Their dry cleaner is first class, but there’s another reason for the 5 stars. Anne, the owner, has been giving me excellent health advice for my problem back through my husband, who frequents there a lot. When I go in she shows me all her tricks and tips, and her sage medical advice led me to Dr. Nathan of Upper Cervical in Fullerton, who has been a big help. Anne is such a wonderful person and really cares about others. Every trip to the dry cleaners my husband makes brings home a new health tip or concern from Anne. Who knew you could get that from a dry cleaners, along with expertly cleaned clothes???

I’ve been going to this place for over a decade and I am surprised by a recent significant increase in their prices. I thought this place wasn’t inexpensive to begin with but for a few dollars more, I was willing to save the drive from going farther else where. But not anymore. I’m not sure if there was a change in the ownership or partnership but whatever it is they got greedy and bumped up their price quite a bit. I had a coat drycleaned that used to cost $ 16 and now it’s $ 25, just for a coat which I barely spent $ 100 on. I also had a blazer drycleaned that used to cost me $ 8 to $ 10 but now they charged $ 14 for a freaking small blazer. To top it off, they also charge a credit card fee. Very disappointing. Edit: I gave one extra for their environment concern by using a greener dry cleaning agent.

I have been going here for several years. Anne and her employees are always very nice. Their quality and attention to detail really stood out when I brought my son’s ROTC uniforms in to be altered. She did a beautiful job and very quickly as the boys had an impending deadline. We will definitely continue to patronize this cleaner!

Been going here for over 8 years. It use to be near my school and old work so it would be convenient but now I make a special drive for them. Ann does a great job from my cheer clothes to now my work pants. Don’t trust anyone like her.

I have been using C&H Cleaners for 3 years since moving to the area. I have several cleaners close, so I have options. C&H are hands down the best in the area! There are less costly alternatives, but quality suffers. CH has a friendly staff that soon calls you by name. They have found stains and clothes that needed small repairs that they fixed for no charge. Quality service, family owned, friendly staff, at a fair rate… I’m sold!

This lady is my mother’s friend. I dont know how or why but she is nice to me. She speaks English well and prefers to speak to me in English which is fine, it’s just weird speaking to my mother’s homies in English. As for pricing, C+H is quite high for men’s apparel. Perhaps a more accurate statement is, it can be high for men’s clothing depending on the brand. My generic suits costs $ 20 for all three parts… However my Hugo Boss suit costs $ 45 for the three pieces… I don’t know how much they will charge for the Armani suit… My mother’s/women’s clothing is dirt cheap. I don’t know if its hooked up pricing or what have you. No matter how much shit i pick up, its between $ 20-$ 35. The other day was 7 – 8 pieces and appx $ 23. I like that they use natural ingredients to clean your clothes. How many cleaners can claim, ‘you can drink our solution?’ or some shit like that.

I have been coming here for about 3 ½ yrs after my cleaners up the street closed down. After the first time I came here the owner greeted me by name… how did she remember?! I’ve always had great service. My clothes are done quickly and I’ve also had the lady hem two dresses and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

I think Ann is one of the owners and she takes a lot of pride in her business. My clothes always come back feeling and smelling fresh. They charge a little more than another cleaner around the corner, but I think their service is worth the extra pennies. It is also nice that they stay open until 6:30 pm weekdays.

As Always… Picked up my laundry and everything was perfect! Alterations on my son’s work pants were perfect and even my clothes were hung and wrapped individually as i asked! Its been a year since I first reviewed C&H and I am just as happy now as I was when I first started coming here! Thank you!

I recently was referred to C&H Cleaners due to my own dry cleaner closing. They were put to the test right off the bat, needing to take in a jacket and take out some pants on a suit. Ann did a fabulous job, having me come in once to make sure her adjustments were correct. Subsequently I’ve had other dress pants hemmed there and general dry cleaning done and am very happy with the service and speed at which garments are completed.

We have been customers at C&H since 2003 and they are by far the best in the area of Fullerton where we live which is close to Brea and La Habra. The evidence is in their attention to shirt collars which is lacking in other cleaners we used pre-2003. They are proactive with stains and don’t hide it when they can’t take a stain out(they tell you even when you didn’t notice the stain to begin with). I’ve had them fit and hem trousers which they do in a fast and clean manner. They also remember that I am my wife’s husband(they know her by name and me by association). The green cleaning is a bonus that deserves to be encouraged with customers not subsidies which is as it should be at C & H.

I’m always seeking to avoid toxic chemicals whenever possible so I was excited about this place and the lady working there was very nice. I drove all the way from Newport Coast(which takes forever btw). I was so disapointed that they had ruined an adorable $ 200 shirt that I only got to wear once. I should have opened all my dry cleaning bags and checked, but I didn’t. By the time I discovered it, it was like a month or two later so I didn’t even bother to complain. The shirt was a soft jersey cotton with silk around the neckline. The silk part was very shrunken and stiff and scratchy which caused the cotton backing to sag and pucker. They charge almost twice that of common chemical type cleaners, which is totally understandable, the CO2 machines are much more expensive. By now they should know that they aren’t good with silk and should have warned me. Bottom line… DONOTTRUSTTHEMWITHDELICATEFABRICS.

I was looking for an organic dry cleaner and came across C & H. C & H is one of 6 places in Calfiornia to use CO2, carbon dioxide, to dry clean clothes. My clothes come out clean and neatly pressed – I have piece of mind that I won’t be breathing in toxic fumes from traditional dry cleaning methods. The owner is very nice and gives great customer service.
