This extraordinary ranch house suite is located just a few miles from Fredericksburg and right in the heart of many of the Hill Country Wineries. Outside from the front porch you can rock away your cares as you enjoy the scenic views of the Texas Hill Country. Enter into an open living room and kitchen. The living room has an elegant sofa (queen sleeper) and love seat placed to enjoy the satellite television/​DVD and gas log fireplace. An adjacent kitchen has everything needed for your stay. The country kitchen is spacious and bright – making any cooking experience a pleasure. You will find a stove/​range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffeemaker. The two bedrooms both have their own baths. Each bedroom has a queen bed with a thick luxurious mattress and topped with 600 count sheets and satiny bedding. The master bath has a champagne bubble tub and

separate shower. The second bath has a champagne bubble tub with a rain head shower. The bedrooms and baths were built to have the maximum privacy. The old smokehouse has been transformed into separate cozy hot tub rooms with ambiance and privacy in mind, one private, secure room for each suite. The secluded Suite 2 hot tub seats six and has a radio built in to enjoy your time. This hot tub is for the exclusive use of Suite 2 guests.

History

Established in 2007.

Monica and Marc Jacobi met in college in the 70’s, and found out they had a lot in common. Their dreams included family, keeping close friendships, travel, cooking, and some day living in the country. Just a small place, with a swing. And after raising 4 children, and all of their other teenage friends, it finally happened. It took us 3 years to find our special place, but we found it…360 acres nestled in the Texas Hill Country. Wild Life, Fruit Trees, River, guests, family memories, treasures abound, the utter peace and quiet, the beauty, it is truely a blessing. We just had to figure out how to pay for it!

That was easy, we love to travel, we have lots of friends near and far, we have 4 children, all we have ever done is feed everyone, entertain, and everyone loves to visit the Hill Country. We had these cute little houses on the land, that had been built at various times since the 1920’s, and owning and running B&B’s seemed very logical to Monica.

Business Owner

Monica and Marc Jacobi met in college in the 70’s, and found out they had a lot in common. Their dreams included family, keeping close friendships, travel, cooking, and some day living in the country. Our 4 children are all very gifted and talented. Our oldest son is a Marketing Guru, and we love his wife, and our beautiful grandchildren. Our oldest daughter is a professional Opera Singer, and competes, and performs all over the world. She has filled our passion for travel and food, and gives us wonderful new culinary ideas to try on our guests. Our youngest son, and his new wife have given us new ideas, and tell all of their friends about our place, his business expertise is growing daily. And because we love our children and grandchildren, this is a family owned venture. We never leave our place unattended, because our youngest daughter who majored in Hospitality, and her husband and their son, lovingly watch over the place when we sneak off.
