Established in 2008.

Phillip Morris has 30 years of Law Enforcement experience as a police officer. He earned his law degree from the University of Houston while working for the Galveston Police Department. Upon his retirement from Galveston Police Department in June 2008 he opened his law practice in Friendswood, Texas at its current location.

Phillip Morris is a U. S. Air Force veteran having served overseas as a Security Police Military Working Dog Handler/​Trainer (K-​9) from 1984 — 1988. Phillip is also a retired Galveston Police Commander with more than 30 years of Law Enforcement and Management experience.

Phillip graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in December of 2002 and was admitted to practice law in the State of Texas on May 5, 2003.
