Established in 2002.

I first got my start in Real Estate as an REO agent (foreclosures). Co-​founded an REO company in 2003, listing and selling bank-​owned foreclosures, with hundreds of REO properties successfully listed and sold throughout North Texas.

One of my main responsibilities of the REO properties we held, as in any listing, was to value the property via a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis). Although I no longer list REO properties, I continue to complete hundreds of CMA’s for clients such as Chase, Bank of America, Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, and more, while still assisting Buyers, Sellers and Investors either listing, or finding their next home.

What sets me apart from other agents? Not only the sheer number of CMA’s I’ve completed, but their accuracy as well. I know what properties are considered comparable, those that are not, its market location, condition, and what upgrades it may have.

Born in Chicago, IL, raised in the cities of Melrose Park, and Wheaton. Graduated from St Francis High School in Wheaton, and shortly after I obtained a job with an IT company, who I spent the next 20 years with.

I was relocated to Dallas in 1995 where I met my beautiful wife Julie, left the corporate world in 2001, and started my Real Estate career shortly after.
