Great place located in a great neighborhood, excellent Groupon oil change value and during the car inspection, I hadn’t realized how badly my car needed additional urgent services and Ron took care of it!
Thank you Ron, and I am recommending you to people to go to Groupon and get the excellent deal you’re offering there to say the least.

This place is a joke! Ever since they’ve changed ownership it’s completely gone down hill. They are a bunch of liars, especially the manager DON, he’s the biggest jerk ever! don’t give this place any business. I don’t know why the owner would even employ someone like this.

On 12÷9÷15 we purchased a Groupon 3-​pack oil change, good at any of 5 Precision Care locations, including the one at 4299 Peralta, in Fremont. On 12÷18÷15 we tried using the Groupon coupon at the Fremont location, and they refused to accept the coupon. Why are they even promoted in the Groupon ad if they don’t accept their coupons. We are seeking a refund from Groupon. Other than this issue, the person we spoke to was an absolute ass. We’ve brought our vehicles here for years, but will never come back.

This place is great! No time wasted and a great price for an oil change. I definitely recommend this place.

there is a worker there by the name Don, who quoted me that I can use my Groupon with no additional charge on an oil change for my Volvo. the next day I arrive at this Fremont location and Don tells me it will be an additional $ 50 on top of Groupon price for a simple oil change. that is bull shot and he knew it. I will never recommend this company to anyone. be careful if you deal with them. I got a refund on my Groupon.

This is a continuation of a previous review. So, awhile ago, I got my hoses replaced, the one that connects the coolant. My wife went to pick up my daughter and the car would shake when in D. I did research, and found out that it could be the transmission fluid. I couldn’t find the location of the trans fluid so I took the car to a local shop. He said it was the coolant that was low, because it was leaking. Damn f-​ers didn’t tighten the hose lock tight. Never again.

These guys are awesome! Leon provided great and honest service. Doug showed me the thickness of my break pads without me asking and I felt very comfortable here as a woman.
They aren’t shady and they do not try and upcharge the customer for unnecessary stuff. Will most definitely be returning for future service!

The Manager Don is a crooked manager to say the least! I’ve had 3 oil changes for my car (I commute a lot for work) and they have all been $ 25 and under. I called to see if they honor the groupon that I wanted to purchase and he told me that my oil change would be $ 17 (the groupon deal) plus an additional $ 54!!! WTF??? I guess he thought I was some dumb chick because when I told him that was a crazy price he told me it’s because of the specifications on my car… YEAH RIGHT! When I quoted him the written specifications for my oil per the FORD OWNERS MANUEL he told me that they must have «forgot» to put the other specification… REALLY??? Ford forgot huh? Then he said well that specification is the same as the one I quoted you just written differently… does he think I was born yesterday??? DONT GO HERE!!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!! Thanks Don for helping me decide your business will never get my hard earned money! What a joke!!!
So after I posted my Unilocal review, I received a phone call from Don which is odd because I NEVER gave him my contact information, I ONLY called for information and pricing! So imagine my shock when he called to scold me about my review and told me that if I was «upstanding» that I would change my review! ARE YOU SERIOUS??? I will be filling a complaint with the BBB for his actions! Sorry buddy you pissed off the wrong Unilocaler! Get a life Don!

Today I’m getting a oil change on my second vehicle! These guys are friendly and fast. I was sent to the corner shop for my smog after getting my oil changed on my first vehicle and spent under $ 50 for both services. These guys are great and why pay more than $ 50 for your oil change, when these guys are only $ 15. Will deffinately be coming here from now on!

Don is the manager at this location. He is very professional, great customer service. It is very good place for cheap oil change. They have always deals going on Groupon $ 17.00 out the door. This place has cheapest oil change price in the whole town. Please let Don know that you have Groupon couple to make the transaction even more faster. Try to come early, near opening time.

With the new management and excellent staff, I am very satisfied with all the services they provided. Spencer, Leon, and Fabio took care of all my car issue very well. They even went extra miles to help me figure out the cause and fix it properly at decent price. I will definitely come back for all my car issues. I finally found an autoshop that I can trust in my area!

