I’m glad I found Jasmine to design my eyebrows. She does an amazing job and is extremely nice. I had my eyebrows done twice before while in Asia and did not expect she can make it even better! Now I finally have the confidence go out without makeup.

Jasmine did such a great job with my eyebrows I had to go to her for my eyeliner and of course I love it! 1^st it didn’t hurt at all. She is very gentle with her hands n how she uses her equipment. Can’t wait to see how it comes out when it peels.

I had gotten my eyebrows done well over 10 years ago and was way past time to get them re-​done and I didn’t have the time to go out to L.A. again so I found Jasmine on Unilocal.I LOVED the way the eyebrows came out and the day I got them retouched, I received compliments on my eyebrows and people asked where I had them done. Now, I need to go and get the eyeliner done!

I have to start my review by saying that this is not my first experience with permanent makeup. I had both my eyebrows and eyeliner done about 5 – 7 years ago in Korea, but both have faded since then. After a nearly traumatizing experience with a botched eyebrow waxing, I began to consider getting permanent makeup done again.
Although several people recommended different artists in the LA area, I did not want to make the drive to go out there for both my initial and touch up sessions. I began my search on Unilocal,and was thrilled to find Ye/​Jasmine. Her reviews were stellar, and the client photos made me believe that she would be able to help me fix my uneven, asymmetrical eyebrows.
I called to schedule an appointment — first impressions definitely matter, and I was pleased with how thorough she was even during that phone call. She was friendly and even asked if I would like for her to contact me if an earlier appointment time became available.
Fast forward to last week for my appointment — as other people have already mentioned, Jasmine’s space is small but large enough for her 1:1 appointments. She is located on the second floor of the facility, and she only takes one person at a time. I was impressed by how she instantly noticed that the MUSCLES of my brows were uneven, which either causes them to look uneven when my eyes move or makes shaping them difficult (such as with waxing or threading).
I filled out and signed my waiver/​release form, and then the numbing cream was immediately applied. She waited for about 15 minutes, and then I moved to the chair where she began drawing in the shape. We probably went back and forth from the higher makeup chair (where she examines and draws the «sketch») and the lower chair (where she does the actual «tattooing» process) about 5 – 6 times. She is extremely meticulous, and even uses the camera on her phone to check symmetry.
The entire process from arrival to departure was about an hour and a half. Since I had experience with permanent makeup before, I knew that it might sting a bit, but Jasmine was really thoughtful and gentle; anytime I felt pain, she would stop and reapply the numbing cream — make sure you tell her if it hurts!
I love my new brows! The shape is exactly what I had wanted, and although the color has faded over the course of the week, I’m excited for my touch-​up. Jasmine told me that the color will come off, and that I shouldn’t worry since people have different skin types that take the pigment differently.
If anyone is looking for a professional, sanitary, and talented permanent makeup artist, you need to reach out to Jasmine. She takes her time to perfect her work, all while making sure you are comfortable and, of course, you’re pleased with the results. Thank you so much, Jasmine!

I have had permanent eyeliners at ‘Ye’ after I searched a number of permanent makeup specialists. & I’m so glad that I chose this place. The result was exceptional… I didn’t feel any pain (1^st permanent makeup), and it looks so natural… Her professional, skillful hands did the job so quickly without any pain.

I got my eyebrows tattoo by Jasmine. This is my first time to do the eyebrows tattoo. Now they both look very natural (I love it ~~) they just looks like I got some more eyebrows hair. And for me, I think is not that hurt when Jasmine doing the tattoo for me, after everything is done I only can feel some scratch feeling on my eyebrows and they already look very natural at the first day. I was looking for a local Orange County permanent makeup tattoo place and saw this place on Unilocal.I saw that there were only 12 reviews but the pictures listed looked good. Jasmine office is small, but again she only does one client at a time. Jasmine was very nice and she knew what she was doing. She asked what style I was looking to achieve and she also recommended eyebrow shapes if you are unsure. The numbing cream is a must because the procedure was painless and fast. Jasmine is a real artist in her profession. She told me that she also teaches other people the art of makeup tattooing. My eyebrows look really natural and I can’t wait to get them touch up in the next 3 weeks.

