 4D ultrasound and had much better results than the first scan. Overall the place is nice & I would probably go back during my next pregnancy. Decent prices & they do have promotions and deals every month. just wish the staff was more accommodating & friendly!

I first came to the belly factory at 14 weeks to determine gender. At this visit, the owner informed me that I had a vanishing twin. She had no right to say anything about my condition. I cried instantly because of my medical history. She also only gave us 2 of the 4 photos that we paid for. The one photo made my baby look like she was missing a limb. I figured this was because of her being so small and active. We returned at 27 weeks long for the «photo shoot». I explained to her about the missing photos from the last session and she said she would take care of it. I brought family with to this session to experience the pregnancy with us. Almost the entire session was the 2d not the 4d. The pictures were the black and white 2d, not the 5×7 4d like I paid for. The pictures were also all head shots and very blurry and creepy looking. We chose to go here for the 4d experience, not the experience we can receive in our doctor’s visit. I am highly disappointed in both experiences. Stay away from this location!!!

Just want to say Thanks for letting us know at 3:42 on 7÷3÷13 that you can not due our 4d ultrasound on 7÷5÷13! We have had it scheduled for over two weeks! Your reason was one day past 34 weeks! If this was an issue we would have made our appointment sooner! Now I guess we are just out of luck! Thanks again for your not so great costumer service!

Ok I am NOT preggers (YAY…no offense to those of you who are). But, I came here with my friend who is so we could find out the gender of her little man and get some pretty pics.
I saw the bad reviews about the service here, and honestly I’m surprised! Everyone that works here treated us very well. They were friendly and inviting, I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The video and pictures came out really well (the music in the video was a little cheesy… oh Celine Dion). I’m not sure if the price range was fair or not since I have never experienced all of this myself, but I didn’t think it was that bad for everything she got.
They also have a small store where you can buy baby clothes, toys, pictures frames, stuffed animals, etc. It would be a good place to come for gifts. I would come back — it wasn’t scary/​rude. They are moving — so they won’t be at this location much longer.

We took our daughter here because the pictures they use on their website and in their advertising pamphlets were spectacular, we figured a little over a hundred dollars to see clear pictures of our granddaughter was a small price to pay. Right off the bat the experience started out bad. The place is a little hard to find and we ended up at the back door (because the address is on the back door and there is a parking lot), we knocked and practically got yelled at to go around. Once in, the place it was beautiful inside, unfortunately I can’t say the same for the staff. Both ladies that were there had a bit of an attitude. Once we got started, our excitement peaked, and then quickly diminished. At one point I commented I can’t even tell what I’m looking at, only to be told, look can’t you tell that’s the cheeks that’s the… NO! I’m not an ultrasound tech. According to the website I should be looking at a face. After the disappointing procedure we questioned why the pictures didn’t look like the advertising, they immediately got defensive, saying it’s not our fault; she should have drank more water. We told her before hand, make sure your drink water. There wasn’t the slightest effort to try to make things right, no discount, no 2nd chance, nothing. This whole experience was a disappointment, the ultra sound pictures from the doctors office were 10 times better and over a hundred dollars cheaper. We say this is a gimmick and use at your own risk.

We were anxious to find out the sex of our baby, so my husband and I went to The Belly Factory for the gender identification ultrasound. I am so glad we did because we had a really great experience.
The ultrasound tech was very friendly and the consummate professional. She explained everything well and I felt comfortable the entire time. I brought a flash drive with me and she even downloaded 19 pictures for me.
What’s also great is that The Belly Factory caters to all types of moms to be. I tend to be on the side of simplicity and there was no pressure of an up-​sell. But, if you aren’t, you can get all sorts of add-​ons like stuffed animals with the recording of your baby’s heartbeat, picture frames, ornaments, and 3-​D ultrasounds. They even have pews in the room so that there is ample seating in case this is a family affair.
