Great location!
Called Clovis location on Herndon to get appointment
Already and established patient but I have new insurance and wanted to make sure they were still in network with new insurance so I’m not stuck with a big bill.
Girl on phone says she can’t help me I would have to find that out myself if I was in network and my benefit coverage so I told her I would find another doctor if she could not help me and she said that’s fine!
I decided to walk into the S. Clovis Ave office to see if they could help me.
Not only did they look up my benefits they got me in to see the doctor same day!
That is what customer service is!
Do your job!
South Clovis ave office highly recommend!
Don’t bother with Herndon office in Clovis
