Kevin Nuss – State Farm Insurance Agent

Been with Kevin for about 5 years now. Husband and I strayed briefly years ago to help out a friend who had just gotten into the industry and swore he could save us money. Within 6 months we were back with Kevin.
It’s not that Friend was bad but he just wasn’t as responsive or proactive. Anytime there was an issue, we could call Kevin and he would answer — EVEN IF HE WAS ON A MOUNTAINSIDE ON VACATION! And not too many agents would tell you, «Listen, you have enough coverage. Let’s scale back here and here and you can save $$$ on your premium»
We have everything thru Kevin now. It’s just easier that way and he’s proven he will fight for us if he can.

Kevin Nuss is a great insurance agent. Any time I have a question I can reach them right away. I’ve been with him for about 5 years.
Every time I filled a claim they handled it in a quick manner. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I have been with State Farm for 28 years beginning with my first auto insurance policy when I was 16 years old. Then it was Larry Goltz State Farm. Kevin Nuss bought out Larry about 10 or 12 years ago when he retired. So 28 years later, I have never done business with another insurance carrier, Kevin has everything, vehicles, home, covered rentals in the past, umbrella, life, etc. I have never made a claim of significance during my 28 years with State Farm and this office. I recently turned in a leased vehicle and received a damages bill for $ 3,700 dollars. The charge is predatory on the dealership /​bank’s part and I asked Kevin to please look into for me. Kevin and State Farm did absolutely nothing. Kevin nor the State Farm corporate office even called the lender to look into the issue and or work on my behalf in any fashion. Can you image if my home burned down or a bad car accident involving lawsuits were to have occurred? I am going to cancel all my policies and go with another carrier. I guess its good to know what kind of people you’re dealing with when the issue is over such a small amount, as I learned how hosed I would be if a catastrophic event had occurred. Avoid Kevin Nuss State Farm, if you value your time, money, and most importantly, coverage for a major event, he will not help you.

Kevin has been with State Farm for many years and has great industry and product knowledge. He really takes time to get to know his clients and what their needs are and doesn’t offer things you don’t need. If you are looking for an agent in the south Fremont area that knows what he is doing and cares, Kevin is your guy.

Not impressed. I spoke to Sarah to find out why there was an extra $ 22 being billed at the end of my six month premium. She said she would check and call me back. That was two weeks ago!
This is the third agent I’ve been bounced to since Tom Bartley retired. The first two no longer work for State Farm. This has all been within the last six months.
Not okay, State Farm!!!

The company just moved to another building not too long ago! =)
This suite is a lot bigger than the other one.
I’ve been their customer since I got my license when I was 16 years old and now that I’m 27, my rate got a lot cheaper.
My family has been with this company more than 30 years!
I have gotten many quotes from other insurance but they seem sooo freakin’ expensive, and that’s why I’m still with State Farm. =)
Kevin, he’s my go to Agent whenever I need him!
He did sooo much for me and the rest of my family!
He gave me sooo many discounts, so that I don’t have to worry from time to time.
All of the staffs are very generous and friendly!
Today, I received a birthday card from him, but I have to go see him for my gift. =p hehe…
