Cara’s authentic style of teaching is a well balanced integration of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow, Philosophical intention, and humor. She is an inspirational instructor known for her gentle yet motivational style of encouraging you to confidently take leaps towards your goals, identify your strength within, and stride into the totality of your potential.

Cara is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-​RYT-​200) through Yoga Alliance and has been a student of yoga for ten years. Cara has had the opportunity to continue education with amazing instructors including Shiva Rea, Jason Crandell, Amy Ippoliti, and more. Cara has also worked with the world class athletes of Cirque Du Soliel!
