The best ever! There is definitely a line and a long wait but worth it! I ordered the pulled pork and Mac n cheese sandwich. It was so good! Such an odd combo but absolutely delicious. I also ordered the smores sandwich. It was so good! But very messy to eat. With Nutella, marshmallows, and graham crackers. Lastly I got the loaded tater tots. They have cheese and bacon on them. They were good and crispy. But the sandwiches were far better. Will definitely be returning.

Amazing food! My sister and I caught them at the Pride parade and shared a Pig Mac, and the bacon cheddar Angus sliders and tator tots. It was SO much food!!! Neither of us realized how big the pig mac and sliders would be and the portion of tator tots was huge.(I definitely would’ve enjoyed it a lot more if it weren’t 100 degrees outside but that’s out of anyone’s control!) The Pig Mac was definitely a lot of comfort food, being a pulled pork grilled cheese with mac and cheese. I don’t care too much for spicy food so I don’t normally enjoy pulled pork from restaurants because its usually too spicy but this one was perfect! nice and sweet. I also don’t love mac and cheese and I don’t normally eat it but it was so good with the pulled pork! And who wouldn’t love this combination in a grilled cheese! So good! The Angus sliders were(it seemed) bigger than normal sliders but maybe that was because we had a lot of food anyways! They had lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and more cheese grilled to the bun. It was great! The beef was so juicy and tasty. Next time I want to try the kung pao brussel sprouts! I think together we spent a little less than $ 20 and got more food than we normally would’ve at a restaurant!

I went to gazebo gardens two weeks in a row and both weeks, meltdown bistro was there. The line is always pretty long at meltdown bistro so you know it’s good. Last week I ordered the Mac and cheese balls and the Cuban. Both were delicious. My friends could not stop thinking about the Mac and cheese balls. This week I ordered the tri tip and jalapeño and that was delicious as well. I’ll definitely be returning and trying more delicious food!

The waitime can be quite long but the food is delicious. I have gotten the Spinach, Pesto, Provolone Sandwich with added bacon and my favorite the Morning Meltdown which has a fried egg, bacon, ham, and cheese. My mom got the Cuban Melt and loved it, she couldn’t wait to go back for seconds. The truck is awesome, people are great and food is 5 stars. If they can speed up wait time they’d get 5 stars from me all day. Definitely recommend this food truck,

I have followed(stalked) them for sometime now and I have a couple of favorites so far and working my way down the menu– PIGMAC– what can I say its yummy goodness, grilled cheese with mac and cheese with BBQ pork– Cannot get enough. CHICKENCORDONBLEU– to die for, flavors just caress your taste buds and leave you wanting more but you can’t because you are full to the hilt! MAC N CHEESEBALLS– I was iffy on this purchase but I can tell you the flavor combination is out of this world! I intend to try their Brussel Sprouts soon! I have photos but it would not let me share them :-(worth the stop!

First, I would really like to thank Pete and Meltdown Bistro for helping with our Celebration of my Grandmothers life. We were at odds at what to do for the day, many family members were coming from out of town, so having a potluck was not an option. My aunt and I discussed a food truck, but what kind??. One of my Grandmothers favorite meals was Grillcheese and tomato soup, so that was our goal and we also wanted to provide burgers for those who don’t care for grilled cheese. I did some searching on the web and Meltdown Bistro kept popping up in Unilocal.Since I refer to Unilocal quite a bit, I trusted that the reviews would not let me down. and they didnt! Instead of offering the full menu, we opted to offer a limited menu of Beef and Bacon Sliders, the Spinach, Pesto and Provalone Melt and the Grilled Meltdown grilled cheese, then all entrée’s were offered the Tomato Bisque. ALLOFITWASDELICIOUS! I went with the spinach provolone melt that had an option to add bacon, YESPLEASE, along with the Tomato Bisque. It was sooooo good. My kids had the Sliders and my youngest said it is one of the best burgers he has ever had. They were very generous in size and one slider would have been very satisfying. Now, I won’t speak for the rest of the family, but I will say, I heard plenty of «oh this is soooo good» during the day. To finish things off, the Smores Melt was added to our menu, as a dessert, and again it was a hit! After all was calculated the prices were more than fair. Pete did a great job taking care of food for our special event and I will definitely be calling again the next time I have an event.

Meltdown Bistro did it right!!! Had them cater our sons birthday and it was an absolute hit! Feeding a large group of hungry teenagers was no small task and they hit the mark. The variety they had on the menu was perfect since there was something for everyone. The portions were generous and the service was top notch! The main reason we chose Meltdown Bistro initially was because of the food. The hit of the night was the Pig Mac. I heard some of the kids say, «I saw that it had mac & cheese in it and I was sold». I had the Cuban sandwich which was nothing short of spectacular. The flavor profile and the layers of different textures hit all the senses at once. Meltdown Bistro has a good thing going. Make sure you take the time to try it all.

Our experience with this food truck was at the Tioga-Sequoia Brewery on a Friday night. Their Brussels sprouts are out of control! Try them, you won’t regret it. We also had the spinach, avocado, pesto, and provolone melt and the chicken Caesar melt. Both were really good!

Pig Mac is the business. Was so amazing! I also tried the Thai tea which was interestingly tastey. Definitely give them a go, I wasn’t disappointed!

I was really looking forward to eating here. They were at Gazebo Gardens on a Friday night. There was a bit of a wait due to the line and getting orders out. Half the menu was already crossed off by the time I got to the window to order. I got the Pig Mac and Chicken Caesar melt. They ran out of white bread so they had to use marbled rye to sub. The sandwiches were pretty average to me. The Pig Mac wasn’t bad. Just BBQ pork and macaroni and cheese melted together in a sandwich. The Chicken Caesar melt lacked flavor. I had high expectations because I heard so many people raving about it. Too bad I wasn’t satisfied.

I’m so glad I my bad day turn great once I set foot at the gazebo gardens! I ordered a strawberry tea i must say it was very very good, great I can say and great prices $ 3. the Kung po Brussel sprouts were way better then I expected they were delicious. My daughter had the home made chips and she said they were ok, deep fried kettle cooked potatoes sprinkled with season salt.

This trick is cute and the staff is nice. I had a pig mac(american cheese with bbq pulled pork and mac n chesse) i also got a watermelon sweet tea both items together was $ 11 The only thing i wish was better was the speed of getting my order but the sandwich is woryh the wait. The cheese was melted beautifully the bread was crispy and i loved how the bbq pulled pork didn’t over power the flavor you could taste every element of the sandwich. Ovetsll yummy and will stop at there truck next chance i get.
