We were in search of a VW Beetle for our daughter. Jeff and Rob were so helpful. They gave us many options and great advice for our teenager as we made the decision which car to purchase. They were patient with us and wanted to make sure we got the best value for our money. I appreciate the sincerity they both shared. If you are in need of a car, any make or model, go see these guys. They will take great care of you! It’s not about just selling a car for them, they truly want you to leave with the best deal!

I purchased my 3^rd vehicle with Michael VW. I worked with Jesse Caron and it was a perfect experience. Wonderful customer service overall! I highly recommend to all my colleagues. He made the experience so easy and stress free.

I’m actually VERY surprised at all those past reviews. I in the other hand was very unlucky to have taken my Vw Jetta here to have them fix «one» problem. I had to smog my car and didn’t pass because of my secondary air injection was not working properly. Took it to Michael VW to have them take a look, indeed that was the problem when they scanned my car for problems. They gave me a quote $ 1200 to have that part replaced plus labor. Very expensive but it has to be done. A day passed and they said they didn’t know the engine was going to be in the way to remove the old part out so that means more labor and hours = more money. They said they will have to charge me an extra $ 100. At that point what can I do, they already started on my car and I need this vehicle fix. But why would they not know that the engine was going to be in the way. I mean they are Vw and they should know their cars. That shows that the mechanics are incompetent about their cars and thus the initial quote was incorrect because they didn’t know their cars! I was extremely upset but went with it. So they charged me $ 1300 total. Here’s where it gets sketchy, upon receiving my car. It had two problems. We could not pop my hood open and one of my head lights is not working. I asked them why is that. The supervisor said the car came in like that, how funny, because my car did not come into the shop with the hood not opening and also with a light bulb out. And let me remind you that they did a pre diagnostic (scan) to my car and no where did it show up in paper that my car had this problem. They said that if I want them to fix it, it would cost me. I was livid. I said no and went to my friend who was a mechanic to fix these problems which he did. My mechanic friend fixed the hood because when they took my front bumper out they didn’t clip on or tighten the metal wire that pulls the hood to open so it was loose. There was so much slack that it won’t pull the wire to open the hood. I honestly think Vw did this on purpose, and even if they didn’t, wow what a sloppy job! Why was it not put on correctly! Is this what they call customer service?! Second, my light bulb wasn’t working so I bought another bulb at Napa and my boyfriend put it on, didn’t work. We thought it was an electrical issue. He pulled the prongs out that connects to the head lights and we see a BENT PRONG. Now how is it possible? It was working fine before I brought it in, that means someone tampered with my prongs so no power would go through making us think there is a problem with the head lights. Once my boyfriend bent it back sure enough it was working fine. And I bought an extra light bulb for no reason, waste of time, money, and stress. I came back to Vw later that week and complained, all the supervisor did was reimbursed the light bulbed I bought and that his mechanic was working here for a long time and knows what he’s doing. I’m sure he knew what he was doing when he messed with my car and took my money. Very dishonest place and I will never entrust them with my car. Still very upset about this situation. This happened to my friend as well when they repeatedly went back for service and nothing was fixed, everything overcharged. Really looking into the lemon laws and BBB about this.

I stopped by this dealership Friday afternoon as a last resort after looking all over town for a used vehicle and honestly I wish I would have started my search here. Jeff Fuentes came out and showed me a few used vehicles and before I knew it I was driving out with a great car and the payment I had asked for. Not very often do I give 5 stars, but this dealership deserves it. I shopped online for a Passat, found what I wanted, went in to the store and they gave me more than I asked. Working with Jeff Fuentes and Milt and also Rob who worked his magic on the numbers was seamless. They helped make it right for me. I now send everyone I know car shopping to them.

Michaels VW service department’s Jerry Sheldon is always very helpful every time we come in for scheduled maintenance. He provides personalized customer service and welcomes us warmly whenever we stop by.

I bought a new VW yesterday from them. Staff were very nice and helpful. There was no hidden cost or bad things in the deal. They offered a good price. I worked with two Jeffs there, and both of them knew their job perfectly. I will recommend this place to friends.

Last weekend, my husband and I decided to go around and start looking for a car to purchase. While we were willing to make a purchase the day of, we agreed it would only happen if we found the right car… and we did at this dealership! More than finding a great sedan, we were welcomed by wonderful service from both Robert Gushel and Michael Ramos. I’ve bought cars at other dealerships before, but this is the only one that’s worth raving about because I was taken cared of the whole time I was in the dealership. They truly went above and beyond in customer service. Ask for either of these guys, and I’m sure you will have a great experience.

My son’s car was serviced at Michael’s Volkswagen. Their service department is great! Jerry helped us. When we first got there, he spoke with my son, and congratulated him on his new car. He gave him his card and said to call if ever there were any problems with the car. He included him in the whole process. He was very respectful toward me as well. As a woman, I did not feel intimidated. I felt very comfortable. I had looked up the car’s issues on the internet, so I had some idea about what was going on. Jerry explained everything better than the info on the web, and he made sure that I understood what was going on. I felt as if he was someone I could trust. I really like the Michael’s Service department, they did a great job on my son’s car. And Jerry is just AWESOME!

I typically don’t like going to car dealerships, but Michael Volkswagen is great. I have had my car serviced there 3 different times, and they have the best customer service. Jerry Sheldon is great!
I will definitely be coming back here.

The hub’s car was due for its 10,000 mile check up and I was responsible for taking it in. As I walked in to the service area, I was immediately greeted by Jerry. He was very nice and professional. He started my paper work and promised to get me out of there in 30 minutes. Of course I tell him I’m timing him! He was true on his word and the oil change and everything else they had to do to the car was finished on time. Thanks Michael Volkswagen!

Had my CC R-​line towed in at 1:30pm-with no warning, it was a bad coil pack, and they had it repaired and ready by 5:30 the same afternoon. I was called when it arrived there, and called when it was done. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Came hereknowing exactly how much a brand new Golf GTI cost, what options I wanted and could live without. Showed up, drove a car around the block already knowing I wanted it, but hey, it gave the sales guy some time to talk about the car.
Sat down in the «room» and was jerked around for 3 hours, with the whole «let me ask my manager» routine. In and out of the room he would go, coming back with one worthless «offer» after another. More condescending comments about my age and how it’s the best they could do given my car buying history (none)
I had the down payment ready, I had a loan ready from my bank and for three hours they tried to con me into taking a loan from them or to jack up the cost with silly ‘dealership options.‘
So I walked out, called Clovis VW, and on that same day was driving my brand new car for exactly the amount that the car cost, no con-​jobs or trying to upsell me on things I didn’t want.
I think these guys are used to selling porsches to jerks because all sense of customer service is lost on these folks. I am but one customer they lost, but I have prevented 2 people from buying from them, and I don’t know how many people those two people prevented.
I would highly suggest passing these guys up, just head to Clovis VW instead and save yourself some headache

We just purchased a Volkswagen CC there and our transaction went smoothly and quickly. My husband had researched the car he wanted and got the exact price he was looking to pay with little to no haggling. They were also able to beat our credit union finance rate. Anthony, the salesman, and Brandon, the sales manager, made the transaction very simple and easy. I would highly recommend Michael and both of these guys. This dealership has a great staff that provided us with professional, friendly and stress free, five star service!
