Established in 1996.

The practice was established in Frisco in 1996 by Dr. Afshin Vahadi. It was called Aesthetic Dentistry at that time. Practice was moved to the present location in Frisco in 2002. The name was changed to Lone Star Dental Care after several years.

Dr. Afshin Vahadi graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1992 and opened his private practice in Frisco in 1996. Because of his commitment to quality care, Dr. Vahadi regularly attends continuing education courses to stay current with the latest trends and advanced techniques to provide the best and most up to date treatment options for his family of patients. Dr. Afshin Vahadi has attended the LVI (Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Services) for advanced cosmetic and full mouth reconstruction, and trained through LVI to perform «neuromuscular dentistry». He has also completed preceptorship in Dental Implantology at the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio.
