Hernandez Painter Decorator, Inc. was started as a small painting company by Mr. Wilber Hernandez with the help of his wife. With hard work, dedication, and outstanding workmanship Mr. Hernandez was able to build his business to include handyman work. Then in 1992, Hernandez Painter Decorator, Inc. was incorporated and Mr. Hernandez acquired Home Improvement Contractor licenses in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Now, Mr. Hernandez with the assistance of his children runs a reputable, professional, and customer-​oriented home improvement contractor firm.
