Hello my name is Vicente, I’ve worked for a successful 25 year old construction company for 12 years in the grading and storm drain division as a foreman and finally decided to start my own and begin a new journey to my own successful construction company, I’ve always knew this is where I would stand, with the hard working parents that raised me I’ve accomplished to become an employer with a big dream that is to construct OTHER peoples dreams, and I will continue to do so, I will stop at no cause and willfully help others while walking on this path to a great future for v&b grading inc.

A good contractor is very difficult to come by. A good contractor is someone who is reliable, responsive, knowledgable, follows the schedule and most importantly someone who does good work. Vincente is one of those guys.
I worked with Vincente on a project in San Jose and he was certainly on top of his game. He knew how to manage the project from start to finish. He communicated well with the City of San Jose, and knew all the rules related to trenches and pipes. The entire job ran very smoothly.
Overall, I am a very satisfied client of VB Grading and would highly recommend his service to anyone looking for a good contractor.

Throughout our project I dealt with a wide spectrum of contractors and I was extremely impressed with Vincente and his crew. He kept to the agreed price, he included minor repairs others would’ve charged, and most importantly he didn’t commit the age old crime of overcharging for add-​ons.
He’s an honest guy who takes pride in his work and word. They did a fabulous job and I plan to hire them for future projects. The pictures say it all.

Vicente and his boys are great at what they do. They were very professional from the start to finish. We were very nervous because the quotes we got we’re all over the places and each one suggested we do something different. I am not sure why they don’t have a review on Unilocal but they have been doing this for years. They did above and beyond what they were paid to do. Finishing up a long section from our gate to the drive way cause by previous water pipe replacement. Helping us out with putting in an in ground basketball hoop. Miguel is their lead and I don’t think I have ever seen a more professional and caring indivivual when it comes to working on our home. Thank you!
