I’ve been involved in the carpet cleaning/​maintenance industry for over 10 years. I began in 2001 as a carpet cleaning technician. Soon after I’ve become a partner in another carpet cleaning company. But after while I’ve opened my own company with the idea that if you want something done right you have to do it yourself.

Now after years of experience and continues education I am a IICRC certified Master Textile Cleaner. Some of my other certifications are:

The cleaner came within the given window, I was worried he wasn’t coming, but he came. The quote on the phone was what he told me in person, pretty accurate. I needed pet odor cleaning so that was additional $ 65, regular 1 bed/​living room apt cleaning is $ 99, my place is relatively small, around 735 sq for the whole place, and only need 1⁄3 of that cleaned. The cleaner was very thorough and told me how he needs to treat the pet stain. He walked me through with the black light and showed me the spots. Service was fast as well, and the guy was really nice. Highly recommend it!

I’ve tried so many different carpet cleaning services and was never happy with the outcome. All stains would come back after a week or so. I am so happy that I found someone who can actually remove stains permanently. That is Pavlin at Master’s Touch!
I have a white carpet in the house, pets, kids and adults creating all possible stains on the carpet, but Pavlin removes them all without coming it back. He is very friendly, professional, organized, and when I call his office, his staff is just like him.
I have been using Master’s Touch Carpet Cleaning services for over two years now, not just for my house but for my office too, and highly recommend this place. You will be very happy with the outcome. They are located in Fremont but serving all East Bay, probably South Bay and other areas too. Reasonable prices!

They came and got the job done! Our carpet looks great after. They were fast and efficient. It only took them about 30 – 45 minutes to clean both the living room and our bedroom. It was also very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this place!

We had difficult-​to-​remove pet stains on brand new carpet in our living room. Pavlin provided an in person estimate the day I contacted him, and then finished the work on a Saturday afternoon at an agreed-​upon time. The work was finished within an hour or so, and the carpet looks and smells great!

We had Pavlin back to clean our carpets again. It had been almost a year, and the living room was in dire need. We have very light tan carpets, and as you know they can get very dirty with just foot traffic, and two dogs… yep time again.
I was given a 2 hour window, and Pavlin called to say he would be by in 15 min. True to his word, he was prompt, and ready to begin. We had asked just for the living room to be done. They do have a minimum charge, and he stated that since it was not that big, he wanted to look at the other rooms. He ended up doing the kids room, and part of the master bedroom that had a few spots. He did all of this in one hour!
My house smelled wonderful, and the carpets were like brand new once again.
We will be using his service again and again.
He is the best!!!

He asks what you want and gets it done, in and out in no time. He’s friendly, professional and reliable. I always expect to pay more… but it always turns out less… so the extra goes to tip! :)

Palvin was rude and not professional at all.
We were given an appointment for 2pm. He calls with a major attitude at 1 pm saying he can come now or at 3 pm. We were moving out of state so had so many things to do that had planned one thing after the other.
He said the appointment we get is between 1pm to 3 pm. No one told me that. The person who gives you the appointment should inform you of it.
We left to do other chores. He called in about 30 mins and was done. said if we don’t get there quick he will charge us $ 5 per min. obnoxious behavior!

Literally just had Pavlin come over to clean our high traffic/​very dirty WHITE carpets. Made my appt. for today, he said he’d be over between 12−2pm. He called at 11:30am said he was on his way over, got here just before 12pm. Cleaned my living room, stairs, and family room in about 45 minutes. And it’s fabulous!!! Thank you so much for the quick great work!
Highly recommended. (oh and I paid $ 135 for the two large rooms, and 16 steps) they charge per step. It’s an old carpet from previous owner but he still managed to get it almost brand new looking.

Fast and hard working. This is the second time I had Pavlan over to our condo to clean our carpets. He did a thorough walk through where I pointed out any trouble spots, and he quickly got to work. He provided booties to ensure that we did not track dirt on to the damp carpet and made sure to protect any wood making contact with the carpet with plastic coasters. I would recommend to go over the invoice prior to ensure that there is no confusion about how many rooms.

My carpets needed cleaning badly! Nothing like a new baby to make you feel like nothing in your house is clean enough lol. Anyways, called Masters Touch and was pleasantly surprised that a real person answered the phone! So nice and professional! Pavlin showed up promptly for my appointment and was very nice from the begining. I had both my kids home with me and he was very accommodating and understanding. He even moved chairs and things for me which was greatly appreciated! He was here barely an hour, and had my entire house full of carpet cleaned! Stains I thought would not come up did, and the carpets look awesome! I am so pleased with Masters Touch, I will be a repeat customer! A++ Service!

I used Master Touch services three times and each time was a fantastic experience. Pavlin was prompt and professional, ensuring that all of our questions were answered and delivering outstanding results.
The last time when I scheduled a last minute appointment, he was more than accomodating and ensured that the job was done properly and all stains from my heavy traffic carpet in my living room were addressed and have vanished.
