Business Owner

Gary DeShayes has over ten years of engineering experience. As a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland, Gary performs commercial building engineering services throughout Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia. Gary is a licensed home inspector in Maryland and has passed the national home inspection exam.

In the past three years, Gary performed Building Engineering Reports for GSA owned buildings specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems. Key note projects include Secret Service Headquarters, ATF Headquarters, Census Bureau Office Complex, GSA Regional Office Building, NOAA Satellite Operations Facility, and others totaling to approximately 20,000,000 gross square feet inspected throughout the National Capital Region.

Gary also holds certifications as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and is a LEED Accredited Professional with a specialty in Operations and Maintenance (LEED AP O+M).
