I have ordered from here a few times. Pizza is ok. Tonight I ordered wings and eggplant parm dinner. The wings were fairly tasty but the eggplant parm dinner was missing a key component. Sauce.
I will not be ordering from here again.

Ok let me start by saying this place is not bad by any means I don’t have a problem with carry out places yes it’s cheap food and no 5 star resturant but that being said I do love and enjoy a nice sub and fries combo I three stared for the reason I’ve ordered about 3 times now and each time I’ve gotten different style fries. not a biggie but would like knowing that I get the same thing every time I order and not a surprise.. I also had ordered a chicken sub and told them no lettuce and tomato and of course I got it in my sub and since cheese was melted into the lettuce and Tomato couldn’t remove it. .yet again no biggie not like I’m allergic to it so I can deal but to some one who may be allergic to something I could have been so three stars for being inconsistent.

I have ordered several times. Their product is inconsistent. Sometimes their pizza is great and sometimes not. When you do call and complain about an order, they call you a liar and tell you there is nothing they can do. Today, I had to microwave my pizza as soon as it was delivered. Not only do I not like cold pizza, I do not like being called a liar. With their customer service, I don’t see how they stay in business.

Let me start by saying that I would never eat in. Food is not bad, but it is incredibly basic. No added touch to give the food an extra kick or nuanced flavor to classic dishes like the steak and cheese. I would only choose this place for delivery if I’m really not in the mood to cook and am not craving an out-of-this world meal. That said, I’d stick to basics (i.e., subs, pizza, etc.).
We ordered delivery as noted above and it was here within an hour– but none of the food was labeled and it brought no silverware or napkins. The latter not so much of a biggie but the former is differently a peeve, especially when you have two of the same subs but with different condiments.

This is our go to place for pizza. We haven’t tried anything else other then the pizza and the wings. But the pizza is fantastic. We have tried it with multiple toppings and every time it tastes just as good. I am from Jersey and am very picky with my pizza but this place is very good. The wings are decent. Nothing to write home about but perfectly adequate.
We have been here multiple times and have never had any problems with the service whether it’s over the phone or in person. In all fairness I have not sat down and ate so maybe that is different but I wouldn’t know. We have never been treated with anything but politeness. I would definitely recommend it.

Great local place, food is always fresh, excellent NY style pizza w/wide range of choices for toppings, which is what we usually come for. I’ve always been happy w/their salads & wraps, although my husband has thought their subs & pasta dishes could be improved. Once went w/a friend who was disappointed that there weren’t any gluten-free options. Just the TV on usually in dining area, which is fine for lunch/daytime but for dinner, it could have nice background music for better atmosphere. But overall, a good place to go when I don’t feel like cooking dinner!

I always order from Manhattan Pizza and always have the best service BUT TODAY the woman taking orders was ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE! I can NOT BELIEVE the tone her voice as if this isn’t someone’s food they are digesting. A customer have the right to order their food anyway they choose this woman interrupted me on several occasions while I’m placing an order for an entire staff. Never again will I order from this place they have lost of my business for good.

Ordered delivery from here at LEAST a dozen times since I moved here last year. Food is ALWAYS on point (wings are unbelievable), drivers are always punctual and polite, and they’re chill with going along with any little special instructions you ask for for your food. (Sub in BC for ranch, throw some extra ketchup packets in the bag, some extra cheese on top, etc)
Maybe one of these days I’ll actually make it to the actual store!

Overall not bad. Actually pretty good. Ordered the veal parm. Its a processed veal, but didn’t expect high end at $ 10.99. Had the meat sauce on my spaghetti which was more meat than sauce but some people like that. Also had the pizza they have green olives and that topping is hard to find but I really like the spicy of pepperoni and the salty of Green olives. Got it with light sauce however was actually not enough sauce but that’s my bad many pizza joints put too much sauce on. their normal serving must be appropriate. Good pizza, good crunch to the crust ordered it well done. cheese was a little too much for my liking but again some people like it that way. Would definitely order again order overall was very good.

