Martin’s Sedan and Limousine Service

I recently booked Martin’s for a corporate event with my company. We booked the 22 pax party bus. Lisa and Ami were super helpful in booking– they were very responsive and nice. Cesar was our driver and he was more than great. He called before he arrived, arrived early, was a great driver, and most importantly he put up with our shenanigans :)
I would highly recommend Martin’s for your event!

We used them for a wedding and not only was the limo bus in perfect condition, but all of the staff was helpful and kind throughout the process which made it so easy on the big day. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking (and already have)!

We were pleased to see that Martin’s was in our general area, and we decided to give them a try for a sedan ride home from Dulles airport. We had to go from Dulles to my mother-in-law’s house, then to our house in Olney. The office was very helpful in working out the details, and the driver was extremely nice, and didn’t need any prompting. The ride cost not a ridiculous amount more than a one-​stop shuttle ride from the airport to our house, and that’s without the additional stop, the bottled water they provided, and the nicer vehicle. Adding those things in, it was actually a better value for what we got, and we will definitely be using them again!

Handled a bus for each of our Bar and Bat Mitzvah’s with no problems at all, very clear communications and good quality driver /​bus. 100% satisfied with the service and pricing was good.

They were absolutely amazing! I got a car for my fiancé birthday so we could all have a great night. They took us all to dinner which eventually turned into an engagement party :-). Our drivers were THE BEST and I will most certainly use their services again.

Cost effective vs a Taxi w/​vastly superior vehicle. Courteous. Arrived early for a 6 a.m. pick up. Treated passenger professionally & arrived at destination on time. Would definitely recommend & will use again!

We have been using this service since soon after it opened. This week, we had another great experience. We had a different driver for each leg of the trip. Both were punctual, well-​dressed and friendly (but not too talkative). The driver followed our arrival time and called within minutes of us de-​planing to determine the meeting spot. Most importantly, we felt completely safe. We will continue to use Martin’s Sedan for our future trips.

I just used Martin’s this past Saturday and could not have had a more pleasant experience! A group of friends get together every year to go into Harper’s Ferry for river tubing. We usually go through the company we tube with for our shuttle (River Riders) but after a horrible experience with them attempting to completely overcharge for their shuttle service and with terrible customer service to boot, I decided to look elsewhere. My experience with Martins was EASY AND ENJOYABLE from my first phone call with Chase for a quote to our pick up and ride with Gerald. Martin’s rates were reasonable, the van was immaculate, we really enjoyed the bluetooth music feature, and we were picked up on time and dropped off feeling comfortable and well taken care of. Please pass on our utmost praise to Gerald for being so gracious with our group! I love that their pricing is clear and included all fuel and gratuity making the day of hassle free. They also email you all your confirmations without having to ask and they text and email your driver information day of so you’re always in touch with them! They even emailed me my receipt promptly. Overall, wonderful experience and I will be using Martin’s again and again!

I have used City Limo several times in the past. It was until this time for my daughters birthday they dropped the ball. With less than a few days to pull all of this together luckily I discovered Martin’s here on Unilocal and got Lisa on the line. She was EXTREMELY helpful. Very understanding of the situation! The prices were reasonable and even though I have not used the actual service, the customer service alone deserved 5 stars! Thanks a million Lisa!!!

We reserved the Sprinter Limo with Martins. Every single aspect was absolutely out-​of-​this-​world. I spent a week looking for a great limo service for my boyfriends birthday. I wanted to create a once in a lifetime type of experience and we got more than we could ever have anticipated. Lisa was fantastic every find I contacted her and I immediately booked with them based on the amazing feedback here on Unilocal.I made several changes to our reservation along the way and yet they were still helpful, positive and cheerful. «No problem !»

Ceaser our driver was AMAZING he was better than on time he was early he called me to ask about parking and offered to load out drinks into the vehicle and show me how to operate the sound system. Ceaser made sure I had his contact information and was consistently concerned with making sure we had a great time. By the end of the night we were all in love with Ceaser he was professional, polished, courteous and always had a charming smile.
We will be renting again and we will ALWAYS request Ceaser.
I will also be contacting Martin’s to express our gratitude and posting reviews anywhere people will listen. The superior service we received was beyond anything we could have imagined. We found them from an Amazon groupon or something, and used them for drop off at Dulles and a pick up three weeks later. The drivers were great, the cars were spotless, they arrived early and sent email confirms in advance to let us know when they were coming, including the driver’s name and number and a description of the car. Terrific service, and we will certainly use them again.

I have used them for two large events in the past year. They are always on time, waiting for the passengers. Drivers are dressed nicely and squared away. They are safe and courteous. They always know the best route and never get lost. Knowing where to park is a real plus. They need no supervision. I won’t deal with any other company.

My daughter’s birthday is Saturday and last night she JUST decided to have a party tomorrow! EGAD! Called Martin’s this morning and they were able to work something out so that we get a great limo at a great price for TOMORROW! Super nice folks (Hi Lisa!!). Thank you sooooo much, Martin’s. The impromptu birthday party will not appear to be «impromptu» thanks to you!

Easy reservations, fair prices, excellent driver, excellent service, nice vehicle.
Our driver came to our door and carried 2 weeks worth of bags to the car, loaded them, then unloaded them at airport. Comfortable, prompt, happy we used Martin’s.

Have used them plenty of times and they never disappoint! Rates are reasonable, staff is beyond polite and accommodating!

Lisa was exceptionally helpful, friendly, knowledgable and informative on the phone setting up an airport pick-​up for tonight, and hotel-​to-​airport pick-​up early Sunday morning. I’m surprised this business has no reviews, as I found it on the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center web site of recommended transportation services.
Once my boss tells me how his service was, I’ll update my review.
