Went in for routine maintenance, came back with dirt, scratches, dents, and leaking oil. Customer service was horrible with the exception of Jake somebody, who was very friendly. I waited for about five minutes for somebody to come to my car before going inside only to be told to wait by my car. When I came back to show them the dirt and scratches that they put on my car, the manager came out and looked at the car and said «I can’t take responsibility for that because we didn’t work on the car in that area.» I guess it didn’t occur to him that the idiots driving the car could’ve backed into a fence or something, which is an all new level of stupid because THE CAR HAS A REAR-​VIEW CAMERA!

I was so happy and satisfied with the service I was provided at Michael Toyota. Samuel Gomez helped me with my 1^st time car buying experience. He was so helpful, I told him what I was looking for and he delivered. Thank you so much Sam :)

My experience at Michael Automotive was very pleasant. My service writer, was cheerful and knowledgable about my vehicle. I had a couple of questions that he had to research and he did so without hesitation. Very nice visit. I will return.

Have been servicing my new Toyota 4Runner with Michael Toyota and have had exceptional service every time. This time I had my 35 000 maintenance service. The online appointment was easy. Friendly Greeting upon arriving. I had issues with the radio and navigation, turns on and off intermittently. factory warranty expired at 36,000 miles, current @ 37,000. It ended up needing a software upgrade. Mickey Bringetto was able to get the charges dropped. This isn’t first time. Everyone goes above and beyond. Would never go anywhere else.

Let me begin by saying that I hate the car buying experience. The sales tactics, the games, the hidden fees, etc. And yet buying a new car is awesome!!! With that in mind, I didn’t go into Michaels Toyota with very high expectations. I haven’t ever purchased a Toyota (been a Honda guy since 16 years old) but liked the new RAV4 style and the reviews were great. I walked in a couple of weeks ago and was met by a sales associate, Daniel Gonzalez. He spent about an hour with my wife and I answering the basic questions and let us test drive one of the cars. Of course he wanted the sale but wasn’t pushy. I left my info and told him that I wanted to do a little more research and compare with like midsize SUV’s. He shook my hand and we parted ways. Over the next 2 weeks he was great to follow up. Persistent but not overbearing. I appreciated his genuine desire to help me find the right vehicle. He worked very hard to find those features that were most important to me. Upon finishing the transaction, the paperwork was ready ahead of time which I appreciated. It was nice to see that they valued my time. Will definitely do business again with Michael’s Toyota and Daniel!

I came here out of town to get my car serviced and was greeted by Chris. He was very professional and explained everything beforehand. He was friendly and the service was superb. My car was ready the time he promised. I would recommend this location to others and will return if I’m ever in the area. Great job!

I’m an out of state buyer trying to get a rig from someone on Craigslist in Fresno. My bank required an inspection so I reached out to the Toyota services manager to be sure I didn’t get the runaround. He was very empathetic to my situation and literally said, «I want to make it as painless as possible for you and your seller.» Jason McCormick lived up to his word. Hopefully everyone in the service department has his integrity. He was honest, forthright and got me the paperwork I needed as fast as he could. I was blown away and thankful. Ladies looking for service, here’s a guy you can trust.

I’m not going to write a long review but this dealership is the worst. I bought a brand new 2015 Camry, but it keeps breaking down. I took to them and they were not so helpful. I recommend going to Toyota of Clovis which is a few miles away.

Took my camry in for the dash recall on 2÷18÷2016 and went to pick up my car the next day. As I got into my car to drive it home I smell cigarettes smoke inside. I had my 4 year old with me and I had to open the windows all the way home. He was complaining that he was cold and I was so disappointed. I’m not a smoker and I can’t stand the smell of it. Not trying to offense anyone but PLEASE PLEASE respect me and don’t smoke in my car while working on it. I’m very disappointed and would not go back to this dealer ever again. I will drive out of town if I have to but not back there.

I gave this place a second chance– they passed with flying colors! No freebies either, I paid for my services. Devin is still there, checking cars in and out with a quickness. They delivered what was promised, and my car is in good shape. If I could delete the old review, I would.

Another great service at Michael Toyota. Chris Carrillo, was the service advisor for this service. He took the time to talk to me about my car, and went over the entire service of my car. I will continue to bring my car to this dealership.

I took my dad here for a new car. Daniel was very helpful and friendly in helping us pick a car that was best for us with good deals and offer. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to buy a car here.

Long wait. I was there for three hours for a routine inspection including tire rotation and oil change. It took them 30 minutes before they even looked at my car. I wish they would manage their appointments more efficiently.
On the positive side: They are thorough with their inspections.

It’s an auto dealership, but for me, my experience has always been positive. I have leased three vehicles and purchased one truck from Michael Toyota over the past 8 years. All of this through one salesman, Eddie Garcia. Down to earth approach and matches my style of interaction. Also, didn’t mess around with the haggle, Eddie and company were able to hit deals that were on target for my expectations before I ever commented on my payment targets. Also, went above and beyond for a quick purchasing process… I recommend this over Clovis Toyota.

So. i made a couple visits here in the past, when searching for trucks, and they were barely helpful (grudgingly, it seemed), but new search, so back we came. they were stop #3 and the second toyota dealer.

anyway…back again as part of the big search weekend, still with the parentals. don’t even try for a test drive, as we’d already crossed corolla off the list, and are focused on camrys. however, while claiming they could beat «the other guy’s numbers» (without seeing them), they refused to discuss numbers unless we were ready to sit down and buy right now. with that attitude? not now, and not ever.

Always good service, the service people take time to explain things when not understanding. Always takes too long, and always over priced. But always receive good service.

We initially came to test drive but ended up buying that day. Our sales guy, Gerry Lee, was super cool, knowledgeable about the product, was not pushy, and gave us the best possible deal.
Minus the long grueling process of paper work and a miscommunication on the deal we thought we were initially getting, we left with everything we wanted in the cars.
I think my only bone to pick is we didn’t get the initial deal we thought we were getting, but after they cleared things up about it later we’re still happy with our purchase.
Highly recommend Gerry if you’re looking to buy at Michael Toyota. Also make sure you’re not signing the contract on an empty stomach.

The manager is sketchy as hell. They offered me $ 300 in cash to «compensate» for the damages they caused on my car but I went to 3 different places to get the estimates and the damage was about $ 700. If they do any damages while your car is getting maintenence/​in their care and they try to avoid the responsibility you can go right straight to Bureau of Automotive Repair and they’ll get you the justice you deserve.

I made an appointment at 10 o clock didn’t even get a hello from the service reps handling the service they walked by me until I told one I was here for service. Didn’t even get to register until 1030 so forget any other plans since I took an hour just to get acknowledged
There are 4 gentlemen here yet the customer service sucked I usually go to the one in Clovis and now I see why I do.

Usually I get work done at Toyota clovis, and now I will return to them after this horrible place.
This place is so expensive, their labor prices are ridiculously high. For rear brakes only, $ 300 in labor, not including parts. So overpriced. I will not be returning to this Toyota dealership. What a rip off.
The one extra star is for Sal, he was professional and easy to deal with. Even if he works for a place that overcharges.
