Jeanie Elliott of Jeanie Elliott Realtors established her local independently owned residential real estate business in 1980 in the Plano, Allen, Lucas, Fairview, Parker, Frisco, McKinney, Richardson, and North Dallas areas. Since that time she has sold real estate in all parts of Collin County and North Texas including Murphy, Wylie, Prosper, Celina, The Colony, Lavon, Little Elm, Anna, Weston, Melissa, Lewisville, Addison, Park Cities, Lakewood, Carrollton, E. Denton County and S. Grayson County, specializing in country estate properties, new custom homes and estate lots, luxury homes and gated communities, foreclosed homes and REO’s, acreage and residential land, active adult communities and townhomes and condos. Jeanie Elliott Realtors incorporated in 1987 as Jeanie Elliott, Inc. Jeanie Elliott has over 30+ years experience in the sales and marketing of fine homes and new custom homes in Collin County, North Dallas and North Texas real estate markets. She has been awarded and recognized for her sales and marketing achievements as a multi-​million dollar producer, top units and volume producer for both the Dallas Association of Realtors and the Collin County Association of Realtors, and as Realtor of The Year for the Home And Apartment Builders of North Dallas. She has received the ABR, Accredited Buyers Representative designation, the SFR, Short Sales & Foreclosures Resource certification and the SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist designation from the National Association of Realtors. Jeanie is also a CHMS, Certified Home Marketing Specialist and an ALHS, Accredited Luxury Homes Specialist and has specialized skills and training in these areas. She has sold several residential home developments from the development stage to full close out of all home sites.
