STEP ONE — Apply Now! Getting started is easy

When you’ve selected a property and have a contract with the Seller, the next step is to complete your loan application, which can be done easily through our website.

At the appropriate time we’ll order a property appraisal for you.

STEP TWO — Your Loan is Approved and Funded

Your Real Estate Agent or the Seller will designate an Escrow/​Title Company to handle the funding of your loan, along with many other factors which make your purchase go smoothly.

We will coordinate with the escrow team and you’ll sign the final papers at their office.

My vision is to help any client who comes to me realize the dream of home ownership. My mission is to help my clients make a truly informed mortgage decision that best meets their needs and ability to re-​pay.

At the same time, my high ethical standards dictate what I will and will not recommend to my clients. I will not put a client into a loan that I would not be willing to fund with my own money or recommend to a member of my family. This is the key that all mortgage lenders should adopt to help strengthen our economy, but many do not.
