Don’t count on a ride, even if they say they are coming… I called them on a Wednesday night around 9pm after the plane landed at DF/W with my family needing a van. Was told «no problem, we’ll be there when you come out». When I asked if he needed my name or anything, I was told «no, I have your phone number right here».
After standing outside for 10 minutes, I called and was told by someone else: «Yeah, we don’t have any free vans tonight, you’ll need to walk over to general dispatch to get a taxi».
When asked why I wasn’t called when they realized this, they said «I didn’t have your number»…

The obligatory 1 star is a joke. This place deserves zero stars. I had an appointment to be picked up and nobody came. I called and the person who answered the phone told me that if I needed to make my flight in time, I would need to get in my own car and drive myself. No, I am not joking. Nobody apologized. Nothing. The very least they SHOULD have done was offer to pay for the parking charges I ended up incurring at DFW as a result of their incompetence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My wife and I have used them a half-dozen or so times. Always prompt service except once, and they didn’t charge us for that short trip. Very pleased.