I recently got my eyebrows tatooed here 1 month ago, and I just came back for a touch up today. I’m very pleased with the result so I got my friend and sister do it too. This was my first time tattooing my eyebrows so I didn’t know what to expect. When I first got my eyebrows done, it was quite dark, but after 1 week of healing, it looked really natural. No one knew that I got my eyebrows tattooed. She charged me $ 300 for eyebrows, but I think that’s very reasonable since she did such a great job.
For the first few days, I was afraid to go out because when my eyebrows started forming scabs, but honestly, people can’t even tell unless they look extremely close at your face. So after you get it done, just wait for at least 7 days to completely heal.

I came to get my eyebrows done and retouch as well. I was nervous at first. It turned out really natural, and I was happy about it. Jasmine is professional. She keeps tools clean and organized. I would definitely recommend her to friends and families.

I got my eyeliner tattoo done here (and retouched) by Jasmine. I’ve gotta say, I was nervous at first because permanent makeup is, well, PERMANENT. I’m glad I pulled through with it though because the eyeliner tattoos came out great! They turned out very nice and simple — not too bold that it looks too strong when I go out with no makeup, but easy to add on to with more eyeliner (I add wings to the eyeliner shape) when I do wear makeup.
The pain was bearable because of the numbing cream. Also, Jasmine asked multiple times during the session to let her know if the pain got a little too much.
If you’re thinking of getting your eye lines tattooed by Jasmine, go for it. I got mine done because I have sparse eyelashes, and putting eyeliner looked like I had a gaping space between the eyeliner and eye.

I came to get my eyebrows done by Jasmin with my mom and we are both very, VERY satisfied. The two of us went and spent 4 hours with her (about 2 hours per person) and I’m telling you, she is worth every dollar: There are no machines or electric devices involved — she does everything by hand which makes everything look more natural.
Don’t let the small amount of reviews fool you. A good portion of Jasmine’s clientele are middle-​aged Korean women who don’t know about Unilocal so they haven’t written a review yet. She is quite popular in the Korean community (we are VERY picky when it comes to makeup artists!!!) so you will need to book well in advance.

Went to see Jazmin & had an amazing experience. She listened to what I wanted & was very gentile. Jazmin is quick & effective. Place was very clean. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for their eyebrows tattooed.

I got my eyebrow done here and it was amazing! i was very nervous at first since my previous experience with eyebrow tattoo at other place was painful. HOWEVER, it was literally PAIN-​FREE! She is very friendly and meticulous. she made me comfortable during the procedure and i got the perfect design as i wanted. it is saving my morning time so much from struggling with my eyebrow make up everyday. i definitely recommend her if you are looking for great look goes on your face.

Jasmine is AMAZING! I went in after she was referred by a coworker. I never would think in a million years I would get my eyebrows tattoo. I draw in my eyebrows everyday and it takes me a good 10 – 15 minutes. I wanted it to look natural and not like a tattoo. She did a great job. I was referred by a friend to give this place a try for eyeliner tatoo. I was scared at first but she was very good about putting numbing cream every step of the way so I wouldn’t be in too much pain. And also the eyeliner turned out great. I highly recommend this place!

I had my eyebrows tattooed 4 years ago. They were not done very well. It looked like I was either very angry or very surprised, all the time. I was hoping the color will fade over time but instead, the black was turning navy blue. Because of this horrible experience, I was very torn about having my eyebrows retatooed, until I saw Jasmine’s work on my friend. Jasmine was very patient at the consultation. She could tell that I was very concerned so she patiently drew a few options for me to choose from. She has very good eye for different face shape and facial features and we found e shape and color that fits me perfectly. On the day of the session, she was well prepared, everything was sterilized. Her hands were very skillful and I did not feel much pain at all. Now I can finally say good bye to my bluish mean brows!!!

My mom cannot stop raving about this place! She got her eyebrows done somewhere else about a year ago, but they started changing colors. She didn’t want to get them redone because she said it was painful before BUT she was referred to Ye Makeup for the redo… and they look amazing! They don’t look like fake tattoos– super natural looking! She went back 6 months later for the touch up because she said it was completely painless. If you are looking for semi permanent make up, you need to give Jasmine a try! I have been with Jasmine for over 3 years now, the first time she did my eyebrows, top liner and bottom liner, the eyebrows faded nicely! I recently went back to get my eyebrows retouched and they came out just as nice as the first time! They look so natural and I do get a lot of compliments from my friends and family. Jasmine is very professional, she takes the time to draw in the eyebrow shape that is best for your face shape, she is very sanitary as well. All her instruments that she uses are new for each client. I have also referred my friends over to her and they are happy with the result!
