I have been bringing my car here regularly now because of the great, honest customer service that Mario and his peers deliver. Thank you for the HONEST customer service and discount on the services performed on my car today. Was expecting to have my brakes changed but was told I’m not due for that yet. Left with a free oil change and a couple of other services performed at a great price. Will continue to bring my car back here for future problems/​services. Thanks again guys!

I just want to give a shout out to the entire Crew from the front office to the Tech staff at Discount Tire on W Shaw in Fresno. I have been using them for years, customer service is great and there has not been one issue. They always make time for me, pricing is great and I TRUST them. Eddie and Shawn know the front end (Eddie thinks) he is a Tech and their entire tech staff is very professional.

Great place!!! Took my car in there to get looked at because a light came on, and I was unsure of what it was. It ended up just being my tire pressure was low, so Mario and Eddie were extremely kind enough to help me get that taken care of, and they did it free of charge! I was super greatful for the time they took to help me out!!! And they were so friendly!

These guys are awesome. Shawn is the man. My whole family comes here for regular car maintenance. Last time I was there, I had my car checked over for suspension issues and the 90,000 mileage service suggestions. They helped explain what I needed to do and when I should consider getting it done. They also took me out onto the floor where my car was being worked on and walked me through what needed to be fixed, so I understood what future issues I should be aware of. Great customer service, great speed of service, reasonable prices, and an overall satisfying experience. Will definitely be coming back here for next my car repair.

My husband has been taking our vehicles to DTC for years. We always get exceptional customer service. My husband is a very straightforward man who doesn’t like to waste his or anyone’s time. He has always had a good rapport with all the staff very professional and courteous. Eddie in the front office always goes above and beyond to exceed our expectations. This DTC is highly recommended.

Dropped my car off for a tire that separated before the warranty. They had to only change one tire and said it would be a couple hours. After 2.5 hours I hadn’t heard anything and they said it would be another 40 minutes. Screw this place. Cheap crap tires and less than cheery customer service.

Not a whole lot that has to be said. The service is fast, friendly and Eddie always makes sure that I am getting a good deal.
I have been in there twice in that last 3 weeks and both times I left paying at least half of what I thought i would pay. There is something to be said about a value like that.

Had a bad experience regional vise president told me to come back and he would make it right by offering me a comp oil change. I thought that was nice. I made an appointment and went in yesterday and they wouldn’t honor the free oil change. They said vp quit. I wonder why… I won’t be back.

On Friday, I noticed my car was driving a little funny, and I worried that my tire was flat. I ignored it — as all women who were late for work would do — and I heard a horn honk at me. Immediately, I knew. Damn. I pull into the a gas station and could hear the horror. The hissing of this giant nail puncturing my tire. Roadside assistance came. Changed my tire. I drove to Caroll’s tire warehouse and was hoping to just have them patch up my tire. Nope. This guy claimed that I drove my flat tire too far (less than 2 miles!) and I ruined the tire, therefore needing a new one. A new $ 240 one. Well, being that I’m a total dipshit when it comes to cars or tires or changing my oil, I called my boyfriend and told him the wonderful news and he said, «Leave. Leave right now.» I did. I decided to drive to discount tire center and walked in letting him know I needed my tire patched. He quoted me $ 25 and I waited about 30 minutes before he lets me know that my car is ready to go. As I reach for my wallet, he said, «Don’t worry about it. Have a good a day.» It was POURING rain that day and I don’t know what got him to do such a kind deed, but I genuinely appreciated it. Yes, it was only $ 25 but it was the fact that he saved me from purchasing an unnecessary $ 240 tire. I will be returning to Discount Tire Centers :)

I was in need of 4 tires for my car so I did some shopping around and Discount Tire was my last stop.
I went in and told the man at the front desk that I wanted to get a quote on some tires, he asked me what size, I told him. «Starts at 68 bucks»… Literally that’s all he said and then he looked at me. I asked him what brand they were. He oh so begrudgingly turned his old computer screen towards me and said they were Milestars. Keep in mind I never asked for the cheapest tire, I was looking at all my options but favoring a performance tire. One last question, warranty? «They’re all 40,000 miles» and with that I was officially over Discount Tire.
Do yourself a favor and drive up the street to Les Schwab, they know how to treat a customer.

I got a nail in one of my tires on my way to a restaurant date that I was looking forward to. Needless to say I was upset and desperate! I got blown off at one store and another said it would take an hour for a patch. So I see this place, make a sharp turn and show up at 5:30. They close at 6:00 so I think I’m screwed! Luckily one of the mechanics asks me if I need help, I explain the situation and he says «let’s take a look!» he’s just patched it! Took less than 15 minutes. So grateful, I’ll definitely be back!
Edit: after I wrote that last sentence I went up to the cashiers desk. The store manager was sitting there with a smile and waving at me. I said «I got a patch on my tire» and he replied «merry Christmas!» He didn’t charge me! His name is Darren and was so very nice and sweet. I couldn’t believe that he had turned my whole day around. Definitely go here, I will be back, I will tell my friends and family. Thank you again Darren!!!
