I ordered 1 sandwich at 12:45 and after calling multiple time it arrived at 2:10. After the 2nd time calling they said they would refund my money and it would be back into my account in 2 – 3 business days. Apparently it takes them the same amount of time to deliver a sandwich then it does to refund your money. I won’t order from here again.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. We ordered lunch at work, only three sandwiches, and it took us an hour and a half to get them. When we called an hour into waiting, they told us we didn’t even order from that store, but our cards had been run there. They finally found where we ordered, but said they didn’t know which driver it was so we had to call back in TENMINUTES, if our food had not arrived. Ridiculous. We’ve already been waiting an hour FORSANDWICHES, and you want us to call back? So about 15 minutes later we call back, our food still was not here, and so then they finally sent it out. We were still charged for our meals, which should have been on the house for the awful experience. Had I known it would take an hour and a half for a Jimmy John’s sandwich, I DEFINITELY would have ordered somewhere else. VERY disappointing experience.

Awful experience! Had to wait an hour for rock hard sandwiches to be delivered. Then the sauce we ordered was literally an eye drop of vinaigrette. We thought it was a joke because the manager didn’t want to give us a side of sauce to begin with and had quite an attitude about taking our order at all. After we saw our sandwiches were completely stale we called and asked for replacement sandwiches and a real side of sauce. The delivery driver showed up hugging the bag of food and then was refusing to give us the items with out us retrieving the inedible sandwiches from the garbage. Really??? Then he left with out giving us the dinner we paid for… so we called to tell the manager about our experience and she reversed the charge… but no sandwiches… Still no dinner. They just lost a bunch of customers!

I asked for two mayonnaise packets. You repeated my order back to me. Low and behold, when I got to my destination there were no mayonnaise packets to be found. I am now forced to eat this dry Slim 1. Thank you for failing at your one job. Cheers.

Place was packed for lunch, line of cars in the drive through and my food was ready by the time I washed my hands! Order was correct, food was good and the energy is great at this place. Better than burgers and faster.

Went and sat in to eat today, and was met by s friendly face at the cash register. After I took my order, I then waited for what seemed like a few minutes, but it came out exceptionally fast. Food was well prepared, tasted great and looked overall fantastic. Would recommend, and will definitely come back.

The sandwiches are fine. However, I ordered mine with avocado at an extra cost. When it came, they had not put the avocado on my sandwich. I thought no big deal, we all make mistakes but I didn’t want to pay for it since I didn’t get it. So, I called and asked for a refund for that amount. He refused to refund me and said that I could just tell them what happened next time I place an order and they would give me avocado for free. Seriously? No, I am not going to call back and go through a process to try to get some free avocado. It didn’t cost much but it is the principle of the fact that they charged me for something and didn’t give it to me. My kids liked it and have asked for it again. However, I think we will stick with somewhere with better customer service.

Super horrible experience! No service and the place has 20+ employees working and focus more on taking your order and getting you out the door quickly then the quality of the food! Quality of the food is horrible! Asked for mustard on sandwich and it had none! Bottom line… I won’t be back!

Never have I seen a sandwich shop mess up so many delivered orders. With that said they remedied the situation by giving me a free order.

Fastest delivery ever. Ordered online. Only a single order. No problem. They’re no minimum requirements. I liked the wrap and extra meat option feature. Placed my order @ 2:10. Sandwich in my hands by 2:15. Wow! Now that’s purdy quick delivery. I couldn’t believe it took only 5 minutes! Oh, my sandwich was fresh and delicious. Thanks Jimmy John’s

You’d love this place if you are in a hurry on the go, or need food delivered quickly. Delivery: My experience with this outlet has been mixed. They have made me wait over an hour and a half in the past. But last week, I got my order delivered within 15 minutes. When I realized that I needed more sandwiches, I called them back and they delivered 5 sandwiches within 10 minutes, which is CRAZY fast. The food: If you like cold subs(I do), this place is pretty good. Although, I miss the lack of chicken on the menu, and the bread options aren’t abundant(chose the whole wheat and realized that it was a smaller sandwich). But I am happy with the amount of filling and portion sizes of their french breads. The ambiance: The seating area is small. In three separate occasions, we had to wait 15 – 20 mins as there was no room. Maybe add some outdoor seating as well? The restaurant was moderately noisy(which is surprising for such a small place). Overall, good for to-go and delivery, but not so great for dine-in.

Jimmy John’s is one of my favorite sandwich restaurants. I’ve never had any problems with this particular location and it earned four stars for me. The consistency across the different locations is impressive. I’ve never been to a Jimmy John’s and said«this is not like Jimmy John’s I know»

Normally JJ’s is really good about wicked fast delivery. Today, however, I waited for 2 hours. I waited for 30 minutes and gave them a call. They told me they had run out of bread and were running hour-long ticket times. Fine. So I waited. After 2 hours I called them again and they said they were unable to get to my office because the roads are blocked. No one thought to call me to let me know they couldn’t deliver my order. Completely unacceptable.

Spent the morning showing homes and attending home inspections and stopped by Jimmy Johns in Frisco for a bite to eat. The sandwiches were amazing and the service was great. They were extremely busy during lunch and making deliveries and I noticed how attentive and friendly Mr. George Nuchkasem was with the customers yet still focused on the operations. Thank you guys for a great lunch experience and will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

I’m in LOVE with their 7-Grain bread, it’s the BEST! This past visit though, I had the Carb Conscious Lettuce Wrap and it was really, really good… it really satisfied my craving. The staff was really nice and welcoming, didn’t rush me when I was trying to order and I’ll tell you what, they do NOT skimp on anything at Jimmy John’s. A GOOD helping of mayo, meats, cheese and the lettuce was fresh and crisp!

Jimmy John’s is my «go to» place for catering or just ordering one sandwich. I had a catering order for 17 box lunches and everything for everyone was perfect! I was very impressed! They delivered on time and got it right! Today, customer service is really lacking, but not here with this Jimmy John’s location. Thank for for providing great service on my order today! The team enjoyed it too.

I’ve had sandwiches here a couple times. And I can honestly say their sandwiches are subpar. The bread isn’t very tasty, and they don’t really put much in the way of toppings on them. I’d actually pay more for the sandwhich if it was just… plumper. We had a delivery too, and we’re right across the street. It took 45 minutes to get 2 sandwiches delivered at 3:00 in the afternoon. I’ve had sandwiches at a lot of places, but is by far the worst of the bunch. I won’t be convinced to eat here again. I only did cause I owed a coworker lunch, and this is what he wanted…

As with all Jimmy John’s locations, this one is very average… actually, below average. Sure, they’re really speedy, but I’d rather wait a minute or two longer for a decent sandwich. Or at least some service. The drive-thru guy was rude and it felt like he was rushing me through, despite it being 2 p. m and me being the only guy in line. I asked him certain questions about the menu and he frankly brushed me off. Lame. And while my sandwich fillings weren’t bad, the bread was flavorless as usual. I mean, if I was going to create a list of the bread at all the«fast-food» sandwich shops, Jimmy John’s would be in last place. I also got a pickle for the first time(bland, though I do like that it was cut up into four slices) and jalapeño chips(average, but a good portion). Basically, I didn’t want to go to Jimmy John’s today, but they were the only convenient option. And they didn’t do anything to change my opinion of the franchise. Wish I made the extra effort for Jersey Mike’s.

I love Jimmy Johns! It has officially tied macaroni and cheese as my comfort/favorite food. I almost always get tuna because I don’t think it can beat. They don’t add pickles, sweet pickles or relish to it… like it should be, okay? Cucumbers, tomato and lettuce. So quick too. Just go do it.
