At Chyten, we offer the expertise, the strategies and the resources to ensure that your child performs up to his or her potential. All of our tutors have a Master’s Degree or PhD, and experience as an educator, and our nationally-​recognized programs help students achieve top results.

Meet the Business Owner

Ann D.

Business Owner

Ann firmly believes a set of workbooks or a one-​size-​fits all program isn’t the best way to help students to excel in academic endeavors. Based upon her philosophy, Ann established a tutor and test prep center that provides truly individual tutoring tailored to the student’s learning style, not just the material, along with small group sessions and standardized test preparation courses.

Hiring good people is another one of Ann’s strategies for success. She has 15 tutors, and every one of them has a Masters or PhD degree and teaching experience. She also ensures each tutor hired has strong listening skills, and the ability to motivate kids.

Located in Gaithersburg (Kentlands), Everest has been providing tutoring and test prep services for almost a decade.