Honestly, from someone who grew up with NY and New Haven pizza, this is one of the best pizza places in Gaithersburg. Not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but the competition is awful. Manhattan Pizza is always extremely quick with delivery also. I definitely recommend

I get carryout/dine in at Manhattan Pizza semi-regularly. I like their menu (lots of options) and they offer a 20% discount for government employees (police, fire, ems, TEACHERS.). I have never done delivery though, so I cannot speak to that part of their service. That must be what most people do though, because every time I dine-in there is next to NO ONE there. I understand that some people think the service is rude/curt, but having seen the same staff multiple times, I think they’ve warmed up to me. I’ll keep going back.

I’ve ordered from here at least 5 times and I’ve always had good things from this place. I’ll usually order a cheesesteak (12 inches) with everything on it, including hot peppers. The other item that I recommend is the club, not sure which one because they have more than one. I would give it 5 stars but the cheesesteak needed a little bit more meat. The lady who helped me with my order was very nice and she actually thanked me for the $ 3 dollars I tipped on a carry out order. Most people I feel wouldn’t acknowledge the extra cash. The place is also clean and that’s huge. I like this place and hope it stays for the neighborhoods sake.

I like how Manhattan Pizza and Pasta delivers for a reasonable fee. Since it’s raining out, I didn’t feel like walking or driving anywhere so I placed a delivery order online. I ordered a Baked Ziti, which consisted of ziti in a creamy tomato sauce and topped with ricotta and mozzarella cheese baked in a circular foil pan. It was served with a side Garden Salad (fresh romaine lettuce, red onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers with homemade Italian dressing on the side) and Garlic Bread.

Looking for an excellent pizza delivery service in Gaithersburg, Maryland? I have the place for you. Call Manhattan Pizza and Pasta. We ordered one white pizza and one plain cheese pizza. The crust was crunchy and the pizzas had lots of cheese with a fresh tomato sauce. The delivery service had our pizzas hot and fresh. The delivery person was quick and kind. They have gyros and other subs as well. Next time, I want to try the pasta and gyros. A great place with excellent food. I will be calling again soon.

My favorite lunch while I’m at work! Every Wednesday I order the chicken kabob over Greek salad and get it delivered to my office to enjoy during my lunch meeting. It is what I look forward to on most Wednesdays and everyone at work always will comment on how amazing it smells! It really is a perfect lunch salad-big, filling, and delicious. I always call about an hour before I expect to want the food and they always bring it within that hour. I have never eaten at the actual restaurant, but maybe one day!

Ordered take out here regularly when I lived in Gaithersburg. Pizza is consistently tasty, and there are a few more choices as far as toppings go than other pizza joints (e.g., feta, ricotta, salami, GREEN olives…)
Go for their 2 med 3 topping pizzas for $ 15 deal; can’t beat it.

Some co-workers and I recently stopped by here for lunch in «downtown» Gaithersburg. A couple of them had eaten here before, but I didn’t even know it existed until then.
The lunch menu consists of a number of Italian selections, including pizzas, subs, pastas, etc. I took a risk and ventured outside the norm and ordered one of their cheesesteak subs, not knowing what to expect. Fortunately, I was more than pleasantly suprised and satisfied with the nice-size sub, which I’d easily order again.
There seems to be a love/hate relationship with this place, simply based on the service, which I understand now. The waitier was very abrupt and less than friendly with both our drink and lunch orders, which although not a huge deal, very noticable.
Four stars for the food, two stars for the service, three stars overall.

Horrible service. Called and ordered lasagna dinner and all the delivery guy brought was the side salad not lasagna. Called to complain and was told that for a fee the driver would return with the lasagna I ordered.
Rude guy that answers phone and he can’t even get the order right.
Last week ordered a cheese pizza and the pizza was like card board and had no sauce! I did not order white pizza which has no sauce. I ordered a cheese pizza ! And it came with no sauce! Also ordered a steak kabob with rice and driver brought shredded gyro meat on top of rice. Could not even eat it!
Tonight I thought id give another chance. I mean how hard is lasagna to order and then it’s forgotten. Last chance!
Never ever will I order again. Last chance for this place!
