Just purchased my dream cabin in Bass Lake. Received a call from my painter informing me that my cabin was flooded. I had only owned the place for 3 days… I called ServPro at 2pm on a Sunday and they were on site within 1hr. The owners showed up personally and we’re very comforting and knowledgeable. I called my insurance company to open a claim and informed the desk adjuster that ServPro was on site extracting water. Hartford insurance was thankful that I called ServPro as they are a very respected vendor in the industry. The owners Shawn and Deidre worked very tirelessly for 2 hours and set the necessary drying equipment. The damage could have been alot worse, but with the quick response time, it was not as bad as it could have been. If you are considering calling ServPro to help you with your water damage, don’t hesitate any longer and call Shawn directly. He will give you PIECE OF MIND and a calming personality. He sure did for me! My move in date has been pushed back a bit while repairs are being completed, but it could have been much worse.559−760−7119 is Shawns cell number… don’t wait another minute.

So my washing machine decided to pop a hole in the bottom of the tub and began filling my house with water. It damaged all of my laminate flooring in hallways and entry and started going into the bedrooms. After calling my insurance company, they directed me to servpro as an option for cleanup. Brian from Servpro Fresno showed up last night about 8pm or so. He was very professional and informative about the process and what he was doing. He set the expectations for the next day and when he would communicate with us. He stayed true to follow up and called before arriving with the owner of the company the next day. They removed all of the damaged material and started the fans and dehumidifier to dry things out. They are taking photos of everything and doing readings of the walls to see what are still damp. They plan to return daily until this matter is completely resolved. In a very frustrating situation of a damaged home, the folks at Servpro of Fresno really lightened the load. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat. Call them. You won’t regret it!

Shawn and his team worked on my home for mold problem. finished the job with minimal damage to the house which saved me a couple of thousand dollars. 2 other quotes said they have to remove the whole kitchen cabinet and may be granite country top. you know how much it will cost to replace granite counter top! not just one piece. matching for the whole kitchen including the center island. Shawn did it without having to remove the whole cabinet. passed the mold testing with flying colors. charge was less than the quoted. did it within reasonable time frame. I will not hesitate to recommend his team to anybody. also like his sense of humor.

Called this ServPro to come out for a quote. They came out… but did not seem interested in the job. I would have rather the owner be honest then telling me I would have a quote by the end of the day. That was 4 days ago and I have heard nothing. Unprofessional to not even be honest. Called Coit of Fresno, they came out, gave me a quote for a duct cleaning right on the spot and scheduled the appointment. Don’t waste your time with this ServPro of Fresno.
