Best Lexus I have been to. Not the most luxurious dealership I have been to, but all the sale associates and workers are the nicest I have met, and are always looking to please you. They called a couple days after my sale to check if everything was okay with the car, and ensured that if I have any questions I can call them. Definitely would recommend this dealership if you’re looking for nice sale associates that care about your car driving experience

Honest and great customer service! Do not service your Lexus anywhere but a Lexus dealership and Stevinson was extraordinary to deal with! Melissa and John Lott in Service and Devin in Sales all showed such respect to the process and decisions to be made in dealing with repairs and purchasing of a new car.

In August, my husband and I went to test drive the Lexus RX. Very nice experience and nice salesman. We were shown a rather used one that had very low miles. It was older than I wanted to go but was assured that it was in excellent condition. I was told the vehicle was inspected and it had no issues. It appeared to be in good condition so we purchased it. Three months later, I took my car back to the dealership for my first oil change since purchasing it. I learned that the car needed over $ 5000 in repairs. Because it was only 3 months since i purchased the car, they didn’t charge me labor. However, I am still very irritated. I understand that there are risks when purchasing a used vehicle but these mechanical issues didn’t just happen in 3 months. I will be trading this vehicle in a new RX but not at this dealership.

They diagnosed a MAJOR issue with my IS250 that my prior dealership could not… even after repeated trips to the service dept. I was within two weeks of the end of the warranty enhancement and would have cost me over $ 4000 if it hadn’t been found. Thank you Stevinson Lexus!

Worst customer service ever! I was looking for a specific pre-​owned car and drove up to Fredferick from Highlands Ranch specifically to get this car. Test drove the car, loved the car, a few things that needed to be fixed. Took a long time to get the paperwork done and out of there, but that is typical for buying a car. My initial impression after leaving was neither good or bad.
It was part of the deal that they would fix a small hole in the headliner and they had a «guy» who went between stores that would come to the Stevenson by me to fix it. Well that took a few weeks to even get a time/​date set up. Meanwhile, they only gave me one key. I called and my salesman agreed to order and send me a new key. After having the car a few days we noticed that the rubber seals on the sunroof would pop off every time we opened it and one of the speakers was not working. Not a huge deal because the car is only a year old and has a warranty left on it. So, after waiting weeks to get an appointment set up to fix the headliner, I show up and no «guy» there to fix it and no one has any idea what I’m talking about. Now, I’m mad and call the dealership to be told he’s not coming because he got injured. Ok, I get that, accidents happen. So, I ask the manager why no one called me to tell me to which he says, «it just happened» Well… it’s over an hour drive to me, so if he left when he was supposed to to get to me in time for our appointment it couldn’t have «just happened». Then, he tells me, «well he is contracted so we don’t know his appointments so we couldn’t call you». Ummm you set up the appointment and he is servicing YOUR customers. You should know what appointments he has and should help the guy out if he just got injured. After another week I finally got the hole patched.
Another week goes by and I’m still waiting for my key to be mailed. I have to get the key programmed so I’m waiting to take it in for the other stuff to have it all done at once (stuff they should have caught in their inspection). I don’t hear anything, so I call and have to call back like 6 times to get anyone. I finally get Dan one of the mangers who tells me, «I’ll go check on it and call you back». 7:50pm and still no phone call back… I call and Dan is of course gone and my salesman isn’t picking up. So, I get another manager on the phone who of course has no idea what I’m talking about and when he pulls up my last name he pulls up my husband’s phone number and says, «oh I found it under Jon…» My husband’s name is not Jon!!! For God sakes people it’s not that hard! After talking to him and getting the «I’ll call you tomorrow» speech, he calls back a few minutes later and has talked to my salesman who says he ordered it and it should be in in a few days. So, here I am over a month out and still no key! Bottom line is they got my money and we’re done with me. I hate to tell you, but your customer service shouldn’t stop as soon as I sign on the dotted line, not that they know our names anyway. For all I know this Jon guy owns my car.
I will NEVER buy another car from Stevenson. On the bright side I do love my Lincoln MKX and will buy that car over and over again, just not from them.

Had our Vehicle Serviced and I just want to say they have the best customer service. The consultant Scott Sloan made sure I paid for only services we actually needed today. Been to other places where we have been charged for services not actually needed but that is what we had requested be done.

My fiancé and I purchased a Lexus GX 460 with David Barney, and we had an incredible experience. While this was our 4^th car purchase, this was the first SUV purchase for me. We had a challenging experience with our previous car purchase, and we were both nervous to be going through this again.
David was extremely patient in educating me on the different features of the 4 vastly different SUVs we tried. We test drove a 4Runner, a GMC Yukon, an Infinity QX60, and the Lexus GX 460. David explained the differences in each car, and really helped us narrow down our decision. We tried a few others at another dealership, and decided to go with the Lexus GX. David’s product knowledge of each different car really helped us make the very best purchase for our family’s needs.
In the buying part of the process, I was extremely nervous. We had an absolute terrible experience with our last car purchase, and I was nervous that we would have the same experience again. Not so. David was again extremely patient and transparent with us, walking us through the nuances of buying a car. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of, and I left feeling as though we made an educated decision based on clear facts.
From someone who is apprehensive about purchasing cars in the first place, David and the rest of the Stevinson team really made this a fantastic experience. Thank you!

I purchased my 2012 Cadillac SRX here. Great experience. I brought it in this morning for an oil change. I also ended up getting my tires rotated after a suggestion from the service advisor Nicole. Nicole was very accommodating, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
I will return. Thanks for a good experience. No complaints. Good service, clean shop great customer lounge area and good prices on services.
This is also my 2^nd purchase from this dealership. Stevenson is a great dealership.

