Fresno Infiniti

I love their service department. They always go the extra mile for you and they finish it off with w cookie! Their express oil change will get you in and out in a hour or less including a free car wash which is much better than all the big name oil places out there.

I bought a pre-​owned Dodge Charger and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful before and after the purchase. The showroom was beautiful and the entire facility was very clean and well kept. Overall a great dealership and I’m surprised at some of the reviews, I think some people don’t get basic economics and so they complain when they have to pay normal and properly listed fees.

Usually exceptional service here; I’ve left two five-​star reviews previously. I think the service advisor was new. The service manager, Johnathon Sabado, stepped in and saved the experience. Still love the product and the beautiful and immaculate showroom and restrooms.

I absolutely LOVE my Infinity Q60! I previously owned the G37 and loved it as well. My Q is Comfortable and reliable. The safety features are awesome!

I had dropped my bank card in the console in a place I could not reach by the gear shift. I drove over to infiniti to see if they knew a trick to get the console out. They told me the whole console would have to come out, but the service manager got a couple of tools and worked at it until he wedged the card out. I was so impressed with his determination and wonderful customer service. Makes me glad I bring my car here for service.

There are really only 2 steps to buying a car: Go to Fresno Infiniti, ask for Ron.
I didn’t think I could afford an Infiniti so I stopped at Lithia Mazda and Clawson Honda, checking out the Mazda 6 and Honda Accord. After spending hours at each dealership getting my time wasted with typical car salesman tactics, I was ready to give up. I gathered up my last bit of patience and did as a friend recommended: I went to Fresno Infiniti and asked for Ron. Within a couple hours I was driving off the lot in my Infiniti.
For just a few dollars a month more than a mid level Mazda 6 or Honda Accord that didn’t do much, I had a certified pre-​owned Infiniti G37 that was loaded with options (navigation, Bluetooth, premium bose sound system, leather power seats, the car remembers the seat and mirror positions for each driver, the list goes on and on). It had very low miles, it looked, drove and even smelled brand new, and it came with a much better warranty than either of the other cars. I kept trying to convince myself I liked the 6 and the Accord but I couldn’t do it, especially after driving the Infiniti.
Even the features that the 6 and Accord could match in a similar price range weren’t as good as in the Infiniti. The 6 had a Bose sound system but the sound wasn’t clean. They all had rear AC vents, but the 6 and Accord blew as hard as an asthmatic blowing through a straw, while the Infiniti pushed so much air the back seat gets frigid. And both front and rear AC will get you plenty cold on the hottest day, unlike the Accord and the 6. And neither could even come close to the 328 horsepower the Infiniti puts out. The 6 and Accord are cars you settle for. The Infiniti is a car you fall in love with. It is a great car to fit the family and it’s still exciting to drive. It’s clearly in a different class than its similarly priced rivals.
And the experience of buying the car was as incredible as the car itself. Instead of trying to push me into the most expensive thing on the lot, Ron asked what I was looking for. I told him the features I wanted and that budget was a concern. He directed me toward the cars that had what I wanted and fell within my budget. Imagine that. He didn’t try to shove me into something he wanted me to get; he led me toward the cars that I would want.
Before the test drive Ron went over a few key features he knew I would be interested in, as opposed to the other dealerships where I had to sit through a seminar on every tiny thing the car did that they thought was important. Ron knew every detail about the car and was able to answer every question I had, whereas the other salespeople I dealt with had to consult with something or someone to find the answer. Ron respected the value of my time and was straight with me about the price. He told me what it was, how much below the Kelley Blue Book value that was and then gave me some time to think it over. I used that time to check the Blue Book value and it was exactly what he said. The other dealerships tried to play number games, and the Honda dealership wouldn’t even talk about the price; they would only discuss monthly payments.
A few days after the purchase, Ron even called to see how everything was going with the car and if I had any questions. I have also called him several times with questions about the car. He has given me just as much time and attention as he did when I was looking to buy the car, and again, has been able to walk me through everything without having to look it up. He said he comes with the car and is there to help me whenever I need, and he has proven that.
I never knew buying a car could be like this. Go to Fresno Infiniti, ask for Ron, and experience it for yourself.

Now I know why you buy a luxury car; because you get luxury and magnificent service and attention as well. Super friendly Johnathan provided a loaner car that was a brand new Infiniti, Dave Nazzaretta checked on me and got me a Infiniti personal assistant, our Q50 was updated, serviced, washed and I’m just amazed at their attention to detail. To infiniti and beyond for the best Infiniti dealership and team!

I took my Toyota Tundra in for service that only a dealer could provide. I was met immediately at the service port by a knowledgable service manager. My Tundra was serviced and washed. Loaner car was nice as well. Thank you Fresno Infiniti. I will be back in the future.

my wife found an SUV online at Fresno Infiniti that she wanted to buy; she called Ron and tried to purchase it over the phone, but they were unable to do that. She asked if they could hold it for her and they said no.
I woke up early then next day, rented a car and drove down from San Jose (arranged to have the Fresno Inifinit sales person help me return it to the Fresno Airport). I test drove the car and said I would take it. I filled out the paperwork and the «GM» (Jordan) said he was just waiting for approval from the bank. I asked for a restaurant recommend and he obliged. I returned from lunch and Jordan informed me that he sold the car to someone else. He said he couldn’t reach me. The hostess at the restaurant was nice enough to charge my phone for me.
When I asked Jordan to speak with my wife and explain why he sold the car that we had already agreed to buy, he said «I don’t wan’t to get involved in a marital dispute».

