I’ll be honest and upfront and say that I was initially skeptical of going to Alexander — Because a string of 5 star Unilocal reviews from single-​review users always sounds the BS alarm.
All that said, my wife and I had a great experience with this place. The people were very kind and helpful throughout the whole experience. They offered darn near Kelly Blue Book value on my trade-​in (Which was NOT even close to the case at the other dealerships I visited), they didn’t drive hard deals, and the didn’t try to manipulate us into getting something we didn’t want. They accepted my initial offer, and agreed to the loan terms I wanted.
We walked in around 10 am, test drove, came to an agreement, signed the papers, and drove away by noon. No maze of red tape, no intimidating stereotypical salesmen, and no «gotcha!» moments where you realize the deal isn’t a deal at all.
If you know what car you want, and know what you’d like to pay for it, head on in and start the conversation. These are good, honest people who will work with you instead of working to sell you.

To start I hate car dealerships and the games and scripted interactions that come with them. None of those were present at Alexander and my wife and I were treated with complete courtesy. Jim Gile assisted us with a 2011 Ford Explorer that upon passing the lot and seeing it sitting right next to a Jeep Grand Cherokee I called my wife who was comparing both and told her to go see Jim and drive them both as there will be no easier time to compare them both. I can appreciate the logic of parking them side by side as they are about the same size and are directly comparable and caught my attention enough to stop in even though I was not seriously ready to buy however a few days later the Ford Explorer was in our garage and the deal was easily wrapped up. Jim took the time to show my wife how to use all the features in the SUV even setting up her iPhone with the car. Simple things go a long way as Jim gave undivided attention to finishing out our sale instead of thinking of his next sale.

I had the pleasure of working with Tommy Pinson there in the sales department… he was very kind and professional and not overtly aggressive & overbearing… like a lot of places. Tommy went the extra mile to make the deal work and he was very timely with his communication and commitments. These guys are trying to do it the right way… and it shows.
