I would give this restaurant a negative star f I could. The only reason I would come here is bc it’s close by. Now I’ll never set foot here again. The Indian woman who works there never greets me when I walk in and the mexican woman who works in the evenings is especially rude. She complains when you order your sandwich and says are you sure you want that?! The hell is wrong with the ppl that work there. Honestly save your money and go somewhere where they at least appreciate customers and know good customer service

I love this subway!!! Oh my goodness, the gentleman that work that are so polite and attentive. Never have I had a bad experience with this subway– they’re really great. There is a certain gentleman there that remembers my exact order, I go about once a week. He has it already started when he sees me walk through the door. Today I went in and a lady was working there. I’ve only ever seen men working. She moved at the speed of molasses. No kidding, I was the only customer and i left 25 minutes after arriving. I’ve never seen someone move so slow I thought it was a joke. And once my sandwich was done, I scooted over to pay and without saying anything she decided to count out the register. I stood there forever. Overall– this is a great subway. Fingers crossed you don’t have that one gal, but the rest of the gentleman are fabulous. Update– All the woman there are careless. Ladies, I find it concerning that you don’t think you need to know English for this job. Reading my lips can only go so far, and I walked out with a different sandwich than what I came for because you couldn’t understand me. Again, the gentleman that work there are so personable and sweet. If it’s busy, cross your fingers you don’t get any lady In there. Ps, ma’m, next time please WRAP my sandwich before throwing it in the bag. Thanks.

I don’t normally leave reviews nor are they usually of major chains. Major chains have their brand backing them so Unilocal doesn’t do much for them. This is more for the owners. One employee, Daniel, was the best service I’ve had at any subway and I don’t expect alot. He was literally the nicest person and did take care on my sandwich so that’s always a bonus. Will definitely be back just because I enjoyed myself.

I’ve encountered a lot of annoyed, disgruntled Subway employees in my life. and when it comes to subway, consider me a regular. There were three guys working here when I walked in. They had CNN streaming on their 24″ flat screen and the facility was clean. They were fully stocked on chips and freshly baked cookies. All three men were courteous, willing and had a great attitude. The guy who prepared my sandwich didn’t grunt or give me the stink eye when I requested extra spinach. Whenever I dine in at a subway and kindly ask for extra this or that, they react as if Im asking for the moon and the stars… as if it’s the hardest thing to do… when it’s obviously inches away from their fingertips. I’m not really going to critique on taste because it isn’t Which Witch(sp) nor is it a Quiznos, but Subway will always be my old go-to. If you walk in thinking you’re going to receive a behemoth of a sub like how they feature it on TV, then head on over to Fat Sals in Burbank or something; this is subway. The only reason my sandwich is always fat and loaded is because i tell them to pile on all the veggies. Their veggies were fresh and they also had cilantro, which I always enjoy in my sub. From their«welcome to subway!» To their, «thank you!» It was all great.

It’s your average Subway nothing special. But one thing i do have to say, it’s that they give good customer service. I’ve been there 3 times already, and those 3 times, it’s i am in and i am out.

«Subway, Eat Fresh!» I remember how foolish I was when I would come here thinking that I was being healthy. I think all Subways deserve a 3 star rating– like all fast food places that doesn’t use fresh ingredients or lies to the public. But this location is even more meh than the ones I’ve previously been to. Eh service, eh ingredients. Just eh. Save yourself some money and go to Sprouts and buy all that you need to make an even better and healthier sandwich than Subway could provide you with. At least they’re no longer using azodicarbonamide in their bread anymore…

Eating Subway all these years and dam this was the worst service and the worst oven roasted chicken. Guy puts my chicken in the microwave(I think to kill bacteria cause I was eating here at 9am) then puts the bread and chicken that was just in the microwave into the oven and gross the chicken and bread aren’t even warm I paid almost $ 8 for a no good sandwich. Avoid this place hopefully I don’t get food poising. will not be coming back to this subway.

Today I got a $ 6 simple meal which includes chips. They had NO chips today and said they’re waiting on a shipment but didn’t know when it’ll come in. I got my sandwich on Wheat bread that was old and hard. Everyone says don’t go to this one but I do because it’s a block away from work. Needless to say, they still charged me full price of the meal and didn’t offer anything else to substitute the chips. From now on I’ll take an extra mile drive to the other Subway cause this one is horrible!!!

Not a big subway fan but this is sooooo convenient for me. After years of catchy commercials with catchy song being seared into my brain, I’m still not sure how to acquire a «$ 5 footlong» or even a $ 6 one but… I guess I’ll manage. Do I need to order a footlong without meat or toppings for it to be $ 5?

I tried this place out because it’s close to home and they offer online ordering. I visited last Thursday 12÷4÷14. On that particular day I was really busy working on a project. I decided to eat out to save time and take a short break. I ordered a BLT sandwich w/avocado(everyone knows you pay extra). I placed my order a little bit over an hour ahead. I drove to the place and got there shortly before pick up time. I walked in and my sandwich was ready. I paid for it and left. When I proceeded to eat my sandwich at home I opened it and immediately noticed there was zero avocado. I paid extra for it. I didn’t even bother calling to complain or go back– I didn’t have time for that. Next time I’ll check my sandwich before I leave the shop.

This store suppose to open at 6 A.M. during weekdays. When I go around 6:30 it was closed. The more I hate about this place is when I ordering, the guy is speaking spanish which I don’t understand and another one is smiling in uncomfortable way. This is not happening just once. It happens almost every time when I ordering and it makes me feel awkward. Is he making fun of me or what? May be I’m wrong but he always speaking in spanish in short right after I ordering and another one is smiling in uncomfortable way and that pissing me off.

