I love, love, love my Lexus dealership/​service. I am treated with the utmost courtesy and respect and given such great service. I had an appointment with one of the service guys, but he was tied up with another customer. Matthew Broadley checked with me after a few minutes and offered to help take care of my visit. He was polite, friendly and extremely competent in his handling of the issues I had with my car and its scheduled service. He provided me with an beautiful loaner car and kept me up to date, via phone, on any required service and additional optional services that could be done at this time. Overall, I would rate the entire experience as excellent, both of service personnel and the service and care provided.

The whole experience was a positive one from the time I entered the service area until my car was ready. Also, having the courtesy car available is a huge plus so I didn’t have to wait several hours for the service to be completed.

Fresno Lexus has always been exceptional at their customer service. But this last time that I had my car serviced there, I was very disappointed at the rental that I received. I’m used to driving a Lexus and I was given a Dodge. Took me awhile to figure out how everything works in the car. That was not ok.

Ricardo Lopez (Richie) was exceptional in providing great customer service and being prompt on diagnosing and finding the problem with my car overheating. I had to have my vehicle towed into Lexus in Fresno and he helped me every step of the way and called me as soon as it arrived there. Everyone I came in contact with were so helpful from the person that answered the main phone lines to all the employees in the service department. I am in the market for a second automobile and am thinking about another Lexus since that is the customer service I can always look forward to. Everyone I have talked to I have highly recommended Fresno Lexus to them for their outstanding service. Could not ask for a better place.

Just like their luxury cars, their service is superb! Service department, you can tell by the drive of your car they did a wonderful job. If you step into another dealership like Nissan, you can definitely tell the difference in quality.

My broker and a sales associate brought the car to my office for my test drive. Then did all the paperwork for me. The process was extremely convenient and everyone at Lexus was fantastic!

Fresno Lexus by far has been the best dealership that I have bought a car from, and I have bought many cars. The salesman Jesse that I worked with was great to deal with. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a car to ask for him. The gentleman Matt in financing was also great. Everything they told they would do they did. I am very pleased with my experience! The next purchase that I make Fresno Lexus will be where I purchase from.

Lexus goes above and beyond to keep their customers happy.
Frank, in service, came back in on a Saturday after Lexus’s had closed in order for me to drop my car off for a service issue. He was out to dinner with friends, but was happy to meet me outside of business hours due to a snafu.
Caren, the general manager, fully exceeded my expectations in order to make a wrong right. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. :)

This place has great service and a variety of hot beverages in the waiting area. Service charges are a little high. I would recommend not to get the package but just the particular items that you need done since the package mostly contain visual inspections anyways. All in all, I enjoyed the atmosphere and the customer service.

I went to test drive a new ES 350 and the sales person begrudgingly asked me if I needed help. I told him that I was in the market for a new car and felt the ES 350 was the right size for myself and my family. The test drive went horribly! He drove about a mile and a half and for each mile of it he kept peering at me with disgust on his face. I finally piped up and informed him that I would actually like to test drive the car. Within a block of the dealership, he pulled over and let me get in. My test drive was only 1.5 blocks! WTF! He was most likely judging me as I look very young for my age (I am 43 but look 30) and was dressed very casually (Barefoot shoes, Fresno State T-​shirt, and shorts). His freaking loss! I went over to Fresno Acura and bought a new car and was treated with courtesy and respect.

I am now completing my third acquisition with Lexus of Fresno. They are not the closest Lexus Dealership to where I live. But each experience keeps bringing me back and I don’t care about the distance. I care that they have consistently exceeded my expectations. As an example, my credit union gave me an excellent rate for my new car purchase. Lexus of Fresno’s finance department got busy trying to find me a better loan and they did! They beat my credit union by .25%! They had already sold me a new car! They went the extra distance to make this an even better transaction for me. It is this kind of consideration and exemplary service that will keep me coming back here. If I could give them more that 5 stars, I would!

We recently got our car repaired and it took over a month to fix it. They do not care about customer service anymore. All they care about is money. They always leave crap in our car and damaged our seat so we had to bring it back to fix AGAIN. Man… Lexus is suppose to be a fancy car label but now I know not to buy a car from them again. That’s why we went to BMW to buy another car instead of this stupid company. I use to love Lexus too… You guys let me down. One thing I cannot stand is bad customer service and bad car service too.

I recently bought a car here, and even though I got a good deal, I am not satisfied with their service. They promised they would call me to take my car for a complete detail service because my car has a small stain on the hood, but they never did. Since they got their money, they don’t care about their customer now. Be careful with them and their sales tactics. Will not purchase from this dealer again or will not recommend them to anyone.

This revue is for the TOP NOTCH service adviser I had the pleasure of dealing with named Richie. This dude is AWESOME! I do not live in the Fresno area (approx 350 miles away from home) but was there visiting and my maintenance/​service light decides to come on at 4:00 PM Friday afternoon. Called Fresno Lexus’ Service Dept., Spoke with Richie and he told me to come down and he would take care of everything — which he did. The best part of my whole experience, it was a hassle free service. He got my car in and me out and on my way in a matter of minutes.
On the Invoice there is a statement that reads «Our Goal is to Ensure a „Truly Outstanding“ Service Experience» and that is EXACTLY the experience I received.

Maybe I went with high hopes, we just purchased a Q50 next door and walked over here to get my sister an IS 250. We wandered around for 30 min and no one approached us to even help us, all car doors locked and couldn’t enter the cars. An employee of mine purchased her Camry that took over 7 hours to complete a sale, maybe it was for the better. I’m only rating it 2 stars because I know an amazing car sales rep who comes to my work and unfortunately neither myself or my employee was able to deal with him during our interest of purchase, if we did I know we would’ve been in good hands if he was around.

Fresno Lexus is always top drawer. This is the second used car I have purchased from them and they always treat you right. Buying a car can be a negative experience but not here. It also doesn’t hurt that they have Starbucks in the waiting room (with Truvia too).

***** I am starting with 5stars review because these guys deserve it. Irene my sales person for my wife’s car is simply awesome. She was extremely helpful in our car purchase. I live in bay area but drove all the way there because she not only gave us the best price but also the best service one can ask for. There GSM «Kraig» is very nice along with there finance manager AL. Altogether we came out very happy and satisfied with our purchase. Please go see Irene for 5star service and best price. Cant ask for anything better.
