I love this place! Especially because I’m a girl who likes trucks and they were very respectful. They spoke to me like a regular person and not as if I was a dumb girl they can rip off. It gets pretty irritating having people constantly ask is this your husband/​boyfriends truck. Just left the shop. My monster truck was sick and couldn’t drive properly. I’ve tried going every where according to my research Ive even suggested that I’m sure what the real problem was but no one listen. All the many shops I’ve been to wanted to sell me their products. When I came to West Coast Exhaust and Off Road they were very honest. Just like the reviews they don’t sell you anything more than you need and is honest and has the best price. The owner Steve is a real cool guy. The techs that he employed are the best! Great service all around. I will be returning very soon to get many things done to my other vehicles. They got my business for sure! I love West Coast Exhaust and Off Road! My Beast is back on the road!

I was recommended by a good friend to give west coast a shot, I spoke with Steve & he knew exactly what I wanted. I own high end Mercedes cars, so with this being said, I am cautious about who touches my car, and now this is my 3^rd Mercedes I’ve brought and I can not put words together to explain how pleased I am. Very professional and they get the job done right. I highly recommend west coast exhaust to anyone! Every time you walk in here he is so packed with cars that you have to either drop off your car or make appointment, and the pricing is very reasonable. Thank you Steve, keep up the honesty and reputation.

So i am new in town and when your the new guy looking to upgrade your ride, the sharks at any custom shop will eat you alive. Anyways my new civic needed some non agressive growl noise and i was shopping around for a throaty deep sounding muffler. I drove around Shaw and there are actually a few around here. i figured look at some reviews and see who actually has some good ratings. So these guys did. Walked in one afternoon and this guy named Steve professionally approached me and politely asked if I needed help. So I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and already as professional as he is, knew what to give me. I sorta acted like I knew what I was looking for, but Steve made sure in a very good way to please me and NOT screw me said; «this is the way to go». So I was like you know what, rarely do I trust someone in any SHOPS whatsoever but I feel good about this and gave him the keys to my car. Low and behold, not only am I satisfied now, I am for sure coming back here for more upgrades to my ride. So I will be back here to not only lower my ride (waiting for parts to come through) but any upgrades i may need in the future. Call it luck but this is the very first place that i’ve given a 5 stars here in Fresno. Wayyy awesome customer service and super friendly and nice. I just found out to that not only Steve is great but hes actually the owner too. What?! Ya that is super rare.
So if you’re thinking of a shop nearby or not sure what you’re trying to do or kinda do know, seriously stop here first!!! I just really feel lucky that I came through here and got the best service and perfect parts for my ride. BTW so the muffler I got is super super clean and awesome sound. Like really sounds good on your ear and not like one of those tin cans you hear on the road driving around and really obnoxious. However if you are one of those, stop here and get it fixed. I am really thankful for this place. We are talking about our rides here people. These guys would take care of you. I see it like a day care for your sweet ride. Knowing its gonna be ohk. Good place to go no problems 3^rd car I’m having done here 1 with the old owner and my second with Steve and he’s very helpful answers all your questions and is a very fair person easy to deal with he will have my business as long as he owns the place… HIGHLY RECOMMEND…

In town to see clients, and I had a bad exhaust rattle, with a company rep coming to drive around with me tomorrow! Saw these guys on my way to my hotel last night and decided I’d stop in first thing this morning to see if they could find/​fix it. They told me they wouldn’t be able to look at it until the afternoon, which bummed me out a little, but I had to go to Stockton anyway, so I said I’d be back. I got back from Stockton much later than I hoped (almost 4pm) and figured I was hosed, but stopped in, just in case they could still do something. Plus, I had developed a suspension rattle on my recently finished hot-​rod, so I was really in a pinch. Well, Steve comes into the office and I begin to tell him I was there earlier, and he’s like yeah, you need a bracket made, etc. Dude REMEMBERED ME and DIDNT BLOW ME OFF! Awesome! Took my keys and I had all my issues fixed within an hour, at a VERY fair price. Thanks guys! Service like this is hard to find anymore.

Best exhaust shop in town. The owner Steve does incredible work and is very honest. Only downside is you will almost always have to leave your car there for a while because they are busy 24/​7, just goes to show how good they are!
It may seem pricey, but I’ve had «cheap» work done before and after I saw the work I regretted it.

Steve gives great service. Services were performed to standard, ahead of schedule and was very reasonably priced. I’d certainly recommend bringing your rig here for general 4×4 service. Drop your rig off with a to-​do-​list and rest assured he will get it done.

Got my muffler changed in less than an hour at a very reasonable rate. The owner, Steve was so nice and helpful. I ran out of gas down the street and he took me with his own gas can to the gas station. He put the gas in and helped me try and start my car. What a guy! Thanks Steve! I will recommend you to all my friends!
