History

Established in 2001.

Mike started his career in real estate in 2001. He knows creation and implementation of a detailed business plan would be critical to success. Complete with goals, budget, innovative marketing plans as well as systems for data management, transaction management, and customer service Mike excelled from day one. Those systems, combined with his determination, allowed him to hit the ground running and succeed from day one.

Since 2001 Mike has grown his real estate business to become one of the top-​producing teams in Maryland. With over 1,000 completed transactions or as Mike prefers to say more than 1,000 happy clients his business is growing faster than ever.

Since 2007 Mike has integrated team members with the focus in providing exceptional customer service. Today Mike and his Team are now a well-​run organization of diverse and dedicated professionals that truly care about meeting and exceeding their client’s needs.

Mike’s extensive and diverse field of knowledge in real estate make him ideally suited for the unique challenges that can arise during the course of any transaction. In addition to 13 years of experience and more than 1,000 completed transactions Mike has successfully managed a variety of other projects that eclipse most other Real Estate professionals range of knowledge and achievements.

Mike and his team have managed sales and marketing for more than a two dozen communities with unprecedented success. This gave Mike more than just unique sales and marketing experience. Gaining knowledge of large-​scale management of team members, information infrastructure and access to cutting edge targeted marketing strategies has proven to be extremely valuable to Mike and his team in the world of real estate sales
