Jack-In-the-Box

Doesnt deserve any stars! I am a Fullerton College student and i would go here to waste time in between classes and the first time i ordered the breakfast which tasted utterly disgusting! and then the 2^nd time i ordered some meat hamburger… well after ordering that i ate it and my tummy felt bad afterwards, i thought i just had to go to the restroom but as i went to school i could just feel bad. The day went on and that was the only thing i had ate all day (my 2^nd time there, i went in the morning) and i couldnt even stand to think about food or eating because i felt nauseated and as i was at my bfs house my stomach started hurting even more (this was like around 5pm) so i went to the bathroom and it was just watery diarrhea to the max! And then i felt like puking so bad and had really bad stomach pains! so i finally decided to take an über home and i just remember feeling so bad during that über ride, i could remember him offering me water and all and but all i could think about was to try and not puke in his car, so i get home and run straight to the bathroom and finally i puked! It was nonstop, my dad had to take me to the ER and it turns out i had food poisoning from Jack in the box. Truly disappointed because my favorite fast food place is Jack in the box and it was just a horrible experience and i will never return here! so BEWARE! Also in another note, when i went to the bathroom it was utterly disgusting, not clean whatsoever! Im only giving it 1 star because the Jack in the Box company sent me free meals for what i went through. But now i dont trust jack in the box that easily anymore.

I am very impressed! after a long stressful day at court for a ticket we stopped by with a headache for a quick bite & I really liked the service and the food. the lady in charge was very friendly and in a rush to get our food all out together, the young lady that took my order was also nice and friendly. sad to say we won’t be going back there because we are not from around there. but thanks again for your service & great food.

I swear this is the nicest Jack In The Box I have ever been too. Which I guess doesn’t sound like I’m saying a lot considering my average JIB is dirty, but this was seriously the nicest. Each table has a basket with napkins, ketchup and taco sauce. They walked the food out and were extremely polite. It’s a bit of a small restaurant but I have to say that all JIB restaurants really upgraded when they got that new soda machine! Love!

Little slow to great us when we walked in. No one was at the front counter. Not a huge deal looked like they brought up a case of napkins so understand need to restock. Dinning room was empty. Our food was cooked well and was hot. Ordered curly fries that were fresh and hot. Men’s restroom was clean. Though dining area could use to have someone do a walk through and check trash can levels and clean window sills. Overall good visit.

Jack in the box it’s a good restaurant prices are ok I love the spicy chicken with curly fries and I also love the jumbo jack

i ordered a sausage croissant and i was burned im talking black crispy bread. I took it back and told her it was over cooked and she said they always look like that. lol umm no. She was rude and after speaking to the manager i got a sandwich that was cooked properly…

Am I ashamed to admit I went through the drive through at 6am? Yes. Save your scoffing. Tired and hungry, I drove through 15 min after opening to find no one at the window. After annoyingly calling their number I reached an individual who informed me of his predicament. He had no keys to open the gate blocking the drive through window. I felt so bad for being grouchy with him because none of this was his fault. His name was Eric and he handled it like a champ! Actually, he reminded me of what hospitality is all about, and he doesn’t even work for tips!!! This guy deserves a metal! Delivered me food to the parking lot as this hungry fatty waited for it. It’s jack in the box… You know what it tastes like. Just needs to be said that Eric was above and beyond. Now off to my jalapeño poppers.

I ordered one sausage and egg sandwiches and two bacon and egg sandwich. When I arrived at home I was one sandwich short. The person repeated the order back to me correctly in the drive thru.
It doesn’t matter which fast food place you go to. They all screw up and the customer pays for it.

Great food! Great value!

First off the lady didn’t even acknowledge that she was done taking my order at the drive thru and left me hanging that’s one. Two, after receiving my meal she didn’t even give me back my change until I requested in making me think they hardly account for the exact amount anyway. Lastly the grand finale I find out my burger is completely opposite of what I asked for and NO pickles… I’m a pickle lover this truly upset me I am never going back again.

— Food: Definitely no where near the (lower but edible) quality fast food should be. While consumers should never expect a 5 star meal from a fast food restaurant, they should still get what they ordered and expect it to taste right. I have gone here a handful of times lately (its conveniently close to FJC), hoping each time that it might get better instead of worse. But so far, it just hasn’t been working out.
— Employees: Always friendly and welcoming, but seemed overwhelmed with the work, even though this location never seems busy. EVERY TIME I have come in, I am left standing at the register while they focus their attention on the drive-​thru. It sucks, but life goes on. Again, I never expect a 5 star meal or 5 star treatment at fast food joints.
— Location/​Restaurant: As I mentioned, its local to FJC (and one would think a nice change from the school cafeteria). Its a smaller one, but never busy so there are no worries there. Accepts dine-in’s and drive-​thru customers. Its pretty clean inside, decent bathrooms, and overall a normal Jack in the Box atmosphere. They play ridiculous music though. During my most recent visit, they were playing some of the worst cover songs of Phil Collins and Madonna. Whoever did the covers should kill themselves as they probably make people lose their appetites. Never the less, its a good spot to eat if you can ignore the disgusting music.

An old school Jack in the Box that desperately needs better air conditioning or at least more shade from the afternoon sun. Thankfully, they still have the good Jack people serving.

Kind of a strange entrance, off of the parking lot in Berkeley, to the back of the drainage gulch, and then again towards Harbor, where the parking lot and storefront exists. Very strange random mistakes on orders here.

So i’m not going to say that I haven’t had a couple hundred Jack N the box tacos, but I will say that I very rarely get food at these places any more– I now use these places as cheap drink places and yes they have fooled me– for some reason I think I am getting a deal…
I don’t care its hot and I’m thirsty!!!

Possibly the longest I have ever has to wait at a drive through!
I have been back here a few times and there is usually an exceptionally long wait. Otherwise it is just like every other Jack in the Box

Good and fast

I had a breakfast Jack today and this was the best breakfast Jack I’ve ever had in my life. All ingredients tastes fresh and hot. I’m about ¾ of a mile away from 3 jacks in my area, but would probably take the trip all the way to this jacks for their bomb breakfast jacks. They should rename this sandwich to «Bomb Breakfast Jack»

How did famed Educator Jaime Escalante feel when his students from East L.A. were accused of cheating because they scored high on thier exams? Most likely, he felt de-​humanized. That does not compare with my shopping experiences at Ralphs & Jack In the Box tonight, jk, I am exagerating.
The food was great, I mean for americana fast food. However, I recall asking for no mayo or mustard, it came with plenty of mustard. I guess my voice and request means nothing. I also recollect asking for my drink after I was handed my food and bid farewell. When I asked for my drink, as a hard-​working American who paid for his drink, I recieved as response of «I gave it to you already.» So, no I am also a thief, thanks. I am a thug with no voice.
I enjoyed the quick food, for what it was but I am not leaving with a positive impression of the service. I will not call the manager or post names in this review, but anyone in service should be aware, you customers are your paycheck.
I will be back, I will not hold a grudge, I may even improve the 1 star rating, but if mistakes continue I will have to express how I feel on this matter to them.
