I re-​touch my eyebrow yesterday and I really satisfied. She did good job on my eyebrow and looks very natural on shape and color. She did on my hairline, eye line and lip too, it looks very natural and will go to next week for re-​touch. Chloe is very detail and try to perfect on her work until she and I satisfied. and I told her that I scared for needle, then she put me on much of null cream :) it didn’t hurt that much. I really strongly recommend her if anyone interest to do permanent make-​up. Thank you Chloe!

Chloe is definitely saved my worst deformed, crooked, and uneven eyebrow ever. Ever since I shaved my eyebrow hair when I was little I had hair growing in all the wrong places and no hair in the places that I needed. I always wanted to get 3D eyebrow tattoo ever since I found out about it. But, I’ve never gotten tattoo’s before and contemplating about having my first ever tattoo on my face was not an easy decision. I was furious about having green and blue looking eyebrow that old women have. But I was too tired of drawing eyebrows everyday and spending so much money on finding eyebrow make-​up that will stay on my almost none existent eyebrow.
Chloe make sure she knows the perfect shape that I want and checked with me multiple time before she tattooed my eyebrow. And she measured every angles so that I can get the perfect and even shape for both sides. Numbing cream is applied and she made sure I feel comfortable through out the session. She is very professional and I love the result.
Overall, I’m so happy that I have the perfect eyebrow and if you are considering to get 3D eyebrow tattoo Chloe is the best !!!

I am beyond satisfied with the results of my eyebrows. My eyebrows look so natural even though they are not. The design and price was unbelievable and a bargain based on the outcome. More than that, there was no pain. Although there is a healing time with semi-​permanent makeup, it was so natural I did not have to wait and everyone complimented me how natural my eyebrows were!!!

She did great job on my eyebrows! I was always scared of getting permanent make-​up, but she did really good job that I would not regret about it. I loved the shape of it, color of it, I MEAN EVERYTHING. She was really nice too. I wish I could bring some before-​after photo for my eyebrows, but unfortunately I forgot to take photo before this thing…
I definitely recommend her for doing permanent make ups!!! BEST OF ALL:)!!

Finally. Someone who knows how to do permanent makeup RIGHT. I’ve been to 2 others and the last one made me swear off permanent makeup. However, 8 years later, here I am wanting to do it again and this time — CORRECTLY. Thank goodness for Chloe. She knows how to make you look NATURALLY beautiful and has an artistic eye for shape and form. She really studied my face and structure when drawing in preliminary sketch for my eyebrows. Chloe is the best in the OC area!