Joe Baker and the folks over at Stevinson Lexus made buying a car fair, straight forward, and as painless as it could be. In and out with a deal in just over 2 hours, I’d highly recommend working with Mr. Baker and the next time I need a car I’m giving him a call.

I had a great experience buying a used Toyota Corolla from Jodi Wersen. The facility is clean and has an excellent lounge area for guests. Jodi was patience and treated me very friendly. I didn’t feel pressured at all, and I’m very happy with the deal we came to on my car. Adam the sales department rep. was equally friendly and not pushy. I cannot speak to what the experience of buying a new car would be from this dealership, but my used car buying process was easy going and enjoyable.

Great experience working with Kasey Goodrich in Sales. We have been in touch via email and phone for about a month while we were still in NYC. He made the process so smooth that when we got to Boulder and dealership we were able to make a deal quickly and smoothly. Kasey is very personable and great with follow-​ups. I would definitely recommend working with Kasey if you are in the market of getting a new car.

Most painless car buying experience I’ve ever experienced. Brian Muldoon was very knowledgable about the preowned vehicle and didn’t pressure me to buy. Brian called me the next day to thank me for coming in and I told him I’d be in touch. Called him the following day and we agreed on the price over the phone. Told him when I’d come in to finalize the deal and he had everything ready upon arrival. I had a trade-​in and from time I arrived to leaving dealership was under 30 minutes. Heath in finance was very friendly, explained a few options and let me decide with no pressure. I highly recommend this dealership. Truly exceptional car buying experience!

This dealer far exceeded my expectations! My sales associate, David Barney, was wonderful to work with! He was very attentive and couldn’t do enough for me! I will definitely seek him out again to lease my next car. The rest of the team (sales manager and finance associate) were also so nice, friendly, and upbeat. There was no pressure during the initial sale/​negotiation or after market and no one was arrogant or argumentative which was very refreshing.
Purchasing a new car, particularly as a woman, can be a very intimidating experience and something I typically dread. If my experience is always this positive, I will never dread it again.

Great service and wonderful customer service. It is truely a pleasure to wait in their waiting lounge. Very large room with nice furniture TV, computers, snacks and all types of beverages. Great service and nice place to relax white your work is being done.

We traded in our ’08 jeep here and bought a recently traded in 15′ Yukon. Our salesman was friendly, competent and very helpful considering this wasn’t a Lexus purchase at a Lexus dealership. Five stars to him! He helped demonstrate the technology of the vehicle after purchase and followed up on all of our needs (touch-​ups, replacement tires, etc). Still waiting on one thing but I am confident we will get an update soon. No pressure or flakes in our experience with Stevinson which is always nice. Didn’t even get the stink eye when our 20 month old played in a floor model during our purchase! Very comfortable atmosphere. The only thing I would take a star off for is the lack of attention to detail in detailing our vehicle. It was given to us with trash still in a pocket and something (drinks likely) splattered in a few spots and scuff marks. All things I would not have expected considering the service we received otherwise. Detailing mishap sure but upon hearing our concerns regarding the detailing and another shot at it I still found things to wipe off on the interior with the baby wipe. Not a big deal but rather surprising. Overall great experience for us and we would do business there again in the future.
UPDATE: Changed to 2 stars after waiting over a month to hear back regarding our DVD remote that was missing from the vehicle on purchase. The DVD does not work fully without it. After calling repeatedly I was given a number to take care of it myself cost and all!

We just bought a Lexus RX400h from Jeff Farley at the Frederick location. He is extremely knowledgable about all cars & found us the best one. He explained the differences between hybrid & non hybrid & took enough time with us so we were not rushed or pressured, We were very impressed… And the deal was fantastic!
This is the 2^nd car we’ve bought from him there & the staff is extraordinary as well.
Anyone thinking of buying a car should visit this excellent dealership. You couldn’t do any better. What a great experience!!!

We were treated extremely well at Stevinson Lexus when we traded in my 2008 Lexus ES350 for a 2015 model. Darren and Brian work well as a team in order to accommodate their customers. The car we chose on the Internet was cleaned up and awaiting our arrival. Each step of the leading process was fully explained. The deal was closed in a timely fashion. Joel, the IT tech, took his time in explaining all features of the navigation/​radio/​music system. Overall, we had an excellent experience.

Wow, I gotta say that I am vey impressed with the bad reviews I just read. I just got my RX 350 and I had the best experience ever. First of all, I went there because a friend of my cousin bought a car there and she just loved how nice and easy the process went and how good she was treated. Then, she told my cousin, that went there and bought a car too and had an awesome experience and then finally I though that I had to check it out because I always have dreamed about having a lexus.
I gotta say that I have 2 more people that I sent to buy a car with them and they called me thanking me 2 days later because they were very satisfied.
I have had horrible experiences buying cars. I once had to wait 3 hours to close a deal because the process was so slow. I am not gonna say the name of the place but that is the reason that now that I found this dealership I will not go to another one.

By and far the worst dealership I have ever done business with. Because of their poor customer service and their inability to return phone calls, I was forced to go to Michigan to buy my Lexus. After purchasing my car from Michigan, I brought it back to this dealership for service and was treated like a second class citizen. No one was willing to help and when they finally had a moment, they wanted to overcharge me for simple things. I would run from this dealership.

The sales guy was a total jerk. He insisted on correcting me on some technical points about their competition, the Acura MDX. I looked it up later, and yes, he was dead wrong. He talked so much during our test drive that we didn’t really have the opportunity to actually experience the car and it’s features. Instead we left the dealership early because he was such a stereotypical car salesman.
To make it worse, I dropped a short note to the sales manager the next day saying how bad the sales guy had been. I was hoping that we would get a response and possibly visit the dealership again, but with a different sales person. They never even responded. We bought the Acura MDX a few days later.
