Top notch people, honest and a local family business, not a big chain. Gave me a good deal on a seiko watch, better than what I could find online… they did all the extras with links and fitting it to my wrist. Its a complicated watch and they set it up, which was a challenge because this is a leap year. Highly recommend for watch and jewelry.

I cannot recommend this place too highly. A while back I took my watch in to have the battery replaced. I had them do it about a year before. They guarantee their batteries for a full year. When I came back to pick it up they said it was free. Their records showed that it was 3 days less than a full year since they had last replaced the battery. I would not have known the difference if they had charged me, but that is the kind of place this is, they value their customers and their word is their guarantee. They also sell watches, bands, and jewelry. Stop by and see them, they will treat you right.

I have always had a great experience here, but I must say I’m over the top happy with the latest repair I had done. Danny took my 30 year old ring which had a band that had worn down to a wire and finally broke, and made it brand new. He mounted the setting on new band and recreated the specific detail where it matched perfectly. Couldn’t be happier!
