Short on staff on a Friday noon. I am currently waiting for a banker and it’s been over an hour. I’ve NEVER had trouble with this with any banks until this one. And no one helped me (or any others waiting) to give us an update how long the wait would be or greeted us. They had a sign up sheet on the desk, but many wasn’t even aware that they were supposed to sign their name. This is the only Chase bank that I have been to that comes off to be the less friendly. I never write reviews but I am seriously disappointed with this customer service.

One star because usually they are helpful but the rude woman there right now on feb. 24 at 4.24, she is rude, and coming from someone with much banking experience don’t take your shitty day out on customers. I hope your manager reads this. I would have spoke to him directly but I have the flu. If you hate your job, keep it to your self, please don’t share with customers, we don’t care.

ATM machines on the side, and there is ample parking in a shopping center by not being too close to the main stores. Have had no issues with any odd requests.
I’ve been able to get my stuff done without any issues, and I definitely appreciate that they’re open until 4pm on Saturdays!

Need some questions answered but didn’t have time to go into a banking center so I called.
I had about a million and five questions and Manuel patiently answered every question I had. He also asked security questions so I knew my account was protected.
Overall great service glad I called this banking center.
His name might have been Emmanuel but pretty sure it was Manuel. I’m sorry I didn’t remember your name :(

I usually only review food places but I have to give this bank 5 stars. Ever since I moved to Placentia, this has been my go-​to location and they are the nicest, most helpful group of bankers I have ever been with. The bank itself is very clean and well kept, and there’s plenty of parking as well as 4 ATMs to use. The bankers are always extremely helpful and FAST!

Every time I come here, it is always a pleasant experience. All of the staff are great in dealing with my concerns and they take the time to get to know me. I have never had a negative experience with this branch. I would drive far just to do business at this particular branch!

This review may not seem all that important or useful, but believe me… it is.
this is by far the best Chase banking location i’ve ever been to. The employees are extremely helpful and nice and when i say extremely helpful, i mean when they saw a fault on my checking account that was charging me $ 5 a month and instantly changed it to a free college student’s checking account no questions asked.
They save you time, trouble, stress and anxiety. They make everything so simple: withdrawals, deposits, transferring money and all that.

Every time I come here there is a huge line that I have to wait in. Staff is friendly but unfortunately, not as efficient as I would like them to be. They do however, call me regularly to «get better rates». I’d rather them focus their efforts on making each of my visits more efficient.