I will literally go out of my way to come to this location. For a long time I felt like Subway locations had basically the same service at any one you end up in, but I was wrong. I’ve found that if I don’t come to this location, the sandwich(es) I order will come out messy, unorganized & very difficult to eat once at the point of trying to enjoy your purchase. The employees are truly on their game & know how to make a very delicious meal, while being nice & courteous. I highly suggest that if you’re within range enough to make the commute to this location, it’ll be worth it in the end. I go 2.4 miles from my home to come here even though there’s a Subway across the street.

I don’t if the people that were in here were here just enjoying the A/C because it was so hot or actually wanted food. There were like 6 people in line and things were a little slow. My chicken bacon ranch was as good as it usually is. This has to be the best sammich they have there. Parkig is coong

I have been coming to this Subway for a year. They are very friendly here. Always say hi when you come in. They even remember who I am and what I order. Now that’s service!!!

Headed for Barnes and Noble bookstore I stopped off at Subway(in the same parking lot) for a quick sandwich. Sign on door read: «Cash only today. No credit card access.» I peeked inside. Only one customer was having her sandwich made. I walked in, «Hello. Welcome to Subway,» the cashier hailed. Ordered my sandwich from a lovely attendant. In walked another customer. «No credit cards today?» he asked very loudly. Then laughed. «No problem,» he said then ordered his sandwich. He was followed by 6 – 7 other sandwich lovers. All checking with each other, «Have you got cash.» Laughing. «I’ve got you covered if you don’t have cash.» «Yeah, I have cash.» The lack of credit processing became a topic of jovial conversation between customers who came and went. Small, clean store with a few tables and chairs inside. No outside dining.

Conveniently located shop right in the middle of the Amerige Heights shopping plaza. Perfect for the great sandwiches that Subway is well known for! This location, however, is a little cramped. Small tables and chairs line the wall adjacent to the serving line. So, seating is not really that comfortable. Only three tables are actually clear and free of the line. And if you are lucky enough to get one of them, you are rewarded with a great view of their wall mounted television!

When in doubt? Subway! It’s hard to decide what to get for lunch in the limited options of Amerige Heights. We come here often because of the location. It’s really tempting to walk in to either Mochilato or Koba Tofu instead of here, but is by far the healthier option! This place has very limited seating, their max capacity is 30 ish, so you can only imagine how few tables they have. A few for some groups and then a string of them along the wall, so while you eat, you are facing the backside of those in line. Splendid. They do a standard jog and gets really busy around lunch time. Looking for a place to sit down? Beware of the lunch hour rush!

The food is the same as any other subway, but the service is really nice! When my family ordered a party platter, the worker came out and sat down to discuss the specifics with us. They took about 10 – 15 minutes to make the 7 foot longs with all the specifics we asked for. They were very friendly and gave us few checkpoints regarding their process(how long we had to wait).

I love subway! usually. Unfortunately this subway is the most convenient location since it’s on the way from my school to my house. So I frequent this place very often. so how can a person complain about a SUBWAY you ask? Here’s how. they don’t know how to make a g’damn sandwich !! EVery single time I go it’s the same problems. First of all they ALWAYSALWAYS put the meat at the top of the sandwich… wtf? seriously that’s sandwich making 101! The first time I ignored it since it was a simple mistake. The second and thrid time… ugh are you stupid? Apparently so. This is the conversation. me: excuse me can you put the meat at the bottom of the sandwich? worker: *confused look* me: um. you know the meat. can you put it at the bottom of the sandwich? worker? *looks at the sandwich with a confused look* me: can you please put the meat on the other side. you know flip it? other worker: she means put it on this side *moves the meat* –______-…OOOookay that was hard worker: what vegetables do you want? me: lettuce, tomatoes, onions. worker: *places said veggies* me: olives, bellpepper worker: *places olives and bellpepper LITERALLY in a pile on the center* me: *slap the worker* I’m just kidding. I didn’t slap her but seriously how hard is it to spread it out in a line? Were the lettuce and tomato too heavy for you, now you can’t spread the rest out accordingly? I’m not exaggerating. it looked like a little mountain! I didn’t want to correct her again so I figured I’ll fix it at home. Me; can I have lite mayo? worker: *gives me regular mayo but just literally one line* lol me: .oh. actually can i have the light mayo? the one with the blue sticker?”(I even freakin said the color of the sticker!) worker: okay, more?“ And before I can even say anything she covers my already shitty sandwich with a pile of regular mayo. I look at her with a wtf just happened kind of face. Regular mayo still in hand she says«more?» Believe it or not this happens EVERY time give or take a couple of details! lol it’s so depressing that i still come to this location strictly by convenience. If I didn’t work full time and wasn’t a full time student I’d definitely take the time to trek to a farther location. These days I don’t even correct the workers. I just wait till I get home to rearrange everything. MYPOINTIS: How the hell do you f*ck up a sandwich? EVERY time…

This is a very new Subway located at Amerige Towne Center. Not a lot of people seem to know that it’s even here. It’s situated between Koba Tofu Grill and the Tmobile. This Subway is very clean, granted it is new. The staff is friendly and overall a good place to come by and grab a quick bite either after a workout from Golds or if you’re just hungry. I personally always get the Vegi Delite on Wheat. Yeah yeah, I know«what no meat?» Honestly, I don’t really care for deli/cured meats. The vegi is just as filling while being healthy. It’s hardly ever busy which makes it perfect for a quick lunch/dinner stop.
