Business Owner

Mr. Silber has been active in the architecture and urban design of Southern California since his graduation from the University of San Diego in 1973. Involvement began with work of the historically significant architecture of San Diego. This initial interest in what had been made evolved into a concern for what should be made. He returned to school and in 1981 completed a Masters of Architecture degree at the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-​ARC).

Mr. Silber is the former Architectural Director of the Los Angeles Community Design Center. He has also served as a Project Architect with Rob Wellington Quigley, FAIA, in San Diego and with Solberg and Lowe, AIA, of Santa Monica.

Since 1993 Mr. Silber has served as the principal architect of his own firm.
