Quick Towing

My Prius had a dead battery and I called Quick Towing to tow the car to a mechanic. Not only did the tow truck arrive quickly, but the repair man was able to diagnose the problem and recommend a great mechanic. I hope I don’t have to have my car towed again, but if I do I know who I’ll call.

Very professional, really knew about Mercedes and Diesel engines. They really went out of their way not only to make sure my car was working but also that I was well informed about what happened and how to take care of it.

My car broke in Hayward, and I needed to get it to walnut creek. 511 dispatched Campbell I was told $ 180 they showed up and the and informed me it’s a $ 180 per hour not mentioned to me on the phone, also he was already an hour into it. The driver then told me I had to pay for his drive back to San Jose, so it would cost me $ 720. My insurance company makes me pay then send in the bill, so I wasn’t happy about that.
I then googled cheap towing company, this company had 5stars so I called. Imagine my shock when they said $ 245. I asked is that per hour? No that’s the total cost. I went with them, and I’m glad I did! They driver was really nice, the guy and the girl in dispatch were super nice! If I ever need a tow I will only be using this company! Thanks for the great service! I can remember my drivers name, but he deserves a raise!

Very quick (came within an hr) and was friendly! Got my SUV towed from San Leandro — Hayward for just $ 100. I thought this was pretty affordable!

Chris saved us on a Friday night! I was stuck on the side of 880 Southbound near Oakland earlier tonight, and Chris was prompt, competent and friendly. The dispatcher was helpful as well. I would definitely use their services again but hopefully I will not need their service for a long while.

Oh thank goodness for Ellyn. The hubby and I were expecting to wait about 1.5 hours but she called and got to us in about 20mins. We were on our way to a museum in Oakland, but we stopped in Hayward to grab some grub. The truck started making loud noises under the hood and we couldn’t drive it any further.
Ellyn sure knew what she was doing and got Big Red onto that truck bed pretty quick. At first we thought the hooks that she was equipped with were going to be a bit too small but she made it work. She made the long drive back to Santa Cruz very smooth and enjoyable despite the fact that we have this HUGE broken down truck on top of a tow truck that’s almost about the same size as Big Red!
Ellyn deserves a raise or some sort of bonus… her work to get this huge beast on the bed and back in our driveway in Santa Cruz was pure quality and not a simple «oh I’ll just hook and tie and make sure Red stays on the bed… if not, sorry» I’ve heard stories of some really shitty tow truck drivers out there and was a little concerned because 1) Ellyn is a female, 2) does Ellyn know what she’s doing? And 3) Ellyn is the only female tow truck driver I’ve seen. Yes, I’m stereotyping, but who doesn’t? Anyways, I’ve had to call a couple tow truck drivers in the past, but Ellyn is seriously the best! Very knowledgable, personable, makes the job look fun and easy (though I’m sure it’s not). Love her optimism. Best of luck to you, Ellyn!

This my first time using Quickly towing .This kind man came over to check up on my car and see what the problem was, it would be the starter or battery wasn’t powerful … And it would be between the two that wouldn’t start … She he Send over one of truck driver to come on over to Tow my car … Gladly appreciate there services.

These guys are AWESOME! My rental car (brand new 2015 Jaguar) overheated on the highway on ⁹⁄₁₀ (heat wave) so all trucks were out when I called for towing. I left the car unlock on the highway … went home! Call these guys and they told me that once they get a chance they will tow my car! At 11pm I got a call … its all taken care off!

Middle of the night emergency, unfortunately they couldn’t help me with my issues, but instead of just dismissing me they gave me a couple of numbers to try… This led to my problem being resolved!
Great way to treat people, these guys will certainly be my first call next time!

Max saved my life and also a lot of money. Their rates are reasonable and affordable and customer service is on point. I called a lot of other tow services to ask for quotes but they were all overpriced. They were even nice enough to give me a discount. Thanks for making my day and more power to you!

Ian was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay with my truck. My truck wouldn’t start, he came and gave me a jump. He saw that my tire light was on and checked to make sure i had enough air in them. Awesome service, very polite and nice!

I called AAA for a tow and they sent Quick Towing to my car. The driver didn’t seem to know what she was doing and asked if I had any jumper cables, which I did. I gave them to her and she apparently crossed the wires and started my wiring harness on fire.
My car is now a total loss. I met with AAA and the man I believe is the owner, Max, and I was reassured that they would fix my car and make it right. That never happened and they would not even provide their insurance company information to me, in order to file a claim.
Interesting, how there are suddenly so many «great» reviews for these people in the past few months., I just read the response by the owner, and that is not true. He is not reputable in my opinion and he even admitted that his tow truck driver did the damage to the AAA rep and my mechanic and assured me he would make it right!

Awesome experience! I didn’t even have to leave my house. Max did a superb job picking up and dropping off my car. If I needed to tow my car again, I am definitely going to give this place a call!

After having several problems with AAA, I finally called Quick Towing. The dispatcher (didn’t know his name) answered the phone promptly and was very polite. He gave me a quick estimated cost ($ 80) and an estimated time for the tow truck’s arrival. The driver, Mark, was on 880 near Jackson street when I called the hotline and arrived at my accident scene near the Fremont Blvd. North exit within 20 minutes, as promised by the dispatcher.
Mark towed my truck quickly and expertly and brought it straight to my house in Hayward, which was about 4 miles away. At my house, he did note that I got lucky with my wait time because the day before was a 3 hour wait. Nonetheless, I still gave him a generous tip for the great service. This company seriously is «Quick Towing»!

Very good experience! My car dead on 680 this morning, I searched on the Unilocal,I found them, The Philippines driver Chris is very professional and nice, Come very quick, they deserve this name!

Last night was freezing cold and my car decided to die on me but I’m glad I have AAA insurance their friendly operator connect me to this nice guy (Max) which he was very nice and very polite. I was middle of Oakland and Richmond and far from both cities but Quick towing was their at no time. Their driver was very helpful and caring. My car was on the bed within 10 minutes. If the owner is reading this review, please give raise to Mario, he is a nice guy with great attitude. I would recommend you and I have already referred your business to my friends and family. Keep up the great work.

There are times in life where we are absent minded. Example Locking your keys in your car and not even realizing it for hours but thanks to Max and his team at Quick Towing for a speedy response we where back on the road in no time. My father was stuck on 880 North and we called quick towing last minute. I spoke to a nice gentleman named Max and he was so helpful. And picked up my father within 15 minutes.
Quick and fast service is always nice :) Thank you guys so much!

We were stranded in Berkeley with a flat tire at night. AAA was a total failure and we eventually found Quick Towing.
In the end, we were able to use an air compressor to fill our tire and get across the bridge. However, these guys had already dedicated a tow truck to our case and had the truck «on standby» until we called from home to let the owner (of Quick Towing) know that we got home safety. A very nice gesture!

I had a 2000 Toyota MR2, it was stalled while I was driving to Milpitas from Hayward. I search on Unilocal for towing service then Quick Towing came up with good review. So I called and asked for a quite, they have a deal of $ 95 for the whole service with no additional cost on milage. I actually did call some other towing service company for quote and realize Quick Towing has the best deal so I was just go for it.
Max then came over within 30 mins, set up and towy car in a professional manner. I was really appreciated their service, highly recommended.
