Delivered me some nice pink and red roses at a very reasonable price with a glass vase. I highly recommend this spot to anyone that wants quality customer service and quality flowers ! Steve has no customer service skills and is very rude to talk to! Don’t give this guy your business! I just canceled my transaction with him. He hung up on me when I wasn’t even done talking yet! How unprofessional and RUDE!!!

When they had a problem getting ahold of my friend to open the gate, they called me, and I was able to instruct them on what to do. I am so pleased with the amazing customer service! I was a bit stressed because all shops in my area closed at the same time which didn’t allow me much time after work to find a spray I was happy with. When I called I was told that even though they closed at 5:30 pm, they would wait for me to come and place my order, I just needed to knock on the door so they could let me in. So friendly and comforting in such a difficult time.

You can’t go wrong with Steve’s beautiful work, at The Flower Shop. When I order here I know my flowers will arrive on time, fresh, original, and with the utmost care. Steve does lovely Asian-​inspired arrangements that I always send to my mother-​in-​law and mother.
I first ordered flower from Steve for my wedding – some 25 years ago! He has delivered faultlessly for every event since – sadly all the funerals of the past two decades, and also all the birthdays, Valentine’s Days and Mothers’ Days of our lives. There’s no one nicer or harder working – he comes from a long line of family florists. My only fear is someday he will retire – then what will I do?

Great flower options, they had all the tulips and roses I needed. They helped me arrange what I needed in the existing cases I brought in and the cost for a dozen roses or a bunch for tulips were very reasonable.
The quality of the flowers were new and refrigerated as well!
They also offer free complimentary cards of all types for various occasions.
The fact that they have an online option is also going to get my repeat business.
Only thing I wish is that they had some sort of loyalty program as well…

I recently spoke to Steve, the owner, by phone requesting flowers for delivery to my family member’s memorial service. He was a pleasure to work with and made several helpful suggestions on options, ease of transport after the service, etc. I requested a special patriotic-​themed flower spray and another in spring-​themed colors with personalized ribbons for each. Wow! They were incredibly beautiful, and I could not have been more pleased with their presentations. The personalized ribbon on each spray really added an extra touch. And, one week later, I am still enjoying their beauty! Their price was more than fair and they were delivered as promised. Thank you, Steve! I highly recommend The Flower Shop!

I ordered a $ 150 flower arrangement from the flower shop and I was guaranteed the delivery of these flowers to my godfathers burial ground on the day of the funeral. Not only did the flowers never arrive but I was also charged for these flowers. I am now working with the BBB and my bank to resolve this issue. Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable florist who doesn’t rip people off. I have had good luck with Marleighs floral designs in Milpitas in the past.

I’m actually pretty disappointed.
I ordered a bouquet to send over to a good friend of mine, and what she received was beautiful, although not quite what I ordered. When I ordered I noticed that after I had paid there was a disclaimer saying that I had agreed to allow substitutions of flowers that were of the same quality and value, which I am fine with since I understand that some times florists will run out of flowers or certain ones would not be in season.
The bunch that I had ordered was supposed to include roses, but when my friend sent me a picture of the flowers to thank me, I noticed that the roses were missing, and I didn’t see other flowers that were what I thought «equal in quality and value» to replace them. In my confirmation email it had said that I should email them back regarding any questions, so I promptly did so, thanking them for the order and also making an inquiry regarding what flowers they used to substitute the roses with. I got no reply. Like I said, I do not mind the substitution, but it would be nice to receive a response so that I can ensure my friend received the value of the bouquet I bought for her. I also feel that roses should be the least likely for a florist to run out of, so a little explanation would have been nice. Pretty bouquet and they delivered the flowers on time, but just not what I was expecting.

I forgot that I had reviewed The Flower Shop almost 7 years ago to the day. 2007. Wow! Well, I guess this is an update. I still get flowers here every week. And I am always satisfied because they last so long. Just change the water daily. Some one had told me that changing the water daily in the vase will help your flowers last longer.
Last week I ordered 2 fresh flower mixes. I just told them that I wanted to spend $ 25 for each bunch of flowers. They were huge! I gave one to a friend, thanking her for her work on a project and took the other one home. My flowers at home are still good a week later. Again, just change the water daily.

Steven is wonderful and made my wedding arrangements beautifully. Lets face it, flowers are the ultimate way to decorate your wedding ceremony and reception. You want an abundance; its every brides dream. Well, my arrangements made them both so magical. Steven is wonderful and made the magic happen.
He is very reasonable in price, and talked through my vision with patience and expertise… he is very professional and easy-​going.
The service he gave was impeccable, he was punctual, and worked around my schedule. What a joy it was to work with him for one of the most important and special days of my life.

Pretty flowers, ultimately helpful staff, though a bit taciturn. Maybe they were busy when I went in, but I felt a little like I was bothering them more than helping them with business.
My 18-​stem $ 34 Gerbera daisy bouquet was beautiful but sadly ¾ of the stems only lasted three days, even through I refreshed water and snipped stems on day 2 (they were looking a little wilty so I decided to refresh early). Next day, most were done for so I can only assume they were old blooms to begin with.
I’d like to try the Flower Shoppe again, but I’m pretty «meh» on the idea.

I used
to send flowers to a dear one and I wanted the flowers, fresh and strong! The reviews here said that they were high quality and from the looks of it, they were right!
The only reason for one star being taken away is that the flowers I picked did not have any pink in it at all. Mostly yellow and blue and some deep red so the yellow and blue stood out. But the bouquet had some yellow pink and no blue… so the only thing that was blue was the vase, so it looks kinda weird. If I new the color scheme would change that much, I’d have chosen a different bouquet. My recipient is a die hard Charger fan so the shock of pink kinda threw off the intent of the flowers, but overall I am very happy with the quality!

I’m the kind of girl who loves flowers and knew exactly what i wanted as far as flowers goes for my wedding (10−2−11), that is why i wanted to find a flower shop that could make all of my flower dreams come to life!!! After asking around, many friends and family members had recommended for me to go with the flower shop for our wedding day, since they had used them for other events and were very pleased with the good service.
From our very first meeting with Steve (Owner of the shop) he was very detail orientated and was able to provide us with a lot great information about which flowers would be in season for our wedding. I had a vision of using many variations of purple flowers, he was able to gather purple flowers with ivory ones at the shop and give me a quick idea of how the bridesmaid’s bouquet could look like. He communicated very well us and was always very kind and helpful in regards any questions i had about the style of bouquets, flower decorations for our ceremony and even the type of base that would be used for the center pieces.
When our special day came, every single one of my guest were taken back at how beautiful all of the flowers came out to be. Everything was arranged in such a artistic way, it just made the venue that much better! All of the flower arrangements were so fresh and each of the bouquets looked beautifully combined with deep dark purple flowers, and lavender roses– just breath taking!
The flower shop really delivered in everything that they would say and really went beyond the call of duty in making sure that every arrangement that the highest quality flower. They really helped make the day less stressful and more enjoyable.

I recently went in there to but a few single flowers for my photography class. The quality is great! The colors were vibrant and beautiful and the flowers lasted for days after I had finished using them for my project.
In the past I’ve come here for graduation lei’s that they did a beautiful job on. In high school I even came to them to order a boutinere last minute and I was so happy they were able to get it done for me so quickly!
They are always very professional and friendly. I’ll be coming back here the next time I need flowers or a floral arrangement.

I’ve gone to this flower shop countless times and have never been disappointed. They’ve got reasonable prices, a friendly staff, and the flowers don’t just die on you the next day. They make great fresh flower leis as well, which we’ve bought numerous times for graduation events.
