Banc of California

Just recently started going here. I’ve been going to Wells Fargo for the past couple of years– reluctantly, I may add. The customer service over there is pretty horrendous, pushy, inauthentic, and just rude overall. So I decided to stop going there and when I came into this bank, everyone was very nice. They opened me an account without pushing me to do this, or add that, and that’s the kind of service I appreciate. A stark contrast from what I was getting at Wells Fargo.
So this bank is quite small with only a handful of employees there.
In terms of banking– They have a checking account that doesn’t need a minimum amount in it, no charges for online banking, no charges for paying bills online, etc. really ideal for a college student that just needs something simple to get by on a daily basis.
