Just looked online at these apartments. Although they look very nice, they are ridiculously expensive. Also very shocked with what they want for rent that you are responsible for paying your own pest control!!!

First of all the staff is very friendly and nice, especially Megan. She made my day every time I spoke to her. Also the maintenance staff is the best ever, especially Marten and Salvador and probably all the guys but I only knew these two. Their hearts are clearly into doing a good job every time. They are very hardworking making sure each resident is happy. Not only that Marten can be a real comedian. The apartments are really pretty too. Even the breezeways are spacious and have ceiling fans and kept very clean. Certain apartments such as the one I lived in felt more like a Villa. So cute. This was probably my favorite apartment ever!

My friend David and I have been searching for an apartment community that boasts a strategic locale to both of our jobs and nearby shopping, while also wielding a state-​of-​the-​art Fitness Center. The pool is also salt-​water – a regal touch.
Look no further than The Sovereign in Fort Worth as they have it all! The staff, especially Shea, is extremely inviting and ready to serve their residents in any way possible.
9÷17÷2015 Update: I never moved in with the above mentioned (David) individual, however several months down the road have led me to securing my own 2⁄2 with Shea. I will be moving in on the 12th of September and cannot wait.
Yet again, I cannot exclaim how wonderful Shea has been to deal with. Her patience and kindness is clearly taking her quite far in this world.

This is a beautiful new apartment complex with all the amenities one could want. I was welcomed immediately by Brandy and shown some really nice apartments. She was very knowledgeable and never uttered an «I don’t know» during our tour. The whole staff there is friendly! The apartments have all the first-​rate features one looks for: high ceilings, crown molding, large closets, washers and dryers (not just a hook-​up), nicely-​finished balconies, beautiful wood floors and many windows! These apartments feel like a home on the inside, not just an «apartment.» Check this place out first and take a tour, because the pictures don’t really do it justice!