Before coming here, I really didn’t expect much, especially after reading all the reviews. I needed to get my oil changed and this was one of the closest locations to me. Spencer and this team blew me away though! I called in early morning to ask about their rates and the types of oil they use etc. Spencer and his team took great care of me and my car. He even suggested that I look up a coupon on their website to save money on their oil change. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, no joke, and the service costed me less than $ 25! They pulled my vehicle right up to the waiting area so I was ready to take off as soon as I paid.
I really liked the fact that they didn’t take advantage of me in any way or try to sell me any products. Spencer patiently answered all my questions and was always so courteous. I even saw one of the mechanics help a mother with her belongings because she had an infant and stroller. I trust the crew here and will DEFINITELY be coming back to get any future maintenance and repairs done. Well done, guys!

This experience has forced me to write a review. I used Groupon for car oil change. The store manager, Don, is full of bad attitude and doesn’t know how treat customers. I think he doesn’t like people using Groupon, they have post Groupon deal just to get customers. Groupon should remove a deal for these idiots who don’t care customers.
I would NOT recommend these suckers !!

Don’t show up after 5 expecting any help. Will turn you away and not provide any worthy help for future walkins. Waste of a groupon.

I had $ 2000 worth of work done on my Chevy Tahoe in November 2014 and took in my car to an oil change place today and found out that my cabin air filter was in need of new filters (it looked like it was the original filters, never been changed) and the serpentine belt was badly cracked. All of which SHOULD HAVE BEEN DETECTED when my car was in the shop in November. What should’ve been a $ 30-​$ 40 oil changed ended up costing me $ 200.00!!!
Needless to say, I am pissed off and disappointed by Precision Tune Auto Care for not catching these two issues back then.
I was a long time, loyal customer for five years and despite numerous errors and oversights made on Precision Tune’s part, I forgave them and kept on trusting them with taking care of my car.
I live in Las Vegas now and there is a local Precision Tune store here, but I am very reluctant to use them for continued maintenance work and repairs on my car, given the past f***k ups the Fremont location overlooked and did not find until after everything was said and done and I was billed for the work.
The guys that run the shop (Spencer and Luis) are the most nicest guys, but I can’t give a higher rating regarding the quality of workmanship. Since Spencer did not charge me for the replacement of the fuel pump and put it under warranty for me for free, I may give the Precision Tune shop here In Vegas a try.
Spencer, Luis and their crew are really nice guys, but I would search elsewhere for a mechanic.

I had a groupon coupon and wanted to do a regular oil change instead of synthetic, He tried to convince me to pay $ 80 more to do it but when I refused he got mad at me and ripped the receipt and asked me «Fine! how much Do u wanna pay!» Well I did it anyways but as a customer i would NEVER come back to this place again

This place is a joke! Don’t take your cars here. Especially if you’re a female, they take advantage of you. Went in for an oil change and they charged me 19.00 for oil change, 15.00 for tire rotation AND 1.00 for air! What the…
Then they wanted to charge me for a bunch of unnecessary things like radiator fluid flush and break fluid flush (when I already got all that done recently) and two belts for close to $ 500! I’m very unhappy with this shop!!!

They do the work good. But make the appointment prior to the service, this is a very busy place and check for groupon or some other site for offers.
They do the oil change in 30 mins or more and they take good care of the vechile.
This place is recommended

If I could add –5 it would better suit this scam of a place. My husband took his car to this place for a diagnostic check because he was selling it. After running the test they turned the check engine light on came back with their book pointed out 2 codes and gave him an estimate of over $ 2,000!!! They told him his car wouldn’t pass smog. In fact he had taken the car last week to a star station and it passed with no problems.
When he told them it just passed smog and argued they got worried and told him they would turn the check engine light off for free.
Scammers!!! Never, never would recommend this awful place that would take advantage of people to make a buck!
