Anthony’s Reliable Heating and Air Conditioning

I called Anthony’s based on the Unilocal reviews and was very glad I did. He was prompt in returning a call, scheduling an appointment, and giving me 30 min warning on the day of the appointment. He was knowledgable, friendly, and patient (while I looked over his shoulder) and resolved the problem with my secondary A/​C unit.
A week later my main A/​C unit went out (this was during the heat wave in Aug ’15), he found that is was a bad condenser and did the repair. The repair cost was fair based on previous experience with other A/​C companies
I just saw some of the other reviews and it seems strange because I didn’t experience any of their issues

This is the worse service company I have ever experienced. My air conditioner was out or order 2 weeks ago and I thought I would support my neighborhood business as much as possible so I picked up the closest service company in Fullerton, even they did not get the best review but seemed owner gave some valid reasoning. So I called. Answering machine picked up the call and I understood they were busy so I left my name, phone number and mentioned that I lived around Rosecrans and Gilbert area, hoping I’d got a return call within a few days. It won’t take a minute to say something like «We are very busy, you are the number 100 in the waiting list, the expect waiting time would be 10 days, we’ll contact you as soon as possible». Something like that from a service company would be a very standard practice and won’t take one minutes, right? But no, never receive a response. Guess your business is too good to have a new customer but I doubt the quality of service with this type of attitude.

He explains what is needed including any options. He pays attention to every little detail in his work. He replaced my heating and air conditioning unit that hadn’t worked in over a year. Tony has been helping our family with Air Conditioning, Plumbing and all sorts of things for almost 10 years now. Not only for our home, but for our rental as well. He is professional, honest and doesn’t cut corners. You really can’t go wrong with him.
The first time we had him over (9 yrs ago), he fixed an AC unit for us. We had just got it installed in our condo/​rental by another company. It would stop working after a certain time everyday and the other company couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it, even after coming out several times. We called Tony and he came out and immediately recognized that the thermostat was malfunctioning. He replaced it for a reasonable cost, and the unit was working great ever since.
Recently, he installed a new Air Conditioner at our house. I’ve included pictures but the install looks great and it works even better. We used our old furnace but Tony was able to make the system look like it came together as a set. (Made everything look brand new).
As everyone else says, he’s a family man, totally reliable and just does a great job.

Tony was really good and professional. We had a backed up condensation hose which is not usual. He was very methodical and managed to find the source of the problem and correct it on the spot.

Made an appointment with this company, they called and said that they would be coming late, that was fine, but by 6pm they still had not showed up. I tried several times to call them to either reschedule or find out their schedule but all went unreturned.

Tony did a great job installing our new furnace. He worked hard and fast to get us heat during the winter. He got us a great price on our new furnace. We will be calling him for a new A/​C unit in the future.

Tony came quickly, on time fixed my heater for a fair price. I would call him any time for heat or air issues.

Tony is very reliable, and he provides great service at a reasonable price. I have put him on my vendor list, and I will definitely recommend him for the heating service.

Very happy with Anthony’s Reliable… We had a lot of work we had to get done on our a/​c unit and condenser. We eventually had up replace almost everything, and Anthony did a great job installing everything with the highest quality units for half the price that other companies quoted us. We will definitely use Anthony anytime we ever need servicing, repairs are a new a/​c unit.

You won’t go wrong with Anthony’s Reliable! I called on a Friday he showed up on Saturday and fixed the problem quick. Even though he was here for the air conditioner I mentioned something about the heater and with no hesitation he took the time to look at it and fixed it right away. The cost was very very reasonable. I was actually shocked by how reasonable it was. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for quick friendly helpful and reasonable!

My family moved into a new home in March. As summer approached, we soon discovered that our heating and air conditioning system was ancient. We’re talking a 1970s-​era, inefficient, poorly-​operating dinosaur. Two rooms in our house would get freezing cold, while the rest of the house would stay warm. Worst, our kids’ rooms would never become comfortable without extra fans.
One very hot day, the AC wouldn’t even power on. Our home warranty company hooked us up with Tony, who came out to diagnose the situation. Despite our system being a relic, he was able to resurrect it just in time for the hottest week of the year. My wife and I were extremely impressed with his professionalism, punctuality, cheerfulness, and superb work.
After our next power bill, we began to see just how much this inefficient fossil of an HVAC system was costing us to run. It wasn’t pretty. We knew exactly who to call to replace the whole package.
Tony gave us an extremely affordable quote for a complete redo of our forced air unit, furnace, compressor, and duct work. We talked about the shortcomings of the existing system and what we specifically wanted addressed (most importantly, the kids’ rooms). Tony and his crew did the finest and most detailed work I’ve seen from any contractors I have worked with. We now have a high-​end, energy efficient system from top to bottom, and every room in our house is comfortably cooled. Our most recent power bill was the lowest we’ve seen since living in our house, and we’ll have the entire overhaul paid for with just a few summers’ worth of energy savings.
Throughout the process, Tony let us know exactly what the work would entail, worked around our schedules, and answered all of our questions (no matter how small). All his work was immaculate to the finest detail — seams caulked, cables tied, tape lines exact. I seriously could not be happier with the results.
To top it off, on our recommendation my wife’s parents hired him for a complete overhaul of THEIR original HVAC system. Tony’s crew performed to the same level of excellence. Impressing my father-​in-​law is truly a feat to admire. =)

We needed a new unit as the one in this mobile home was about 40 years old. OMG… THIS GUY must have been sent from heaven… He exceeded ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS in all area’s … Honest to the core (not greedy) This man will become very successful if he keeps like he is. Because of the small closet where the furnace is located Tony was able to make everything work. His work was METICULOUS. I would call this man a craftsman. When I looked at what he had done it was a 10! There are not enough stars to represent the ethics of this man. Good Luck… You were our best experience EVER. My opinion is based on being a retired CEO for 20 years and knowing when someone is of outstanding character. I know there are others with more stars… but I question that system… I FORGOT TO SAY TIMELY… TO the T… YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

I had just moved into a new rental, and the AC stopped working. When I say «stopped», I mean stopped — no fan, no nothing.
The property management company called Tony, and he got in touch with me to come out the next day.
Tony’s great — he’s personable and knowledgeable, and he had things back up and running within just a few minutes. He also showed me a couple of preventative maintenance things I could do (that the prior residents hadn’t done) that would keep the system running much better, and he also showed me a quick fix that would get the system back up and running if the same problem occurred again.
I’d gladly recommend Tony to any of my friends!

My home AC wasn’t working well, so I was shopping around. My neighbor suggested his friend, Tony Peritore. I called him and he was able to come out on a hot summer day. I was surprised when they came early. Tony and his helper were very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was expecting a quote of hundreds of dollars, but he was very very reasonable. I canceled all the other Unilocal HVAC places I had scheduled for appointments because Tony knew what he was talking about. He informed me about the system my contractor had put in two years ago. He told me what needed to be replaced and even had the parts with him! Tony graciously educated me about how to keep my HVAC system clean and even came inside to measure the temperature readings after he fixed it. He encouraged me to check my filter once a month and suggested buying a 3m filter from Lowe’s or Home Depot. He wasn’t pushy at all and very friendly.
I know from now on I will be calling Tony for any of my heating or air conditioning needs. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family members.