Wow. If that was meant to make things better, you failed. I stand by what I said. Ron quoted an ‘out the door price’ on the phone, then raised the price when it was asked for in writing; we asked before we drove 3hrs to buy it, cash. For a 60k car I can’t believe he would lose the sale over 1.5k.(said car is still sitting on the lot a week later). For me it’s a matter of principle. I will not do business with people who appear to not value their own integrity, nor that of their company. Honesty is always the best policy.

Was driving through town popped to test drive the new 2015 Rick our salesperson and Jordan the manager were very nice guys, we had a great experience

We bought our pre-​owned car from Randy Hathaway. He was so nice and he didn’t pressure us into buying anything. He helped us get a good deal. Overall, it was an excellent experience doing business with him.

You read reviews and have to decide if the customer writing is ever happy with the service they receive. I typically only write good reviews but I am making an exception.
I booked an online appt and selected the services I wanted, but when I arrived I had to start the process all over. So that was a complete waste of time. Secondly, the pricing and services I saw on line were now completely different and a lot more expensive. (Text book bait and switch). So she finds what I signed up for but says that the price of $ 306 is wrong, its $ 120 more. So I ask what is the difference on the $ 560 service package. She replies «nothing they are the same». ?? She says it is a new system, yet, I just read reviews with people having similar problems as far back as 6 months. I settled for an oil change and will find another place to service my car.

Purchased our car from them brand new in 2008. Always took the vehicle to them for oil changes until we found a FRAM oil filter on our car! When told about it they denied installing the FRAM oil filter… and yet they were the only ones we ever had service the car! Plus they charged us full OEM price on the oil filter! After that we ditched their over priced oil change and have been taking our vehicle to Nissan for quality service.
Had some warranty issues that required us to return to Infiniti for repairs. Their service staff (especially the service manager) is severely lacking, often treat you with a bad attitude. They don’t care about the customer or what the problem with the vehicle is, they try to push you through and pretty much ignore what you say to them about the problem. We have already taken back our vehicle more than five times for the same issue. All they do is clean it up, put a bandaid on it with a temporary fix and then the same problem happens again. When will they ever get this fixed? We’re guessing they will fix it only when it’s out of warranty, but we’ll be taking it to Nissan then.
Speaking of warranty… we purchased an extended warranty from them at the same time we purchased the car. When our original manufacturer’s warranty ended they didn’t even have a record of our extended warranty purchase and were going to charge us for all service repairs. Good thing we kept our paperwork… we had to dig it up and prove it to them!
The service department makes this dealership not worthy of the Infiniti name. Great car brand, horrible service department.

We never really enjoy looking for a New Car, but our experience at Fresno Infinity changed that. The time we spent with Ron Papenhousen made all the difference. His quality of service and his understanding of our needs made purchasing our car from him AMAZING. So, if your in the marker for a great new or used car, your really need to spend some time with Ron. You will be glad you did.

I’m going to be purchasing my dream vehicle in a week, it will not be purchased from this dealership. I walked around for about 10 minutes and was obviously car shopping. Two employees made eye contact with me but no one ever said a word. I also noticed no one was in the process of buying a car, I’m not surprised. So they weren’t slammed with customers, were aware of my presence but still no one said a word. I felt like a fly on the wall so one star for them. I’ll buy my 50k vehicle from their neighbors Lexus, BMW or Mercedes. I had very good experiences there. I don’t know how this Infinity dealership can compete with their high end competitors just footsteps away. It’s as different as day and night.
How do you stay in business?

I just bought a used Honda Fit from Ron Papenhausen and the sale could not have gone more smoothly. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to work good deal for us. The dealership was a comfortable pressure free environment. I would definitely do business again at Fresno Infiniti!

Serviced my car here a few times now, and it’s always a good experience. Really friendly staff, and what needs to be done gets done. No games or BS.

My wife and I went to Fresno Infiniti and we were overwhelmed with the service we received. We really were just going in to test drive and possibly buy, but I had convinced myself that we would only get the best price over the internet.
I couldn’t have been more wrong. We left being really surprised, and with a brand new car.
After visiting several other car dealers, purportedly «high end» dealers, that treated us like we were buying a used 1976 Pinto, it was refreshing to be treated with respect at Fresno Infiniti. I was prepared to be hard-​sold, maybe even pressured, but that wasn’t the case at all. Ron Papenhausen, Director of Internet Sales, was our point of contact and he really went the extra mile to earn our business.
He was honest, respectful and made us feel like he was trying to make us happy, not just sell us a vehicle. He is a true professional who takes a lot of personal pride in what he does.
I can’t speak to the service department, as this is our first Infiniti, however, the sales and finance portion of this dealership is top notch. And I am also going to take the opportunity to speak about how impressed we are with the Infiniti brand. Other luxury brands market way more, and I think that drives their sales ahead of Infiniti, but the product itself is far superior to the competitors we test drove (in our opinion)…Lexus, BMW and Acura (and for the record we owned a BMW for 9 years prior).

Let me start off by saying that my family own 2 Infinitis and i absolutely LOVE their production lines. i have been to several different Infiniti dealerships up and down California and Fresno Infiniti is by far the worst. Maybe i shouldn’t say the whole entire dealership is bad because i really haven’t dealt with sales department not too many times.
a few things i can say about service department… first, service advisers are terrible. Most of them doesn’t know what they are talking about. second, i just doesn’t trust those guys in there. i have gone in there multiple occasions for the same issue. thank god i had warranty back then. third, service advisers are pricks. they have told me that they are out of loaners when i clearly see a few loaners parked in the back. (over the years of going in there for warranty work, i knew where they parked the loaners)
i rather go to a Nissan dealership to go get service done on my car.
