My family and I went through the drive thru on Nov 17th. The server at the window was a young guy and apparently ordered us wrong. The shift manager, older gentleman was furious. He was being really stern on the young male server in front of us through the window. He was waving his arms around and looked to be yelling at the young man. We were given 4 dollars and change back for the improper ring-up(although our order price was correct we still got cash back?), but given our order correctly nonetheless. We went back on Nov 24th for dine-in. As we were sitting there we could hear a server talk to folks behind us about how the store used to be very orderly but now there is no order, and that the new management has no control and that the staff can basically do whatever they please. She seemed perturbed. We went in again today via drive-thru, Nov 27th and our order was missing spaghetti. Now mind you, this was after it took the staff at least 5minutes to open the drive-thru window because the older female manager was pulling the till. I put the car in Park. The window opened and the young lady asked me to pull forward because the fries were not ready,(and 4 employees hiding behind the trash dumpster smoking, 1 of them picked up a milk crate and walked in). Once we got our order the chili spaghetti had no spaghetti separate from the chili. I spoke with Cliff, the manager tonight and told him about his employee comments and that the spaghetti was missing. He said when we come back be sure to mention that we will get a free chili spaghetti. We had to cook the spaghetti when we got home for our Son. I would be very cautious about what you leave with at drive-thru, or the experience you deserve to get at Frishe’s with the dine-in or salad bar. When we dined-in, there was no cole slaw and the cheese was almost empty(at 1:20pm?). My Son loves Frishe’s. I plan to drive to a separate Frishe’s for what he wants next time. This store is needs a turnaround.

Gets a 4 star because it’s about the only place in the area that has a salad bar. Are salad bars a thing of the past? This one is pretty good. Veggie soup is my regular favorite.

I was visiting from Columbus and decided to stop for lunch. It was busy as heck and decided to sit at the bar… and watched a manager ignore me for 10 mins as she tended to what seemed to be her grandson — sitting two seats down! Once she saw the look on my face she directed someone else to help me. Great leadership team. Oh and the bathroom smelled like sewer back up. Reason for a 2 was because I still love the food…
