Babies R Us

They have a great selection of items especially great help for any new parents that are trying to find a good location to register at! When we went in the staff was great and very helpful with our registry and made sure we got our gift for registering with their business. Easy access to the registries and you can always add more online and in store as well if you find new items you want purchased for your baby shower! Go check them out!
P.S only advice is to have a check out lane available and not have to wait so long at the guest service line while people are returning items. The line ends up getting long and then the manager will open up a lane. Little time consuming especially with a newborn or kids in general.

Great customer services. Carl and Rhea are a great asset to the store. Every time I go in there they are my to go people. Very knowledgable. If I ever had a issue they would take care of it. The store has improved a lot.

I don’t have kids myself, but I have many friends that do and this has been my life saver when it comes to presents. They are soo easy when it comes to the registries and finding the products and even letting you wrap them there. They seem very organized and great customer service every time I have shopped here

The only reason this place is getting 4 is cause there is and employee named Russell. Every time I go in he had a smile on his face and is quick to help. He takes his time and is simply Amazing. I wouldn’t expect a guy to work here and be well great at a baby store. The women there are nasty. There are a few younger girls my age who were just rude. Saw me walking around looking lost and just walked away. Wouldn’t help me when I asked. Complete chaos until Russell stepped in. Now I look for him when u have to go to this place. Other wise I would never shop here. Ever!

Do your homework on price comparisons before you go here. Some stuff is a great price, but some of it can be found for a fraction of the price elsewhere.
I’ve ordered custom items and store pick-​up items and I have made several purchases in store and have had pleasant experiences in each type of purchasing arrangement. And, when returning an item was necessary, I have never run into any sort of problem.
I will continue to price-​shop. As long as the price is right, I will return!

Shopping carts are always dirty. Like dirty dirty, where I don’t want my babies even sitting in them. The store can be messy and disorganized. BUT has great deals and selection if items you cannot find elsewhere. I would still rather shop at Buy Buy Baby because their store is much cleaner.

All of the times I’ve been here I’ve just never had a good experience.
When I found out I was pregnant I decided to come here to set up one of my registries, even though I knew my main one would be at Buy Buy Baby simply because of the wider variety of product and it was just a better atmosphere all-​over. I came in and went over the registry set up area but noticed no one was behind the counter, so I looked for an employee and asked them if someone could help me because I was interested in getting a baby registry set up, they told me someone would be right over. So I went back over and sat down, 5 minutes pass … 10 minutes pass … finally I go to look for another employee and tell them once again that I needed help setting up a registry. I swear, there must have been 3 people in that entire store! Where the hell are all the employees?! I finally get someone to help me and they pretty much just rush through the whole thing and barely explain how to properly use the scanner thingy, so I basically had to figure it out myself.
Every time I had been back to the store after that I’ve pretty much had the same experiences with staff — THERE WAS NONE. I don’t know if they just can’t afford to hire people or what, but it takes so long to find anybody to help you out and when you do they’re extremely rude to you!
Not to mention the store is dirty, unkempt and completely unorganized! The clothes section is disappointing and completely overpriced.
I avoid this place as much as I can. I had to return some items from my baby shower and got a store credit so I know I’ll be back just to use that up if I really need it, but it seriously isn’t worth it if my future experiences will be anything like my past ones.

Love this store because all the items I need for my son are always on sale… Like pj’s! There store brand clothes are a little pricy but they are made well and don’t shrink much when u wash them so your child can wear them multiple times. Over all clean store and friendly staff.

Very bad customer service at photo department… Been waiting for over 20 days n called them like 10 times. N still they have no clue… don’t knw how they still are in business!

Very clean and organized Babies R Us, as with most Babies R Us I’ve been to. Mother room is clean and spacious for nursing and changing baby. Great clearance selections and price. Staff is friendly. Layout is exactly the same as a few other Babies R Us that I’ve been to, so you find exactly what you want at exactly the same aisle.

This place still irritates the bajeebus out of me. I don’t understand how a place can stay in business when the employees aren’t capable of tying their own shoes.
I was given a Crib CD player as a gift for my son and after trying it numerous times, we discovered it didn’t work correctly when attached to the crib. I went to take it back, but I didn’t have the receipt. I asked to just trade for one that works. She said I couldn’t.
So I spent the $ 40, bought a new one, then turned around and used the new receipt to return the broken one.
There’s always a way around things and you’d think they would know it and not make their customers jump through hoops when they could just as easily help you with a smile.

Babies R Us has everything you could need for your lil one. Though they price it a bit above normal. The employees are very helpful, and they constantly have meetings or seminars you can attend for new mommys.
