Alex always does excellent work. Today was a mere oil change but he washed the car and did it fast. Can’t complain!

It was time to do some maintenance work on my car and a friend of mine referred me to Firstclass Autoworks. The owner Alex was really knowledgable and helpful! The shop did an excellent job and within time. The price was pretty damn great and reasonable, especially for quality work but you can’t beat the peace of mind of driving your car around without any issues. Definitely coming back in the future.

This place is a nightmare, Went to get my car serviced since my screen said it was due. So I got my car diagnosed, I didn’t have time to leave the car another day so I had to pick it up. As soon as I picked up my vehicle the transmission wasn’t functioning correctly. I turned back as soon as I noticed the problem, the moment I walked in it was nothing but denial on their behalf instead of trying to resolve the issue. I left my vehicle with them fully functional and I expect it to come back the same way especially if they did «nothing» to it. DO NOT COME HERE, TYPICAL MECHANIC SCAMMERS!

Alex and crew do exceptional work, look no further, you are in the right spot.

I took in my g35 to fix a broken window motor and they took great care of me even gave me a ride home. The repair took no time at all. A week after the repair they called to see if the window was working fine which was great I will definitely be taking my car back for future services and repairs.

Alex has kept me up to date and provided me with excellent service and suggestions since my last visit. 2001 BMW 530i. I had my radiator tank replaced. His team had it completed faster than I presumed. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Alex and First Class Autoworks. Our car had a leak in the head gasket and also a tire pressure sensor that kept coming on, no matter what we did (it’s a 2008 Nissan Altima).
The price for this major job was reasonable — especially compared to the other quotes we got from «less-​skilled, less-​reputable» facilities. It’s been a few weeks and the car runs great.
They were the ONLY shop that was able to fix the tire pressure sensor, and that’s been amazing. Now, if the tires do have a change in pressure, it will read correctly.
Alex and his Dad (and their dog, Bella) couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. It was pleasurable to work with them If you’re looking for a trustworthy shop to repair your car, this is it!

Very nice! Took my car in and got the best service. They were very clear and honest. I didn’t have to worry about getting ripped off. Customer service was most definitely five star. I recommend this place to friends and anyone who needs good service.

I’ve taken my Acura to this shop on a few occasions for maintenance and repairs. Honestly I could’ve asked for better service! The prices were fair and the employees were courteous. It’s family owned and you can see the love in this place. The service writer, Alex, even sent out coupons for future maintenance and oil changes which really helped. Easy to work with, fast, clean, and kind. That’s all I need in a mechanic and they delivered hands down. (And the free car wash helped)

Just had my car serviced again by Alex. He did an awesome job, at a reasonable price, and had my car ready much quicker than I had anticipated. Thank you!

Well I am disappointed even though 2 month ago I was so happy that I have found them. My car broke down during Christmas and Alex took care of it and he charged me what it seemed to be a fair amount. Meanwhile back then when my car wouldn’t start the AAA guy that I initially called suggested I get a new battery. Nevertheless when I took my car in to First class autoworks they told me that the battery still has life and all I needed was a software update.
Well we did the software update/​reprogramming and it did work for about 2 months and then the car would not start again. I took it back in but this time Alex told me that I needed a new starter, an alternator and I had an oil leak. To make a long story short I was looking at $ 1,000.
I was getting ready to do it but something was telling me that it was not right. The car is barely five years old and not abused in any way. I decided to go and check with Land Rover and try to use my extended warranty, although I am not thrilled with their service. They told me that I needed a new battery. I thought to myself maybe they want to do it cheaply so I might as well go to one more place. I went to Mission Viejo 4×4 and there they started to laugh when I told them that I was recommended a starter and an alternator. They suggested yet another software update, which I did but 2 days later I was not able to go to work. I called AAA again and this super nice guy came over and told me that I just need a battery. He showed me the print out and he said that my battery is done! Got a new battery from him for $ 150.00 and it’s been 2 weeks since then and I got no problems.
Finally I do need to say that out of all the places I visited, the estimate I was given to replace my battery was also the most expensive at $ 250.00. Land Rover charges $ 200.00, the 4×4 Mission Viejo store charges $ 180.00, and AA $ 150.00. I am truly disappointed and so fed up because I asked 4 people to tell me what is wrong with the car and I got 3 different opinions. Who do you believe? I do not mind paying for my car as long as I pay for things I do need and not for things I don’t. It is all about TRUST!

I took my 2002 e class Mercedes Benz for a transmission leak problem, he charged me $ 450 and 3 days later my car was leaking oil again, took it to the dealer and found out the part was never changed… so my conclusion;Alex is a super nice guy but doesn’t think twice to rip you off so stay away from this shop!!!

Alex is a great mechanic. But what makes his shop so special is that they are completely honest. I think everyone has been burned by sketchy mechanics and I am so happy to have met someone whose goal is to fix your car and not rip you off.
My experiences so far:
I was given an older car and I went to Alex’s shop to get an oil change and also asked him to do a general check of the car. His rates on both were very reasonable. After the inspection he said my power steering fluid was leaking. Ultimately he located the leak and told me that it would need to be replaced. The part was pretty expensive and I asked him if it was worth it to fix it or if there was any alternatives. I know some mechanics would probably give you some dramatic horror story if you didn’t fix it immediately. But Alex recognized that it was an older car, and suggested that I just monitor the fluid levels and top it off with power steering fluid.
From the other Unilocal reviews here, it seems as if I am not alone in thinking Alex is the only car mechanic one should go to.

I got the flier from First Class Autoworks stuck in my driver’s window all the way down the driver’s door, so I actually went to this body shop to deal with this.
Previously, my window was already malfunctioning like auto-​rolling stopped working and didn’t roll up completely.
I believe it was Alex, he opened the door panel and not only removed that poor flier, but also fixed my window malfunciton all for free saying that it’s a service for my inconvenience.
Great place.

First class is number one. I took my Mini Cooper to three ships and wasted money and time and then I found First Class on the web and let me tell everyone, they did the best job! Great support and the best part about the great job they did was after they fixed my car, there was a follow up call and letter from the owner asking if there was any more problems with the cal and asked how it was running. My wife and myself will be taking all of our cars there when needed!!!

Alex and his staff at First Class Autoworks are AMAZING! They are professional, courteous, honest and most of all priced very reasonably! They do the work as promised and guarantee their services as well. I have been taking both my Infiniti and Kia to him for 2 years now. I wont let any other mechanic work on my cars!

I love this place!
I know it is hard to feel that way when it comes to a mechanic, but Alex has always been nothing but honest, polite, and willing to help whenever he can.
I first started to bring my truck to Alex for simple oil changes which he did happily every time I needed one. Lucky for me I have not had any real emergencies other than a leaking water pump that Alex noticed during a routine check of my truck. He had the water pump fixed and ready to go by the end of my work day so that I would not be without a vehicle.
It is hard to find a mechanic that is not going to take advantage of you just because you are a silly car owner, but Alex is the real deal. He shows me everything that is wrong and talks to me as if I am an intelligent individual. His prices are fair and he has never misquoted me on any of the work he has completed.
Alex also did some work for my neighbor who had the same great experience.
I will never take my car anywhere else.

So I went to the dealership to get my seat fixed and they were gonna charge me a crazy high amount. I take it here to First Class auto and they not only fixed it for a cheaper cost but told me exactly what needed to get fixed and got it done in a very quick time.
This is one body shop repair i would recommend to any of my friends or family. Ask for Alex and he can take care of you. Amazing place i found on Unilocal
